She plays a very "bindaas" character who is always involved in some harmless pranks. This extremely talented actress always had the urge of acting in her. But since she was not remotely linked with the entertainment industry she did not give it a serious thought till her college days. It was during this time that she enrolled in the National school of Drama and from there began her journey towards stardom. She also joined the college dramatics team and did several plays and workshops with children. After that she did street theatre in various college festivals. Following that she did the episodic Hadsa for TV 18. After completing her graduation she moved to Mumbai and started living as a Paying Guest. To sustain herself in the expensive city of Mumbai she did lots of commercials and endorsed many famous brands. She also took up a travel show and after that a telefilm followed for Sahara. The turning point in the career of Mona Vasu came with the serial `Millie`. The creative head of Star Plus Shailaja Bajpai of Star Plus saw her travel show and offered her the character of Millie. At first she refused as she did not want to get into television but after two months she agreed to do the role as it would give her a platform to display her acting skills. Moreover the character was young and not the coquettish types so she took up the role and her life changed for better. Soon after she became a household name. She could also relate herself to the character as far as the body language and the look is concerned. She also sports a bindaas style but unlike the character she portrayed she is not overtly conscious of her femininity. She is also very transparent and candid like the character she portrayed. With her co-stars also she shares a great level of comfort. The genuineness of her friendship with Ajay Gehi reflects well on-screen. At present she is not looking at television, as that would stagnate her acting flair. She wants to focus on films and is open to both contemporary as well as commercial films. She was also offered a role by the Yash Raj productions but as it included an outdoor shooting, she could not go ahead as she was committed to the daily `Millie`. But in future she is looking forward to work for a Yash Raj production. In her spare time she likes to read, watch films, water plants and go out for coffee chats with her new friends of the unit. Unnecessary Uproar

Past decade sees boom in Indian economy courtesy liberalisation and Indian market become monopoly to stiff competition in almost every sector to name few whether it is electronics or automobiles or mobile phones or television channels or Fast Moving Consumer Goods better known as FMCG infect every field have lot of players rather more players then market can absorb resulting cut throat competition and to survive this scenario not only companies have to come up with new products and features but also at price competitive and for customer he have wide spread choice to pick his requirements and now as commonly says in today’s environment
Customer is King
but there was time when Indian audience has only one channel to watch in the beginning of 80’s at the time when India hosted ninth Asian games in New Delhi and then national channel unable to broadcast good programme’s which can keep audience glue with it reason was lack of content, direction and programme and it was not of twenty four hours channel but in the early 90’s at the time of gulf war people of this country experience television programme worth watching and with it start of new era courtesy Cable News Network popularly known as CNN and then after 1995 world’s lot of private well known channel’s entered Indian market through Cable network in the beginning free to air mode but letter on as they started getting popularity among public and become source of attraction with power to glue with it public they become paid and not only now television channel’s become major part of daily life of Indian public but also it has cross or take over big brother bollywood in popularity angle so now get respect from Indian film industries all the section like producer ,director, actor, musician, dance director even they start taking part and often they seen in different programmes.
Now a days in India there is buzz because of two reality programme’s which stared almost simultaneously on different channels one is ‘Sach Ka Samna’ on star plus from Monday to Friday at 10.30 p.m. which is Indian Version of ‘Moment of Truth’ and ‘Iss Jungle se mujeh bachao’ on Sony at 10.p.m. Monday to Thursday and on Friday at 9.p.m. but today I will focus on to ‘Sach Ka Samna’ only and some other time will write of ‘Iss jungle se mujeh bachao’.
Moment of Truth is worldwide controversial but famous programme after getting telecast right,Star Plus in India start airing programme at 10.30 p.m. and person which are part of hot seat and going to face fire of twenty one questions and if they would be strong enough mentally and physically to reveal hidden truth in front of their relatives or friends will walk away with 1,00,00,000 Indian Rupees and participants are from all walk of life like common people, known faces from cricket world, small screen actors that is Television and so on. First participant provided with set of fifty questions which are based on research team’s inputs they collected from concern’s relatives, family members and friend’s and participants answer monitor by polygraph machine on a paper with lines which are studied by experts and then they come up with conclusion if the answer is wrong or right which is determined by the change through heart beat, pulse rate and other body actions. Channel and participant’s both have financial advantage or interest through this programme like Channel will be successful to pull lot of viewers which will give jump to it’s Television Rating Point better known as T.R.P. which will attract lot of advertisement and participant’s can fetch maximum of 1,00,00,000 Indian Rupees which is by no mean a small amount, and to have one crore in pocket one has to go through five slabs provided his answer always correct by replying true or false and at the end of any slab participants can quite and can take that amount with him but as the participant keep on moving ahead towards upper side then certainly question start becoming more personnel and controversial which in front of family members, relative or friends hard to accept and it need guts but as this is the format of programme and participant has to say only true or false and this is merely a game show and participant are voluntarily taking parts and they are not forced by anybody to be part of hot seat.
In the very first week of broadcast of Sach Ka Samna, this programme surprisingly has make different section of society it’s opponent which give the channel negative publicity and create curiosity to watch but it has different that it become part of parliament to raise voice’s to stop the programme but this shoot the T.R.P. of channel and category who oppose this programme are our parliament’s upper house where Members raise the voice that this programme is against our society, culture and tradition, and some religious organisations also raise eyebrows on to the questions asked in this programme one can’t see with family but media stand neuter in this issue no doubt had hosted some programme’s related to Sach Ka Samna with known faces of society like social activists, Television Actor, Religious representatives.
Well I think to raise voice in a democracy is good but it’s not good in democratic set up to come with conclusion to bar anything if they don’t like it or which directly not related to anybody and everybody has right of freedom to do what ever he or she like, well yes there is a line which should not be cross by anybody and in our legislation for everything there is check up, known as regulator and we should leave the matter on to them to do there responsibilities in transparent and fair manners.

