Bye Bye 2009 !

With the strike of twelve at midnight by clocks of the world year 2009 will become history and it was year with mix of both good and bad not only for world but also for India as Indian in the field of sports touches new heights which is very first since Indian are playing –
  •  India awarded number one test cricket team by International Cricket Council (I.C.C.) in their ranking when this year in the month of December they defeat Sri Lanka Cricket team by 2-0 while playing against them on to home turf ; India had also chance to become number one team of One Day International version of cricket of ICC , had they defeated Australian Cricket team who visited India in the month of October to play Seven ODI’s but unfortunately India lost the series and slip to number two in the ranking of I.C.C but any how defeat and victory are two side of Sport which keep on happening as teams keep on playing and ranking will keep on changing ,now it will be matter of time for Indian team to be number one ODI team of world because the way Indian team is playing soon in near future will become number one team in ODI format of Cricket also.
  • Mr. Vijender Singh boxer in the 75 kilograms category comes to limelight when he won silver medal in the Beijing Olympics,2008 which was first time that any Indian won the medal other then hockey event of Olympics after Olympiad games Mr. Vijender Singh keep on making news by winning boxing events or improving his ranking. In AIBA’s World Championships held in Milan 2009 Mr. Vijender Singh perform so well that despite winning silver medal in the championship later on AIBA’s ranking he was named as number boxer of world which again it was very first time that any Indian touches top ranking in Boxing.
  • Mr. Pankaj Advani won world professional billiards championship which was held in Leeds England.
  • India won second consecutive time ONGC Nehru Football cup held in New Delhi by defeating Syria 1-0.
  • Mr. Vishwanathan Ananad become world Chess Champion.
Having good and attractive year for Indians in the sport arena, India also experience some of bad and bitter stuff which it will want never occur in future –
  • North part of India gets less rainfall in the rainy season whose impact seen on some sectors which are depended on rainfall and they are agriculture and electricity generation, after the end of rainy season and calculation of total rainfall by Mat department, Government declared drought, In nutshell less rainfall effect clearly visible on the two sector namely agriculture and electricity generation. Agriculture shortfall resultant in rising price of essential commodities like pulses, rice, vegetables which tarnish the budget of common people of this country. North Indian states in the summer season because of heat and shortfall in rain experience 16 to 18 hours of cuts especially Punjab state worst hit and unconfirmed reports was that had July months last week also pass through without rain then it would have been blackout in Punjab state.
  •  Human beings will remember year 2009 as one of the worst year for humanity as in the month of august and September H1N1 virus most commonly known as Swine flu outbreak which declared by World Health Organisation (W.H.O.) as epidemic and from Mexico soon it spread across all the continents of the Globe and killed thousands of people worldwide and even in India figure touches seven to eight hundred till date.
As it is the last day of Year 2009 hopefully it will wrap and make history all the miseries and bad things of year 2009 with it which are seen and feel by humanity as wounds as there is saying –

21st December, 2012

What is extra ordinary or special in 21st December, 2012? Certainly this question will rises in the mind of every person who will read it, then answer of this query is as per scientists it will be one more normal day but if one ignore scientists words and believe on astrologers then it will be horrifying and dangerous day for the existence of earth and mankind because after this day earth will destroy and it will not possible for any sign of life on earth planet, this observation can be seen on different numerous current affairs channels on different days making us to believe the prediction of astrologers and decoder is accurate. Then again question rises how they come up with such a scary conclusion that after 21st December,2012 earth will destroy, it’s ridiculous answer is that ancient American civilization by name Maya did lot of predictions and with passing time countless prove correct and as per Maya civilization calendar they have not mentioned any day after 21st December,2012 as per decoder of this civilization that it is not intentionally that they not mentioned after this date in their calendar but as per Maya civilizations reading after 21st December,2012 earth will destroy and then along with it life and human existence will also comes to an end. Seeing, hearing and reading one can say that prediction about end of earth or humanity or life will be theory or decoding of pessimist mind or creation of sensationalize media, just to make story from nothing and present to the world in scary way and for them it is merely a program but without any doubt they are making people scared with such a programme.
Maya Civilization is ancient American civilization and it is believed that the classic Maya were literate and their writing system has been substantially deciphered, meaning that a corpus of their written and inscribed material has survived from before the European conquest and during their existence they made predictions and lot of till date prove correct but they never predict or observe that after 21st December,.2012 world will destroy it is the decoder who come up with such a horrifying conclusion that as Maya Civilization has not mentioned days after 21st December,2012 it mean they visulise that after this date earth and life will comes to an end. One has to remember astrologers and experts never ever always correct and accurate as they can only assess and predict with their calculations and rest is lies on time.
Considering this current affair channels should avoid making any horrifying assumption which are based only on myth and predictions until and unless it is authentic because now a days media have very strong presence in the mind of every categories of society whether they are intellectuals, common people, and politicians watched very seriously and sincerely and do discuss on to the contents of these channels, so it become moral duty of these channels instead of making news sensational and horrifying, present them in simple way or they have lot of others issue whom they can give preference into their contents like inflation, corruption and adulteration which are enemies of common people and sadly common people have no source to raise their grievances and problems without any fear in their mind, no doubt some channels are giving preference into their contents of programme which are society based but they are merely five to seven percent of their twenty four hours broadcast which demand more consideration and focus on to the problem of society.
21st December, 2012 is not a date whom one can consider a deadly day for humanity and earth which declared by decoders and experts and moreover one can enjoy the time instead of thinking unnecessarily on to the time which is almost 1095 days away from today which is very long time for a optimistic person as he always see the world from positive angle of side and for pessimist person even hours cannot change their ideology as he will look always and only on to half empty glass.

Mandatory to Cast Vote !

