Squeezing base of Indian National Parties

Dates announced by the Election Commission of India for the 15Th Lok Sabha Elections and surprisingly first time ever in the history of India’s two major National parties by name Bhartiya Janta Party and Indian National Congress which were major parties of National Democratic Alliance (NDA) and United Progressive Alliance (UPA) respectively of general Election held in the year of 1999 and year 2004 and Govern India for five years terms, facing very hard time even with the regional parties which were part of N.D.A. and U.P.A. on seat sharing in different part of Countries.
After Independence first time general election held in India in the year of 1951 and Indian National Congress won 364 seats and rule India for five years without need of any other party help and this trend to rule India without any party help continue in the following general elections in the year 1957 (seats won by Indian National Congress 371 ) , 1962 (seats won by Indian National Congress 361) , 1967(seats won by Indian National Congress 283 ) ,1971(seats won by Indian National Congress 352) ,first time after Independence in the general election held in the year 1977 Bhartiya Lok dal /Janta Party won 295 seats and Indian national congress taste defeat and was opposition party in the lok Sabha ,but combines rule only for three years and 1980 general election Indian National Congress again comes in power after winning 353 seats ,then after the assassination of Smt.Indira Gandhi Indian National Congress under the leadership of Sh.Rajiv Gandhi in the general election held in the year 1984 congress won 404 seats and it was first time that Indian National Congress till date these are highest number of seats ever won by any party or alliance .1989 general election mandate was fractured and thus it had period of two years only.1991 general election Indian National Congress won 266 seats and with help of other party rule India for five years term in office, and then begin the period of rule India with alliances it started from 1996 general election when Bhartiya Janta party was largest party but short of majority and after getting support of other parties rule India for thirteen months time but because of differences among their alliance partner it only had period of year and one month, then in 1998 again despite being largest party unable to get the support of other parties and touch the magic figure of 272 failed to prove majority in the house, India again in the year 1999 went for poll Bhartiya Janta Party form N.D.A. and rule India for five years, then in the year 2004 general election Indian National Congress won 145 seats and with the support of regional Parties form UPA and completed its term 2009.
Now for 15th Lok Sabha when date announced Indian National Congress and Bhartiya Janta Party both parties were hopeful that under their respective alliance with regional parties they will be able to defeat other alliance in fifteenth Lok Sabha ,but after the announcement of dates now after every passing day news are coming in that regional parties ignoring both National parties and they are looking for their interest in the states and leaving very few seats for big brother resulting confrontation .To begin with Indian National Congress in Uttar Pradesh Samajwadi Party out of 80 Lok Sabha seats ready to give only seven seats, then came the news from Bihar state where total 40 number of Lok Sabha seats there regional party of railway minister Mr.Lalu Prasad Yadav and Mr. Ram Vilas Paswan after reaching an agreement left three seats for Congress and share 25 and 12 seats respectively for their parties, then in Maharashtra Rashtriya Congress Party whose head is Mr.Sharad Yadav even they were claiming for Prime Minster Post also but when it saw that after developments in Uttar Pradesh Indian National Congress announced 24 candidates and in Bihar not only Indian National Congress took decision to give tickets to 26 candidates plus also in Jharkhand states for total 12 seats Indian National Congress alliance with shibu suren party and not left single seat to Mr.Lalu Party . Problem faced by Bhartiya Janta Party is that in Orissa Biju Janta dal exit from N.D.A. Telgu Desam Party also exit from N.D.A., in Maharashtra Bhartiya Janta Party have not good understanding with Shiv Sena, even their party office bearers like Mr. Arun Jaitley and Mr.Rajnath Singh have not best of relation because of appointment of Mr.Sadanshu Mittal.Everybody considering Election time to take maximum personnel advantages even from their own parties and alliance.
It is quite clear if regional parties increase their seats base then after election at the time of forming government then they will demand more from their big brother, considering this Indian National Congress despite statement by Samajwadi Party that if needed after election they will support congress and Mr.Lalu and Mr. Ram Vilas Paswan said they are still part of UPA., but oversighting it and take decision to fight at its won in these states.

