Any Sport comes under individual or group depending upon the way it played, if it plays by single player then its individual but if it needs more then one player then it becomes team game. Cricket is the game which contains eleven players to make a team and in all the three formats namely Test Match, One Day International better known as ODI and shorter version of cricket T20 of International Cricket Council(ICC), to win game team needs to perform consistently in all the three departments of the game i.e. batting, bowling and fielding. Any team can defeat other team in one or two games at the expenses of  bowling or batting performance of individual but to remain invincible in its every appearance of game there is no two thoughts that team has to perform in all the three departments.

For few years now India emerges as money spinner for ICC and Board of Control of Cricket in India (BCCI) is richest board in the world of cricket, that’s why its players get respect from all the playing country members and former players on and off the field. That is why score of Indian current players get other names and famous and known in the world of cricket with these names –

• Sachin Tendulkar – Master Blaster, Little Master, God of Cricket 
• VVS Laxman – Very Very Special 
• Rahul Dravid – The Wall 
•  Virendar Sehwag – Sultan of Nafazgarh 
•  Harbhajan Singh –  Turbanator

Ex Cricketers Indian and foreigner after there retirements get jobs with electronics media as experts or commentators and often use the lines as cricket in India is religion, cricket crazy country or cricket fanatic, moreover they play the game on the pitch of media screen with views full of if’s and but’s  and it is worth mentioning here that nobody is expert in this world of anything and its biggest example in front of Indians are of Sunil Gavaskar  and Amitabh Bachchan who despite gem of there respective fields unable to promote the career of their sons in which they are highly respective and idol, there sons flops badly.

India has lost last eight test matches they played on foreign bouncy pitches, five ODI and Two T20 consecutively, in spite of having best players as part of team. Below is glimpse of all the matches –

• 1^st Test Match – India v/s England – 21^st July to 25^th July,2011; Lords, London ; England won by 196 runs; Sachin Tendulkar scored 34 and 12 in first and second innings. 
•  2^nd Test Match – India v/s England – 29^th July to 2^nd August, 2011;Trent Bridge, Nottingham; England won 319 runs; Sachin Tendulkar scored 16 and 56 runs in first and second innings. 
•  3^rd Test Match – India v/s England- 10^th August to 14^th August,2011; Edgbaston, Birmingham;   England won by an innings and 242 runs; Sachin Tendulkar scored 1 and 40 runs in first and second innings. 
•  4^th Test Match – India v/s England – 18^th August to 22^nd August, 2011; Kennington Oval, London; England won by an innings and 8 runs; Sachin Tendulkar scored 23 and 91 runs in first and second innings. 
•  T20 – India v/s England – 31^st August,2011 – Old Trafford, Manchester; England won 6 wickets.
• 1^st ODI- India v/s England – 3^rd September,2011 – Riverside Ground, Chester-Le-Street; no result because of rain and England did not faced the desire twenty five overs for result based on D/L methods. 
• 2^nd ODI- India v/s England – 6^th September,2011 –The Rose Bowl, Southampton; England won by 7 wickets. 
•  3^rd ODI – India v/s England – 9^th September,2011 – Kennington Oval,London; England won by 3 wickets; D/L methods. 
•  4^th  ODI – India v/s England – 11^th September,2011 – Lords ,London; Match tied; D/L methods. 
•  5^th  ODI – India v/s England – 16^th September,2011 – Sophia Gardens,Cardiff ; England won by 6 wickets; D/L methods. 
• 1^st Test Match – India v/s Australia – 26^th December to 30^th December,2012; Melbourne Cricket Ground – Australia won by 122 runs ; Sachin Tendulkar scored 73 and 32 runs in first and second innings. 
•  2^nd Test Match – India v/s Australia – 3^rd  January to 7^th January,2012; Sydney Cricket Ground – Australia won by and innings and 68 runs ; Sachin Tendulkar scored 41 and 80 runs in first and second innings. 
•  3^rd Test Match – India v/s Australia – 13^th January to 17^th January,2012; WACA – Australia won by and innings and 37 runs ; Sachin Tendulkar scored 15 and 8 runs in first and second innings. 
• 4^th Test Match – India v/s Australia – 24^th January to 28^th January,2012; Adelate Oval – Australia won by 298 runs ; Sachin Tendulkar scored 25 and 13 runs in first and second innings. 
• T20 – India v/s Australia – 1^st February,2012 – Sydney Cricket Ground – Australia won by 3 runs.