All  the countries of the Globe follows one of the below coded political set up to run the country -
  •   Democracy
  • Socialism
  • Dictatorship
  • Dynasty
  • Army
and India being a Democratic country, people of this country have fundamental right to elect candidates as per their choice by using their voting right, thus ruler and public representatives of this country at different level of Democratic set up entitled for responsibilities to do the work for people and development of their constituency as it’s the votes of people whose votes give him opportunity to represent on behalf of them in their respective houses’, but unfortunately it is the tragedy of people after winning the election leaders keep on forgetting their commitments, manifestos’ and liabilities which have made people frustrated and full of anger against political set up and elections, result of this that from last one and half decade people now avoiding to use their voting rights despite government try to fetch them at polling booths by giving facility of holiday on election day so that voters can come up at booths with free minds but people use this day as holiday and not use their fundamental right ,which by no mean is good for any democratic country ,no doubt falling percentage and voters distance from polling booths if anybody has to blame then its working style of our political parties leaders.
Bringing back voters on to polling booths to cast their votes on polling day some stringent action is required from authority plus along with it our leaders also need to check their statement by avoid making false claims which never ever happened on grounds plus always blaming opposition parties leaders on to their own failure.
Recently in a move to get back voters Chief Minister of Gujarat Mr. Narendar Modi was able to pass a bill in Gujarat legislative assembly which make it mandatory for every eligible voters to cast their votes in Civic body polls but along with it voters have option to negative vote also it mean that it is not necessarily that from contesting candidates voters like to vote any party or candidate, then he can use his/her vote by visiting polling booth but with the declaration that he don’t like to vote any contesting candidates, it is a good move which has to be appreciated by every body but at the same time this bill should have been mandatory at all the level of polls and also must be follow by every states of this country and as per unconfirmed reports Mr. Modi is trying to expand mandatory horizons from other level polls also. Ex railways Minister Mr. Lalu Yadav while supporting Modi action said in a statement that it is a good and appreciative move as people percentage are on downfall to use their votes and same has to be followed by other states and higher level of polls also.
Well now first step has been taken to bring back voters but now leaders also not to cross the line of false claims, dreams and commitments in their manifestos just to lure voters to vote them and then voters find themselves cheated and it will increase number of negative voters.

Progeria !

In this World human beings are the best creation of Creator of this Universe because they are empowered with all the arsenal which make them superior and different from all the lives of this Globe and if one has to name the top asset of human beings, then without any doubt it is mind because it has answer and solution of every query if concerned honestly and seriously seek right way from mind and if we look around ourselves then each and every innovations, research and developments of human beings are based on the tiny but important part placed in our body by name mind but despite amazing achievements by human it is sad, tragic and failure of our scientists that till date they are unable to make alternative of blood(without whom one even can’t imagine of human existence) lot of incurable deadly diseases to name a few Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS),H1N1 better known as Swine Flu and lesser known disease Progeria until a film release in India having theme of Progeria disease by name Paa in which Amitabh Bachchan played a character of Progeria effective kid. Progeria is such a disease till date scientists are unable to come up with their verdict by uncodeing the root cause of this disease no doubt in the world Progeria effective number of kids are one after five to seven million but still it is such a disease that victim of this disease has very few years of life to live and which is approximately 13 to 21 years plus during his/her short period of life tenure he/she also faces lot of other horrifying diseases.
What is Progeria?
The word Progeria comes from the Greek progeros meaning 'prematurely old'. The Greek word pro means 'before', while the word geras means 'old age'. HGPS (Hutchinson-Gilford Progeria Syndrome) or Progeria is an extremely rare, fatal genetic condition. Progeria affects children and gives them an appearance of accelerated aging. The classic type of Progeria (there are different forms) is Hutchinson-Gilford Progeria Syndrome (HGPS). Progeria was first described in an academic journal by Dr. Jonathan Hutchinson in 1886, and Dr. Hastings Gilford in 1897 - both in England.
What are the characteristics of Progeria?
Children with Progeria are born looking healthy. When they are about 10 to 24 months old, features of accelerated aging start to appear. Signs of Progeria may include : -
  • Growth failure
  • Loss of body fat
  • Loss of hair
  • Skin starts to look aged
  • Stiffness in the joints
  • Hip dislocation
  • Generalized atherosclerosis (cardio and heart disease)
  • Stroke
Although they may come from varying ethnic backgrounds, children with Progeria have a surprisingly similar appearance. Progeria patients generally die between the ages of 8 and 21 - with the average age being 13.
What causes Progeria?
90% of children with Progeria have a mutation on the gene that encodes Lamin A, a protein that holds the nucleus of the cell together. It is believed that the defective Lamin A protein makes the nucleus unstable. This instability seems to lead to the process of premature aging among Progeria patients.
Progeria appears to occur without cause - it is not seen in siblings of affected children. In extremely rare cases more than one child in the same family may have the condition.
Is Progeria hereditary?
Experts do not believe that Progeria is hereditary. They say it is due to a rare gene change which happens purely by chance. A non-twin sibling runs the same risk of having Progeria as any other child from another family. In about 1 in every 100 cases of HGPS the syndrome is passed down to the next generation within the same family.
Diagnosis of Progeria
The health care professional will possibly suspect Progeria if the signs and symptoms are there - aging skin, loss of hair, stiffness of joints, etc. This can then be confirmed through a genetic test. The Progeria Research Foundation has created a Diagnostic Testing Program.
So until scientists unable to control this disease which is no doubt very few numbers of patients in the world and as per Progeria Research Foundation stats right now in the World there are fifty four cases of Progeria in the world in thirty countries,as per some other estimates number can be around one hundred and fifty but whatever the figures may be,sufferer of this disease can tell us that life is not worth living being a Progeria Patient.

Number One Test Team !