Politician and Common People

Being democratic country Indian’s have fundamental right to choose there Politician (ruler) and almost every term is for five years politician elected by people in India except Jammu and Kashmir states. At the time of election politicians always make promises, commitments to get clear mandate for rule next term in office and after victory politicians (ruler) suppose to be for the services, benefits and uplift of citizen of country with their efficient strategies but they never ever try above coded after victory instead they act totally against below coded
Democracy is of the people by the people and for the people
before election political parties always in there manifesto announced/mentioned/declared lot of attractive schemes for the different section of society just to woo them towards party and get sufficient number of seats to represent house as a ruling party and then they govern first four years without fulfilling any commitments which they promise in there respective manifesto and in last year of there rule they come up with some populist declaration, policies so that their party can rule for next five years also, and during there govern period common people can’t approach their representatives easily to get there problem’s solve and if they successful to meet them then there behaviour is as such as if they are obliging common people, even sometime some parties at the time when they get power they use the tenure to vengeance from opposition party leader by getting detail of wrong doing or closing down projects allotted during there time or totally acting against development programme started by the predecessor’s, or stopping releasing funds. In the past this personnel vendetta politics were very much in news of Supremo J Jayalalitha better known as Amma of All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam and M. Karunanidhi Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam in Chennai whenever one party comes in power its leader do on priority basis first thing the other party’s leader chief to trap him/her in as many accusation’s as it can and try to malign opposition party and leader in the eyes of common people. Utter Pradesh politics is also following same footstep as two parties of this state that is Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) and Samajwadi Party (SP) and tussle between it’s leader Mayabati known as Benji and Mulyam Singh Yadav both try to do on priority basis actions against other party’s leader, even they not avoid to use tax payers money on to there parties functions or publicity like recently Mayawati erect statue of party symbol spending money in Crores which can be utilize on to the basic necessities of common people, even on her birthday Mayawati use to spend lot of money but always skip by saying it’s the money collected by worker as party fund and right now as per some news Mayawati who had assets and cash total at six to seven Crores right now touch the figure more then fifty Crores but she was unable to explain /justify how it increase many fold’s in just five to six years. Our politician’s rule as if they are living in the era of king and always treat not only common people but also bureaucrats which are highly educated as if they are their employees who are working under them and are on their mercy it’s recent example is that M Jagannath, the Congress MP from Nagarkurnool slap Ravinder Reddy, a manager of a AP Grameen Vikas bank branch, and it was caught on camera and for M.P. it was hard to deny and then he apologise for his act which he said was happened at the moment of heat and he had no intention to slap him. In the fourteen Loksabha some M.P.’s caught on tape when they demanded money from people to raise there problem in questions during zero hours question time and they belong to B.J.P. Party later on B.J.P. oust them from party when they found guilty after probe. Even our Politician uses language lot of time during election time or talking to media which should not be use by them and by no mean it can be placed as civilised person words at the time when they blame or talk about other party leaders. Even lot of parties gives tickets in different election which had criminal backgrounds and they are facing court cases. Blame game is high in media against each others throughout years but when time comes to increase their salaries, perks and allowances they stand united and pass the bill without any uproar but at the same time when bills has to be pass related to common people interest or benefits then after lot of obstacles it manage to pass through, before the election of fifteenth Loksabha which recently concluded Bhartiyah Janta Parties leader Mr.Lal Krishan Advani raises the voice that if their party comes in power then they will fetch back black money which is right now as per information have touched the figure of 1.4Trillion U.S Dollar of Indians and if this black money comes back to India and invested in basic infrastructure then it can change the scenario of India and as it is money of India and has to be taken back from tax heaven countries, but B.J.P.unable to come to power and U.P.A. got second term and congress emerges as single largest party and if leaders of U.P.A. wish then they can without any problem but with some efforts can bring back money.
Our Politician should realise that they are part of democracy and votes of this countries citizen have given them right to govern this country but only for five years and if they work seriously throughout their tenure then there is no power of this world can stop them to come in power again and they wont need words to use anti incumbency factor ,right now common people is facing problems like corruption, adulteration and contamination in food products, Electricity, Inflation ,so that below coded phrase can be use in right direction
Democracy is of the people by the people and for the people