At the time of India’s both tour of England and Australia India sent its players few days advance so that its players acclimatize in the local conditions and that was the reason at the time of first test match against England media hype the match instead of India v/s England game, they were talking about Sachin’s Hundredth Hundred but its shocking to code here that Sachin is part of India team and India’s victory or defeat will goes into the record book and will be remember not by anybody’s personal records but by the outcome of result, personal records looks better and highlighted only at the time of team’s victory but if India will keep on loosing the games after games everything will be forgotten with concerned player’s retirement, so its better for senior players to announce their retirements if they keep on failing game after game before the pressure of followers mounts due to their failure after failure and selectors take harsh decision and throw them out of team. As it is now quite visible that followers are boiling on to the poor show of their so called stars and few times recently speculations were in the air of retirement of VVS Laxman and Rahul Dravid, so its better for senior players to take decision of their retirements at right time and exit from the game with respect and honour before they fire  by Board.

Punjab Assembly Elections 2012

  On 30^th January,2012 from 8 a.m. onwards till 5 p.m. voting held in Punjab State for all the 117 assembly constituencies and except few minor incidents of clashes, elections held peacefully. As per details furnish by Election Commission this time voter turnout was 76.63 percent which is record polling in the history of Punjab assembly elections, previously highest was recorded in the 2007 assembly election that was 75.47 percent. Counting of votes will take place on 6^th March,2012 and this is also very first time that after polls counting of votes have gap of more then one month period, it is due to that Punjab state has gone for polls along with four other states of country and as Uttar Pradesh elections will held in seven phases’ and after completion of last phase in Uttar Pradesh polls, counting of votes in all the five poll states will start on 6^th March,2012.
  Credit goes to the Election Commission for peaceful elections in the state and because of its sharp vigil supervision it has collected undeclared money worth Rupees 30 crores which they handed over to the Income Tax department plus big haul of wine and drugs also seized, Election Commission this time distributed voter slips to the voters at their residence having detail of voter card numbers and photo of the voters, which help them to cast their votes without any problem and it also help election officials to recognize voters and get rid on the vogues voting easily, heavy deployment of security personals until polls, so perhaps all these were the factors of high turnout of voters, ruling and oppositions parties have their assessments on to record percentage, like –

• Record percentage means peoples are angry against ruling party/alliance.
• Peoples  comes in huge numbers to vote because they are happy with the government work and want that development work in the state continue, so record turnout is sign of pro incumbency factor.
• As this time in the state election Sanjha Morcha emerges as third front that is the reason they become voter puller thus vote percentage was all time high.

    In the elections there was not any wave towards any party or alliance so till polls no political party / alliance claim with confidence that public will give verdict to them, but in the media they don’t forget to claim public is fully stand behind them. One more factor plays crucial role in the Punjab state assembly elections that is support of  Dera Sacha Sauda, Sirsa which have fifty lakhs followers in the Malwa region and Malwa region has 64 seats out of 117 assembly seats, so it plays vital role in the results of state assembly elections, but this time Dera Sacha Sauda remain silent and have not openly support any party or candidates instead asked its followers to vote for honest and good candidates, before elections in the first week till twentieth of January few pre polls analysis( opinion polls) declared Indian National Congress will come to power without any problem and if they lose then it will be because of  Indian National Congress dissidents. Later on in the last seven days few more opinion polls tilt towards SAD/BJP alliance, so in these scenario its obvious till 6^th March,2012 thick speculation will remain in the air and only after 6^th March,2012 everything will crystal clear as far public mandate is concern to govern the state for next five years by any part or alliance.
   Although it was recorded 76.63 percent voters turnout but why 23.37 percent skip to use their democratic right of voting, in the country during elections debate was on how to attract voters to cast their votes, even somebody have suggested that voting should make mandatory and failure of it should be punish despite on polls day area under voting declared as public holiday so that everybody use their voting right without any burden of to go office, but along with it one should understand why peoples skip to votes as majority of believers are perhaps voters don’t like contesting candidates and if this is the reason then Election Commission add one more button on EVM of Right to rejection plus then make mandatory of casting votes then certainly it can change the thinking of voters and can attract voters to the polling booths in more then 99.99 percent.