Among  World playing nations if any country is cricket fanatic then without any doubt it is India and cricketers in India get respect and regard without bias from corporate and fans whether they are Indian or non Indian but despite rise in popularity after the victory of Indian cricket team in the 1983 world cup which was led Kapil Dev, held in England, Indian cricket team performance series after series never consistence yes in one match or another they won reason was players use to play and perform for personnel records and team appear divided into groupism or zones on grounds and to prove this point strongly if we go through the stats of Indian cricket team in all the format of games from 1983 onwards then it will be very handful of series which India won comprehensively .Indian cricket team in all the three format of cricket One Day Cricket, Test Match and T20 was dismal as far ranking and grading of International Cricket Council (ICC) is concern but almost just two to three years back it start performing consistently and whose result is that India was in position to become number one team in one day international when they played last one day series against Australia in home turf by defeating Australia but it was not happened because Australia prove better team and won series despite lot of new players and retirement by senior players, now Sri Lanka is in India to play all the format of games but for India in test match format had golden opportunity to become number one test team by beating Sri Lanka 2-0 and proudly just concluded test series they defeated Sri Lanka 2-0 and become number one test team of ICC. Below is glimpse of all the matches of series –
  1. India played first test match on 16th November to 20 November,2009 at Sardar Patel Stadium, Motera, Ahmedabad, which was 1933 test match of ICC, India won the toss and opted to bat first and made 426 in their first innings while batting in their first innings Sri Lanka made 760 for 9 wickets and declared while in their second innings India made 412 for the loss of four wickets at the end of fifth day thus they were able to draw the match. Player of the match DPMD Jayewardene (Sri Lanka) .
  2. Second Test Match played at Green Park, Kanpur from 24th to 28th November,2009 which was test match number 1935 of ICC, India won the toss and chose to bat, while batting first India made 642 runs all out in 154 overs and reply to India’s total Sri Lanka was bundled out for 229 in 84 overs and Sri Lanka was asked to follow on but Sri Lanka in their second innings all out for 269 in 65.3 overs with this victory India get lead in the series 1-0 of three matches series, S. Srinath declared man of the match because of his deadly bowling spell in the first innings as he bowled 22 overs out of which 4 overs were maiden and he gave away 75 runs and took 5 wickets .
  3. For Indian Cricket, third test was history in making if they defeat Sri Lanka then they will be number one team of test match which would be first time in the history of Indian cricket and ICC which made third test very anxiously waiting test match by fans and team ,Indian cricket team also don’t want to miss the chance second time after getting defeat from Australia and miss number one ODI team ranking ;Test match no.1937 played at Brabourne Stadium, Mumbai from 2nd December to 6th December 2009 and first time in the series Sri Lanka Team won the toss and opted to bat first, in their first innings Sri Lanka made 393 runs in 94.4 overs and in reply to Sri Lanka’s first innings score India made 726 runs for loss of 9 wickets and declared their first innings it contained Virender Sehwag’s 293 runs and M.S.Dhoni’s 100 not out to pile the mountain of runs in merely 163.3 overs in a test match and in their second innings Sri Lanka’s cricket team was all out in 100.4 overs while making 309 runs which was even short of 24 runs of India’s first innings total and with this victory ,India become number one test team of the ICC test ranking.
Latest Test Match ranking of ICC is –
  1. India 124
  2. South Africa 122
  3. Australia 116
  4. Sri Lanka 115
  5. England 105
  6. Pakistan 84
  7. New Zealand 80
  8. West Indies 76
  9. Bangladesh 13
To remain on top position it is not easy for India as South Africa is going to play four test match series against England soon and result of the series can change the ranking and push India back to second spot but at the same time during same period India also has to play two test matches series against Bangladesh and they have to give their best performance to remain number one and must win both the matches then only for few months India can remain number one, but it is the story of future why to trap in if’s and but’s we must celebrate India’s triumph and top ranking ,ignoring future.

Electricity Crisis !

In today’s environment to think life without electricity would be a cruel joke as human life is much more dependent on electricity now then it was ever before and not only more then seventy percent of home appliances’ used today are energy hungry plus every business device or utility run on electricity but across India power generation is far short then it’s demand ;instead of taking serious initiatives to get rid on the shortage by concerned ministry, authorities and states they are simply delaying and dragging by giving statements that in coming years shortage of power will be history but their delaying, ignoring and pretending tactics are harmful for industries and countries economy as industries and private business are one of the major contributor to economy and if they wont get desire electricity for their business to run and produce goods at full capacity then it is ridiculous to expect from their end increase of business and add more contribution to countries economy then past year.
Punjab state is one of the few states of India which has huge gap between demand and supply in summer season and until last year in winter season consumer were getting uninterrupted power supply but in summer season to meet the increase power demand they buy electricity from other states in cash and also getting power from some states on banking basis (in summer season Punjab gets power from other states who had surplus in summer season and return back in winter season from Punjab) plus electricity produce by their source still they were short of power, thus to get rid on the power crisis of shortfall they impose undeclared, unscheduled power cuts in a day which this year in summer season touches’ sixteen to eighteen hours in cities also and reason behind long cuts declared by authority increase in power demand, less rainfall and increase of temperature. Willy nilly residents of states spent summer time in hope of to get uninterrupted power supply in winter season as assurance given by concerned authority in a statement before the start of October month that from next month that is October there will be no more power shredding, but this is the tragedy that only fifteen to twenty day passed without power cut but state residents keep on facing power cuts in the October month also which was in the beginning three hours cut but from this week onwards it is increase to four hours and reason given by authority that they have increase the mega watts to return to states they have taken power from states on banking basis, so it mean that state has to be under power cut throughout year whether it is summer season or winter season yes time will be reduce in winter season compare to summer season. Considering this now almost ninety to ninety five percent residents of Punjab have alternative of power cuts that is either have invertors or generators in their premises’ but this has almost double their spending on power as they are entitle for electricity bills plus they have to spend same amount of money on alternative of power that is invertors or generators. At the same time it is worth mentioning here that whenever election held in state people start getting uninterrupted power supply regardless it is time of summer or winter, if state is under shortage of power then why not authority take some harsh decision to pull state out of power crisis and some steps can be like this -
  • Make it mandatory for use of Compact Fluorescent Lamp (CFL) and ban on sale and use of conventional bulbs, if somebody found using conventional bulbs then they should slap fine. The plus point of using CFL is that it not uses less electricity but also release more watts.
  • New constructions ask to use solar system upto 75 percent of their necessity of electricity until government not able to increase power generation.
  • Stop giving free power to every categories of consumer.
  • Stop giving subsidies power to any category of consumer.
  • Randomly raid on the premises of consumers to check power theft.
  • All existing Government departments and big consumers must use solar systems upto twenty five percent of their demand.
No doubt it wont be taken with ease by the categories who are getting benefits from the government but until and unless state government unable to increase power generation then every facilities should be bar from government end.