• Recognition of the Janata Dal groups is on an adhoc basis

After the 1991 General Election Indian National Parties seat base shrink drastically and the time of one party rule over as in the following General Election National Parties start making alliance with state parties which was started by Bhartiya Janta party by making National Democratic Alliance (N.D.A.) at the time of General Elections 1996 , 1998 and 1999 and rule in India, then in 2004 General Election after the result declared Indian National Congress with regional Parties make United Progressive Alliance (U.P.A.) to keep away BJP out of rule and Govern India for five years.
Seeing Importance state level parties now do lot of bargaining before and after Election to join any front and whose example is that in the past part of NDA Telugu Desam Party after negotiation with NDA not getting enough share in state join third front which has support of Nine Parties and they are hopeful that lot of other parties will also join them soon, if this is true then it will be good to see if they get majority then for how long they keep this front intact and rule India, but it’s appearing right now merely a front of opportunist as before the announcement of election they never try to make front and be united, so it’s real shape will be out after counting of votes on 16th May,2009.
This is fact that for the development and prosperity of India need we need front or Parties with full majority in the house so that ruler can implement their party agenda but if it alliance s before election then it can be true otherwise it will be a front of opportunists if alliance take place after elections.

Priceless Treasure of Human Beings

In this world other then human beings all the creatures are useful not only during their life times but also after there death some species are very much helpful, it’s not that human beings body parts are worthless during life time or after there death but having lack of awareness among them that there some body parts can be very much helpful for living persons like eyes before doing last rites of body as per their traditions like Hindu and Sikh religion died person burn the dead body and Christian and Muslim buried dead person.
God has given priceless body parts to every human beings like eyes, ears, heart, teeth, liver, kidney hands and many more, no doubt human has created alternative of these parts and they can take place at the time of loss of original but still creation of scientist are far behind from the creation of natural, despite development in the field of science man still not able to create alternative one of the vital necessity of body that is blood and it can further be divided into groups they are A,B,AB and O, At the time of accident and surgery blood needed by patient badly and lack of availability of his blood group some patient lead to death being in the area of remote ,although in metros and cities hospital and charitable blood banks are helping patients by way of taking equivalent blood from required patient of any group and then pass on required group blood plus some service charges and thus save life ,so to avoid from lack of availability of blood it’s the duty of every person towards humanity to donate blood after six months period.
The biggest misconception among person / youth is that if they will donate blood then their body will be weak because of blood taken out from their body but fact of the matter is that whether we donate blood or not the amount of blood taken out from body will generate by body in weeks time and same amount of blood is defused by body itself if it remain there it’s a natural cycle and donating blood by no mean harm body after the span of six months, but we need to aware this fact among youth and motivate them to donate blood by publicising the reality through both Media that is Print Media and Electronics Media as it’s now cover almost every part of country.
Just yesterday in Punjab’s Anandpur Sahib Blood donation camp was hosted by Sikh Gurdwara Prabandak Committee (S.G.P.C.) at Khalsa College, Anandpur Sahib. There youth take part with enthusiasm to donate blood, despite big area covered by the organizer and divided blood donation area into 14 blocks and in a block there were 50 beds which make total 700 beds at one time, but throughout day there were huge enthusiasm among youth to donate blood and at the time of end of day more then 18,000 youth donate blood and to send collected blood to different blood banks organisors taken assistance of helicopters, it’s a record which entered in the Gunnies Book of World Record to donate blood at one time surpassing previously which was on the name of Indian religious movement by name of Dera Sacha Sauda of India when on 10th October,2004 at Rajasthan they hosted blood donation camp and 17,921 people Voluntarily move ahead to donate blood. Well it’s not that these efforts should be cheered merely on record basis but one should consider this as great noble cause for humanity and whose alternative is yet to be created by scientists.
Well infect it’s not blood but some of our organs are so precious whom we can donate even after our death also and it can be helpful for others to get advantage of it like our eyes if one donate then it can give light to the life of blind person, kidneys and even our body if we donate it to scientists for research then from lot of mysteries curtain can be remove but all it’s need from our side strong will power to take this dare action as in Hindus there is believe last rites should be perform properly for freedom of soul otherwise soul will keep on moving here and there in search of freedom.