Enemies of India

Right now India is facing lot of problems which are created by enemies of countries who don’t want to see India as a prosperous country in the world and trying to generate crisis through different channels but patriotism among countrymen and alertness of security personnel’s always make there plot failure but yes some casualties happened with enemies actions like innocent people lost their lives plus financial losses occurred and it also put black shadow of fear on the mind and heart of common citizen of this country that they are not secured, but till date ultimately in this type of incidence country become victorious because of wall of it’s brave countrymen (security personnel’s) , these foes of country never ever make hole in these wall ,security personnel’s having their lives on their hands standing day and night for the security of it which is blow rather slap on to the faces of these enemies. Indian security personnel’s are alert, active and always on their feet and ready to defeat them which are nurtured and shelter given by neighbour country Pakistan like Terrorists, most dreaded persons which were involved in criminals activates against India now operating their actions from Pakistan and recently Pakistan try to destablise Indian economy through counterfeit Indian currency but till date all of these activities never make huge impact on to India.
Unfortunately a new breed of enemies (criminals) which are shocking that they are Indian playing with the lives of countless innocent people by making consumable items ( essential commodities ) contaminated not by mistake but just to earn more money and there stories always highlighted on electronics media with proves and even when they pass it to the concerned ministries but despite proves concerned ministries always avoid to take action against these criminals by saying responsibilities of other authorities and it give impression to the common people that their genuine problems hear with deaf ears and ruler of this country are not ready to take stiff actions against them or make law so strong that adulteration and selling spurious products especially which are consumable then it will handle on fast track courts and punishment should be death penalty if found guilty so that it will become lesson for such categories of corrupt mind’s that doing crime of adulteration death can be resulted if caught, so they will think lot of time to be involve in spurious trade. From some months now television channels are coming with sting operation in which they caught persons making synthetic items of consumable like milk, desi ghee, vegetables, medicines, mineral water, garam masale ,sweets and spurious eatable products of branded companies and unfortunately in Indian kitchen almost all the above coded uses in countless quantities on daily basis, and contaminated products produce not only limited to particular market but they sold throughout India and unfortunately earning more money make dealer greedy to sell these products despite they know that they are playing with the lives of this countrymen as they are selling slow poison and it will certainly effect body of the user who consume these commodity, and shocking part of this that they are citizen of this countries and despite inspectors of food department to check adulteration in eatable items these duplicate manufacturer pass on some money to these inspectors and then they do this hatred and slow poison business without any fear in their mind and make direct sufferer of this trade innocent common man and who without any authentic parameter have to use them along with spending money. These traders are most dangerous then terrorists because terrorists kill only bunch of people but these slow poison generator are making whole countrymen hollow and cripple as citizen of this country has to intake whatever available in the market if its genuine then that’s there luck other wise impact of slow poison will visible on to their bodies with pass on some time.
Just today I was reading newspaper and there I found two stories related to adulteration and both were happened in Punjab states Nawasheher and Moga district and thanks to Almighty God that they were nabbed before they supply these in the market. In Nawasheher Police arrested two persons along with spurious Jaggery which were 20 quintals and more shocking was their revelation that purchasing raw Jaggery in it they add sugar, water, rapeseed oil and chemical colour they sold it in the market. Second was in Moga where lot of duplicate cold drinks factories are running which produce soft drinks of major famous brands, and they put some bottles of duplicate soft drinks made from hazardous chemicals and screen on the name of sweetness plus dirty water, they made them during night and supply them in the morning to places like dhabas, schools colleges canteens, and restaurants where people drinks duplicate soft drinks on the name of branded in scorching heat and which are hazardous to health. Most disturbing came from there revelations was that they are supplying these products from very very long time and they have not received any complaints from any stock holders and authorities.
Well we are gathering untied and raising our protests and voices against all the sins of society and now even demonstrate against terrorism to alert government to take action but I think we should demonstrate strongly against traders of spurious consumable products which are playing with the lives of old, young and future infect all the generations of this countries and they should be tackle on priority basis by our ruler before this trade show worst picture of its impact on to Indian.