Tight Indian Cricket Calendar 2009

World’s cricketers always complaint of too much cricket which effect on to their performances’ and even often it leads to injuries to the players who keep on playing series after series as cricket playing nations have commitments towards the itinerary of International Cricket Council (ICC) and now a days series comprises three type of cricket which is T20,One day International and Test Matches plus if some series important, consider by the respective boards, then they also include some practice matches so that touring team players acclimatise in the playing conditions of visiting countries; two world cup held of T20 and One day International; Indian Premier League ;Champions League and county contract of some players. Depending upon the popularity some players are playing almost every match, which for a human beings is not a easy task to keep himself fit ,then either they skip some series or their injuries not allowed them to play matches’ and in this we can count the names on to our fingers of Indian cricket team who are not part of recently held series Zaheer Khan, Yuvraj Singh, Virender Sehwag, and Gautam Gambhir and to prove point correct below is Indian cricket team’s fixture of all the games they had played and some games they have to play in the year 2009 and seven to eight players are picked for the all the games –
  • January 28, 31, February 3, 5, 8 of this year Indian Cricket team played five One day international matches in Sri Lanka.
  • February 10, 2009 India played T20 Game against Sri Lanka in Sri Lanka.
  • February 25 and 27 India played two T20 Games against New Zealand in New Zealand.
  • March 3,6,8,11,14 India played five one day International games against New Zealand in New Zealand.
  • March 18 to 22, March 26 to 30 and April 3 to 7 India played three test matches in New Zealand against New Zealand.
  • April 18 to May 24 Indian players played T20 games in South Africa for covetous Indian Premier League tournament season 2.
  • June 5 to June 20 ICC T20 world cup held in England.
  • June 26,28,July 3,5 India played four one day international against West Indies in West Indies.
  • September 11,12,14 India played tri series in Sri Lanka and third team of the tournament was New Zealand.
  • September 22 to October 5 India played ICC One day World Cup in South Africa.
  • October 8 to 23 Airtel Champion League held in India.
  • October 25,28,31,November 2,5,8,11 India played seven one day international series in India against Australia.
  • November 16 to 20 India played against Sri Lanka Test Match in India.
  • November 24 to 28 and December 2 to 6 India has to play two more test matches against Sri Lanka in India.
  • December 9 and 12 India has to play two T20 Games against Sri Lanka in India.
  • December 15,18,21,24,27 India has to play five one day International Games against Sri Lanka in India.
So above coded is Indian Cricket team’s series and tournament they have played and if one focus on to the gap between series then he will be surprise as it has very few days to prepare for next series ignoring traveling and tediousness. If players are voicing of too much cricket then they are not wrong and as always they are listen with deaf ears by administrators then they end up resting for some time courtesy injuries, if administrators want to keep on getting best performances from their players series after series then they have to make contract with 30 to 35 players and then entitle different players to get chance to play in different series. This way every series will be watched by crowd enthusiastically and chances of winning series will be increase, players will get sufficient rest physically and mentally.

Mobile Number Portability

Mobile Phone as status symbol in the 1995 become necessity in 2009 because this tiny device gives so much comfort to it’s user, now prices’ of calls have gone so much down that it can be afforded by anybody and everybody, major reason of price slashing is that in every circle six to seven service providers are giving services and in the environment of stiff competition to lure customers they are coming up with attractive packages on weekly basis on an average, the subscriber base of mobile user in India till October,2009 is 471 million which is far more then landline user which is 37 million. Gradually people are now finding landline phones as less attractive when they compare it with mobile phones.
Despite having countless facilities to carry mobile phones, yet subscriber sometimes find their current service provider service less competitive or attractive then other service provider but still not able to switch to other service providers because if they are prepaid customer then they are bound with service provider for certain period and if they are postpaid customer it is not easy to opt another service provider immediately and then forward the number to everybody he have in his contact list because then he have to call his all the contact so that they get information about new number, so that is why they avoid to switch over. It will be a big news for such customers who want to move from one service provider to other if they find other service provider is giving good service or have attractive tariff plan as TRAI (Telecom Regulator Authority of India) announced the rules and regulations to be followed for the Mobile Number Portability in their draft release on 23 September 2009. Mobile Number Portability (MNP) allows users to retain their numbers, while shifting to a different service provider provided they follow the guidelines set by TRAI. Users are expected to holding the mobile number with a given provider for at least 90 days, before they decide to move to the other provider. As per news reports, Government of India decided to implement MNP from December 31st, 2009 in Metros & category ‘A’ service areas and by March 20th, 2010 in rest of the country. To use MNP service user has to pay only Rupees 19 and within maximum four days his/her same number will work with new service provider. It could intensify the stiff competition in the world's fastest-growing telecom market and push call charges ever lower. This means a BSNL user can choose to move to CDMA-based mobile services of Reliance Telecommunications and retain the original phone number. This will increase competition levels in the market and force operators to offer better quality of services and lower tariffs.
Begin January 2010 in Metros and March 20 rest of the country Cell user will get a tool to dump their service provider all it need is Rupees 19 and wait of four days plus he must have to be with service provider for at least one quarter of year .MNP is must when we are in era of stiff competition and companies are coming up with schemes on every passing week so this will help customers to enjoy best deal and service at their will not what companies are claiming in their publicity campaigning.

Inflation !

From this year’s April month onwards prices’ of essential commodities is increasing at unexpected speed and it has spoil the budget of common people of the country, different people have different opinion of rising prices’ of essential commodities. It all started when rainy season begins with shortfall of rain in the very first month of season and when farmers’ need of water for farming and the rainfall was at such a low level that in some areas of country farmers delay and drag for seeding of crops because metrology department of country keep on predicting that no body should panic if in particular month there is shortfall of rain then until and unless rainy season is not over we cant specifically say about rain percentage ,so farmers and people were waiting positively for next few months so that deficit of rain adjusted as countries more then seventy five percent of farmers are dependent on rain for farming but at the end of season this year rainfall was such a low that in lot of areas of the country they were declared drought hit, resultant shortage of lot of crops yield but with the statement of agriculture minister Mr.Sharad Yadav that this year because of countries lot of parts hit by draught so there will be big shortage of demand and supply of essential commodities, taking advantage of statement big traders started hoarding of pulses, sugar and other essential commodities which become reason of shortage of essential commodities in the market and there prices; started soaring and as the time gone by of festival season prices’ of sugar also double from the month of February. In the November month lot of essential commodities prices’ are more then double from February month’s prices’ and below is glimpse of some of items –
 Vegetables :
  •  Onion from four to five rupees kilogram to twenty to twenty three rupees kilogram
  • Potato from three to four rupees kg to eighteen to twenty one rupees kg
  • Beans at one hundred twenty rupees kg
  • Cauliflower at fifty rupees kg
  • Carrot at forty five rupees kg
In nutshell all the vegetables available in the market were costing around fifty rupees per kilo which remain at twenty to twenty five rupees per kilo after the rainy season and arrival of fresh crop.
  Pulses and Ghee :
Not any single pulse is available in the market below fifty rupees per kg and some even crosses the mark of one hundred rupees for the first time, mustard oil crosses’ the mark of seventy five kg, refined oil were also selling at eighty two rupees per kg, rice basic variety touches the figure of 45 rupees per kg. Sugar first time cross the forty rupees per kg barrier.
Till date all the above mentioned essential commodities are selling at almost same prices and people are making lot of noises that inflation has disturb their budget but unfortunately they are listen by deaf ears by concerned ministry and till date they have not taken any action to curb the inflation so that rising prices could be checked and essential goods make available to the common people of this country at an affordable prices, but ironically instead they are moving opposite directions and increasing the slabs of items which are under their domain like electricity, municipal corporations, court fees which make people angry because they unable to cope with all round attack of inflation, yes government keep on coming proposal for their employees with revise D.A. slabs which give relief to some category of people but unfortunately they are handful of people rest have to feel the heat of inflation. It is the responsibility of efficient government to take care of basic necessity of their countryman and if prices’ of something gone through roof then it can be harmful at the time of elections as it had experienced by BJP party when they were governing Delhi state and price of onion were selling at 50 rupees per kg then they lost the election badly and till date they are unable to come power despite after this two time assembly election held, but instead of advantage taken by opposition party at election time ruling party should feel the heat and take effective and fruitful steps to give relief for the people of their constituencies, because it is their votes which give them power to rule.

Patriotism at Stake?

Many sources offer different answers and depending upon the source right now there are 189 to 195 independent countries in the world. It is the citizen of the countries which have identity and recognise by the world with their National Anthem, Flag, Language and Culture and individual have no existence without their country, so whenever time comes true patriotic citizen will die for their country and never compromise with their patriotism. This is must for a country to compete with other countries of globe economically, fight against foe, terrorism, but sometimes some action, criticism, remark, statement or article by some renowned personalities on to other well known faces of country can be prove boomerang.
India is democratic country and every countrymen of this country has right to speak what ever he think, but from past few years our politicians are involving themselves in every part of society whether it belong to them or not just to get mileage from other parties or in search of to gain their lost ground, neglecting it can be harmful and dangerous to the society and can create rift between communities. Maharashtra state capital from past few months become battle ground of hatred politics for some political parties which started before Maharashtra state Assembly election to make impact on local Marathi communities. First they try to make voices that Mumbai belongs to local Marathi’s and other states residents are outsiders. When other states local oppose this then their party’s members start creating problems for them and then opposed had to apologise; then other states resident especially of Bihar state treated as if they are not part of country and living in other country; recently when a bank has to recruit employees and exams was going to conduct then again a political party head in a statement said that bank should bar candidates who are not Marathi to sit in exams if they allowed to sit then their parties workers will oppose this and try to stop them for entering in examination hall, then to cope with this problem authority deploy tight security so that unruly scene cant take place and with the help of security personnel examination held successfully; then a famous director and producer, in his film a character call Bombay instead of Mumbai ,ten to twelve times and previously Mumbai had name Bombay but it was changed on the recommendation of a party to Mumbai, so he seek apology from a party on to this then he feel relax and safe; Sachin Tendulkar well known batsman of world who just touched milestone while playing cricket for country, then while talking to media person he said that -
I am a Maharashtrian and I am extremely proud of that. But I am an Indian first. And Mumbai belongs to all Indians.
very next day he was criticised by local party head in a newspaper that Sachin should concentrate on cricket and not involve himself in politics. It appear as if the party is desperate and trying to gain its ground which it has lost because that is why third time consecutively Indian National Congress led alliance comes to power and keep away the party which is communal to get majority and form government by people in their verdict but surprisingly here to code that his alliance partner BJP immediately without loosing anytime declare that their party not agree with their alliance partner and Sachin is icon and belong to country. If we go through Sachin statement then he code nothing aggressive nor any politically motivated statement but it was a gesture of a patriotic countryman and to get any wrong meaning and connect it to politics is totally a blunder because his intention was not to restrict his achievements with the region he belongs but want to dedicate to whole country, If we look around the globe then any achiever of the country never ever dedicate his milestone to the region but he dedicate to the whole nation. By criticising, party want to prove that on the achievements of individual region has first right he belongs and then to country but it is totally a ideology of a negative and frustrated person or party.

Children Day !