Heat, Electricity & Water

In India some states have privilege to experience five weather’s in a year namely summer, winter, rainy, spring and autumn but some states get all the weather’s at it’s extreme making life uncomfortable and one of such state is Punjab whose Amritsar district in this year itself faced worst winter and summer season and recorded highest reading of both weather’s in it’s history book and it’s the biggest example of natural havoc created by global warming around us as in last winter season mercury reading touches 1 degree Celsius which counts coldest in plain of northern India now in summer season temperature rose to 45 degree Celsius which again is highest in the history of Amritsar and in rainy season some districts of Punjab had experienced heavy down pour in their history and Hoshiarpur is one of the such district when last year in the month of August heavy rain disrupt normal life for three to four days but along with heavy rain residents of Hoshiarpur district count heavy financially losses as rain water entered in their houses’ and water logged level were five to seven feet height which spoils their goods like refrigerators, Television Sets’, bikes, clothes stored in Almira, wooden furniture, kitchen utensils ,appliances, beds infect everything which were below six feet level .
Summer season residents of Punjab have to face some additional problems which make it worst to live life normally and it is created by increase in demand of power because of running of additional appliances which consume lot of power like coolers, Air conditioner's, fans plus unstoppable construction of residential houses, factories, shops, offices and malls with every passing time all it leads to put pressure on increase in demand of power but because of zero percent efforts to increase power generation from government side and thus Punjab State Electricity board coping with problem of demand and supply with power cuts and power cuts are also of such a nature that despite advertisement's published in the newspapers relating to power cuts Punjab State Electricity Boards never able to justified timings of power cuts published in newspapers and increase the timings of power cuts without prior notice making uncomfortable residents of Punjab, this year on 10th June in press release Punjab State Electricity Board announced power cuts of four hours in all the districts of Punjab at different timings but on very first day it was power cut of five to six hours then gradually they increase the load shedding to 12 to 14 hours without any notice without any schedule timings and no body was sure about power supply and cuts schedule which made all the categories of consumer to come on road and protest against the Punjab State Electricity Boards and God forbid there was rumour in the air that if next seven to ten days pass on without rain then chances are that there will be black out in Punjab that’s not only woe of residents of Punjab as along with power cuts there was shortage of water in the taps of Municipal Committees and Corporation's . The reason was as per government press release rainy season is delay across India and temperature for the first time in lot of part touch 42 to 46 degree Celsius and reservoir’s water level start dipping so it was three level problem faced by residents rain, electricity and water, Then Punjab Government realising the worst time taken imitative and declared some harsh steps like no street lights and sign boards after 11 p.m., Air Conditioner's not allowed to use in government offices ,timings of Government offices reschedule from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. to 7.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. and asked private shops to close after 7.30 p.m. other wise strict action will be taken against failure of these orders. Thanks God that Meteorology department declared that nothing to feel panic about rain as monsoon will be activated in Indian and within next two to three days there will be rain across India, and yesterday and today here in Punjab there is rain and power supply which was uncontrolled till date from two days now Punjab residents get some stable supply and along with it supply of water normal plus biggest relief from scorching heat ,but as per stats of Punjab state electricity board demand this time was almost touch the figure of 2000 MW and from all sources they were able to touch power generation figure to 1700 MW so the board was facing shortage of approximately 300 MW which they get rid through power cuts but time has come for government to take some steps to increase the power generation instead of depending on power cuts because even power cuts can’t be a correct solution of increasing demand as with every passing time demand will rise courtesy boom in economy which need interrupt power supply because lot of factories, offices ,malls ,big stores, residential houses ,colonies and flats adds and government must look for power expansion plan before the power demand make state stranded as when government find drastic shortage of power they also imposed three days holidays on some factories and if industries not allowed to run at its full capacity then it will effect on government’s exchequer below are some steps which should be taken without delay by government along with expansion in power generation
• Government and Board should reconsider it’s decision to give free supply to electricity employee, farmers and some weaker sections of residents as this cost is bear by Punjab state electricity board on generation but not get it even basic cost back which is one of the major reason of Punjab State Electricity Board’s losses or government reimburse to Board free electricity.
• Power theft by some consumers must be handled with strong punishment financially and prison.
• In state Government must ban use of tubes and bulbs and make it mandatory use of Compact florescent bulb (CFL) which are not only power efficient but also release more power then conventional lights.
• Make it mandatory sale of Electrical, electronics devices which have stars recommended by Bureau of Efficient Energy (BEE) .
• Working hours of offices’ should change in summer season and follow by every office strictly.
• Mandatory use of Solar Power in government offices up to 50 percent of their total consumption and newly constructed every building must use 50 percent of consumption through solar energy.
Above coded are appear harsh steps in democratic set up but considering the problem and increasing gap of demand and supply until and unless supply not cross surplus these steps are necessities of time and everybody should contribute without raising the finger towards other as it’s demand of time.