Today India is celebrating birthday of first Prime Minister of independent India Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru also known as Chacha Nehru and his birthday is celebrate as Children day. He was born on 14th November, 1889.His Father Pandit Moti Lal was well known barrister of country and in the house every type of facility was available and if Pandit Nehru wish then he could spent life full of luxury but he opted path of freedom struggle. He had very soft corner for kids in his heart and due to his love for kids he got the name “Kids loving Chacha Nehru” and later on in the year 1956 decision taken to celebrate his birthday as Children Day.
He did his schooling from Harrow and completed his Law degree from Trinity College, Cambridge. The seven years he spent in England widened his horizons and he acquired a rational and skeptical outlook and sampled Fabian socialism and Irish nationalism, which added to his own patriotic dedication and came back to India in 1912. In 1916, by his parents' arrangement, he married seventeen-year-old Kamala from a Kashmiri business family in Delhi. Nehru family changed its family according to Mahatma Gandhi's teachings. Jawaharlal and Motilal Nehru abandoned western clothes and tastes for expensive possessions and pastimes. They wore a Khadi Kurta and Gandhi cap. Jawaharlal Nehru took active part in the Non- Cooperation Movement 1920-1922 and was arrested for the first time during the movement. He was released after few months.
Jawaharlal was a prolific writer in English and wrote a number of books like ‘The Discovery of India’, ‘Glimpses of World History’, his autobiography, ‘towards Freedom' (1936) ran nine editions in the first year alone. Emotional sensitivity and intellectual passion infused his writings, giving them unusual appeal & topicality even today. He was awarded Bharat Ratna in 1955. Jawaharlal Nehru remained the Prime Minister of India for 17 long years and can rightly be called the architect of modern India. He set India on the path of democracy and nurtured its institution - Parliament, multi-party system, independent judiciary and free press. He encouraged Panjayati Raj institutions.
Jawaharlal served as the General Secretary of the All India Congress Committee. In 1928-29, the Congress's annual session under President Motilal Nehru was held. In December 1929, Congress's annual session was held in Lahore and Jawaharlal Nehru was elected as the President of the Congress Party. January 26, 1930 in Lahore, Jawaharlal Nehru unfurled free India's flag. Gandhiji gave a call for Civil Disobedience Movement in 1930.Nehru was elected to the Congress presidency in 1936, 1937, and 1946, and came to occupy a position in the nationalist movement second only to that of Gandhi. Jawaharlal Nehru was arrested in 1942 during Quit India Movement. Released in 1945, he took a leading part in the negotiations that culminated in the emergence of the dominions of India and Pakistan in August 1947.
We observe his birthday as Children day and best tribute to him on his birthday will be if we put future of India on right track by making mandatory education to every kid of this country and stringent law against child labour and if their family need financial help due to child skip from work then government provide financial assistance so that they read without any burden on their mind and concentrate fully on to study which will make better prospect for themselves instead of live life of a illiterate kid who depend on others even on smallest matter to read or write anything.

Opposition Parties

India is multi party country and whenever people verdict fragmented in polls then small parties or independents become important or king makers in forming a government, then small parties or independents do the deal behind the curtain and demand important portfolios ,over sighting parties preferences and manifesto announcement which become sometimes obstacles on their way to work during their office term or even sometimes during running office and it’s example is Indian National Congress in the fourteen Loksabha which had 145 seats and led United Progressive Alliance but to form government they were in need of further 127 members to form government ,then with the support of lot of parties rule for five years but it was not smooth and easy ride in the office as their one alliance (Communist Party) who was supporting from outside and had quite good numbers in the parliament ,always create problem for U.P.A. to work as per their vision and whenever they took any decision out of ten times more then seven occasion on an average oppose by Communist Parties and playing role of opposition party ,gradually their togetherness in U.P.A. was impossible in the fourth year of Office when Communist Parties pull back their support to Indian Congress Led U.P.A. on nuclear deal with U.S.A.,so it was unity of two different ideologies just to keep away B.J.P. and it’s allies away from power as both consider them communal but at the same time two different ideologies cannot remain together for long .
Despite being multi party country it is the tragedy that opposition parties remain calm and keep on ignoring the problem face by common people of this country and not take any initiative, agitation to get relief for them and during parliament session they raise voices but to get mileage and often on any small issues opted to walk away from parliament, thus interrupt the proceeding of parliament and become reason of wastage of lot of tax payers money which goes in for parliament proceedings. They wait for election time and then announced populist declaration in their manifesto which they never consider that it is never possible but if implemented then it can be harmful to country or state below are example of this-
  • Last time when election held for Assembly election of Tamilnadu at that time Jayalalitha was ruling the state and she and opposition party of Karunanidhi in their respective manifesto’s announced lot of populist schemes for poor category of people and resulted now Karunanidhi is ruling the state but his schemes mentioned in their manifesto putting extra and additional burden on state government exchequer.
  • Same was happened when Election held In Andhra Pradesh and Chander Babu Naidu was ruling the state at the time of election he announced if he will comes into power again then his party will distribute rice at 2 Rs kg which mean directly burden on state government coffer but his party lost election so it remain part of their manifesto and it never get chance to become reality.
  • In Punjab Sate during election Shiromini Akali Dal in their manifesto announced they will give persons who are below poverty live rice at 4 Rs Kg and pulse at Rs 20,and will give electricity to farmer on subsidy rates and waive electricity rent to certain category of people and after winning election now they are giving announced facilities to concerned but this is putting lot of financial burden on government earnings and to balance on schemes and generate revenues they have revised lot of slabs ,with this no doubt they will earn money but at the same time other categories of people are feeling as if they are cheated because it has haywire their budget and inflation is rising and essential commodities prices are going through roof.
Taking advantages of this opposition parties try to get mandate but they are also without any goal and plan in their mind how to cope of the situation created by predecessor thus pass on the blame to the former government and spent their tenure without any productive outcome and this cycle keep on repeating after every five years but in this cycle resident of states are major loser as they have to feel the heat without their any wrong doing.

Opportunity Wasted

Australian Cricket team tour of India begin with hype and they were here to play seven matches one day series and at the time of beginning of series it was believed that India will defeat Australia easily and it had lot of reasons which were in favour of India and will reach on top of one day international ranking after completion of series as Australian Cricket team is number one team with 128 points after playing 33 matches and India is number two team with 124 points after playing 31 matches. Circumstances which were in India’s favour that India will become number one team after defeating Australia in their home turf were-       India was playing in their home conditions so they know much more about local condition weather wise, and track prepared for the series was considering India’s plus points like turning tracks and batsman friendly as Indian cricket team is known as best squad of spinner and it’s batsman. Whenever Indian cricket team play cricket matches anywhere in the world it is supported and greeted by huge number of local Indians who present in the ground only to back up Indian team. One more reason which was in India’s favour was that Australian Cricket team’s lot of senior player like Adam Gilchrist, Andrew Symonds, Mathew Hayden, Shane warn and Glenn McGrath retired and recently joined squad James Hopes, Brett Lee, Tim Pains and Peter Siddle injured themselves in the first two matches all it make Australian Cricket team with new players or second level team when we compare them with Indian Team which had all the known faces whom we give them the name of Superstars.
To refresh memory here is brief recalling of seven matches –
  1.  Match played on 25th October, 2009 at Reliance Stadium, Vadodara and it was day match. Australia won the toss and opted to Bat first. In their allotted fifty overs Australia made 292 scores after loosing eight wickets and in reply to Australia Indian were able to make only 288 scores and lost eight wickets in their fifty overs thus Australia won by four runs and India down in the series 0-1;MEK Hussey of Australia declared Man of the Match.
  2. Match played between the team on 28th October, 2009 at Vidarbha Cricket Association Cricket Ground, Nagpur and was day and night match. Again Australia won the toss but this time opted to field first considering that in the night dew factor will hamper to bowl effectively, India made 354 runs losing seven wickets in their fifty overs, but Australia all out in 48.3 overs made 255 runs, India won the match by 99 runs and level the series 1-1; MS Dhoni declared man of the Match.
  3. Match played on 31st October, 2009 at Feroz Shah Kotla, Delhi it was also day and night match. Australia third time in row won toss and this time opted to bat first. In their allotted fifty overs Australia made 229 for the loss of five wickets and while chasing India reach the target in 48.2 overs for the lose of 4 wickets and won the match by six wickets with ten balls remaining. India get lead in the series 2-1; Yuvraj Singh declared man of the Match.
India need to won the next match to become number one cricket team of the world while snatching the top position from Australia by defeating Australia, so next match was very important for both the team.

  4.   Match played on 2nd November, 2009 at Punjab Cricket Association, Mohali it was day and night fixture. India won the toss first time in the series and opted to field first. Australia all out in 49.2 overs and made 250,but India bundled out for 226 in 46.4 overs, Australia won the match by 24 runs, SR Watson declared Man of the Match, so Australia square the series 2-2 and become obstacle in India’s way to become number one team.

  5.   Played on 5th November, 2009 at Rajiv Gandhi Stadium, Hyderabad and it was schedule to play day and night game, Australia won the toss and choose to bat first and made 350 runs in their fifty overs for the loss of 4 wickets, India all out and manage to make only 347 runs in 49.4 overs, India lost the game by just three runs in nail biting finish. Australia get the lead in the series 3-2; Sachin Tendulkar declared Man of the Match.

  6.   Game played on 8th November, 2009 at Nehru Stadium, Guwahati and it was day game, India won the toss and elected to bat first but they were bundled out for only 170 runs in 48 overs and Australia reach the target (172 runs) in 41.5 overs after loosing 4 wickets; and get the undefeatable lead in the series 4-2; DE Bollinger adjudged man of the match. For India it was all over to become number one team in one day international ranking after this series and next match for India was only a formality and they have to play for pride.

 7.   Game had to play on 11th November, 2009 at Brabourne Stadium, Mumbai but match was abandon without a single bowl deliver because of bad weather.
Now the ODI ranking which was updated on November 11, 2009 first three position changed, they are-
1. Australia played 39 games and has 130 points.
2. South Africa played 23 games and has 122 points.
3. India played 37 games and has 122 points.
It is lesson for our players to learn that games are played on the ground not on to the pitches of media as Harbhajan Singh said lot of time in the media that Australian team is not invincible and then instead of focusing on and practicing they were busy in for shooting advertisement. So if Indian has to retain number one position then they have to practice hard on the ground and avoid putting pressure on themselves by issuing any statement.

Injuries : Whom to Blame ?

One of the most famous phrase which is effective everywhere and in every sector of human existence that is “Excess of anything is bad”, Indians understand better & easily, if it has any link directly or indirectly with cricket or bollywood. Right now Indian cricket team is playing crucial one day series at home against Australia and today is the last match of the series but other then matches on the field lot of other issues were also part of the series and top of all other then matches is injuries to the players that is why lot of known players of both cricket team either unable to play matches or in between left their respective team and gone under treatment, injuries to most of the players of both sides it is believed that too much cricket is responsible.
Australian Cricket team tour India to play one day series against India, matches are schedule from 25th October,2009 to 11th November ,but before the start of series regular & known players from both sides which were not part of their teams were –
  Australia -
  • Michael Clark
  • Nathan Bracken
  • Brad Haden
 India –
  •  Zaheer Khan
  • Gautam Gambhir ( not played first three games)
  • Yuvraj Singh ( not played first two games)
and as the series progress list of injured players keep on stretching especially of Australian players despite they are under phase of transition and their known senior players retired and it has name like –
  • Adam Gilchrist
  • Mathew Hayden
  • Glenn McGrath
  • Andrew Symonds
after playing five games of the series Australian players unable to complete the series courtesy injuries and they are –
  •  James Hopes
  • Tim Pains
  •  Brett Lee
  • Peter Siddle
barring one or two all the above mentioned players are injured because of playing lot of Cricket because all the countries of the world which are permanent members of ICC have tight schedule and players hardly find sufficient time to rest as there is very few days gap between two series and despite lot of players keep on raising the issue of lot of cricket administrator of respective countries and ICC never ever give focus and attention to their genuine problem ,just two years back begin lucrative Indian Premier League and one more form of cricket T20 matches and T20 World Cup included in their schedule which will now increase more names in the list of injuries and reduce the tenure of their career, to avoid solution is either players skip some of series or administrator start rotation policy this way players can get little relief from injuries.
If ICC interested that Cricket wont lose its shine then they have to reconsider their strategy instead of quantity of Cricket they should consider quality of Cricket which is possible only if regular and known names keep on playing series but if they skip or keep on injuring their bodies then day is not far away when people will slowly slowly loosing interest in cricket and to keep any business or game running money is vital ingredient which generate only with fan following.

Madhu Koda: Villain?

Politicians of this country after winning elections suppose to do work for the development of his constituency and provide the best services’ of all kind to the people of his area whom they badly needed but unavailable to them because of financial compulsion or because of one reason or some other reason but unfortunately it is the tragedy of Indian that at the time of elections every political parties in their respective manifestos declared populist announcement but once they comes into power they forget their promises and try to do each and everything for themselves or for their relatives or for friends by manipulating each and every law of this country and at the time of next elections when they lost they simply comes with conclusion that they lost because of anti incumbency factor and ignoring the fact that they did nothing for their constituency honestly and democratically ,whose result is voters make distance from them simply by giving chance to another candidate in hope of good work. Politicians wrong doing and earn money for themselves, its latest but shameful example is Mr. Madhu Koda, who is former chief minister of Jharkhand State.
Now a days former Chief Minister of Jharkhand Mr. Madhu Koda ( 38) is in news because of wrong doing during his tenure and it is believed that he has amassed illegal wealth worth around Rs 2,000 Crores .The Income Tax department has been probing a disproportionate assets allegation against Koda and his associates and just gone Saturday conducted raids at 70 places in eight cities and discovered documents relating to illegal transactions worth Rs.2,000 crore (Rs.20 billion) but as per Income Tax officials Mr. Madhu Koda is not cooperating with the authority. Koda was interrogated on camera by the IT sleuths and was charged with not cooperating with the investigation. Koda is not fully cooperating in the investigation. The search operations would have concluded had Koda been cooperating fully, IT department's Director General for Investigation Anjani Kumar had told reporters on Monday. After complaint of severe stomach ache he was admitted to a private hospital by name Apollo Hospital here on Tuesday.
Fresh raids were carried at the Kanke Road residence here of district mining officer of West Singhbhum (Chaibasa) R N Prasad. The search at Prasad's residence was led by additional director (investigation) A K Srivastava. The unaccounted money involving Koda and his associates, Sanjay Choudhary and Vinod Sinha, is expected to be over Rs 2,000 crore. This includes Hawala transaction to foreign countries by a Mumbai-based corporate house of Rs 1,300 crore and business investment of over Rs 500 crore. Foreign transactions were made through two Mumbai-based operators Lalit Jain and Arvind Vyas in various countries including UAE, Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore.
As very soon State Assembly elections in Jharkhand is going to held, the operation reflected the UPA's anxiety to distance itself from the rampant corruption that allegedly marked Koda's chief ministership. The tribal MLA was sustained in power for two years by UPA allies - Congress, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) and Lalu Prasad's RJD. Both the I-T and ED report to department of revenue in the Union finance ministry. A complaint against Madhu Koda and three of his ministerial colleagues. Kamlesh Singh, Bhanu Pratap Singh and Bandhu Tirkey, all Independents like him who leveraged political instability to garner positions of power and pelf-under PMLA had been registered on October 9.
As officials are busy in conducting raids and probing, so exact picture will be emerge after the completion of raids & probe and how much public money siphoned by Mr. Madhu Koda and his associates, future will have store shameful revelation.

Birthday Anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji

Today is Guru Purab also known as Guru Nanak Jayanti or birthday of first Sikh Guru, Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the founder of the Sikh faith, was born in the month of Kartik (October/November). He was born in 1469 A.D. at Talwandi near about 30 miles from Lahore. The anniversaries of Sikh Guru's are known as Gurpurabs (festivals) and are celebrated with devotion and dedication. Sikhism preaches the existence of one God. They do not believe in idol worship and in fact, they are not allowed to place any idols in their homes and Gurdwaras. Sikhism also preaches good and healthy living, service to others, tolerance and love towards all. Apart from Guru Nanak Dev Ji, there were nine other Gurus who spread Sikhism.
From the very beginning, he was not as other children. In school, he picked up the wooden plank that served as his slate, and wrote on it an acrostic using all 35 alphabets to compose verses that questioned the meaning of learning without understanding, a verse that forms part of the Granth Sahib.
Often the father must have got impatient indeed; when sent to buy goods from the marketplace, he gave away all the money to a band of indigents that he saw in the bazaar. In the store where he was sent to work, he weighed out goods, but when he got to “tera” (thirteen) the word was chanted repeatedly like a mantra : “Tera (thine), O Lord, tera, I am Thine...” His father sent him away to work in his sister’s village, thinking that this would steady the youth; but his mind was preoccupied with the contemplation of the universal nature of God.
Many inspiring stories which are lesson for mankind by Guru Nanak Dev Ji are found, few are mentioned here –
  • Once in Mecca, he slept with his feet in the direction of the Holy Ka’aba. This was viewed as an insult by the Mullah, who kicked him and reproached him for turning his feet in the direction where God was. Nanak replied quietly, “Turn my feet in the direction where God is not...” Thus saying, he effectively silenced his critics, for they too believed as written in the Quran that God is everywhere.
  • Yet again, when he was on the banks of the Ganga in Haridwar, he saw pilgrims throwing water in the direction of the rising sun. Why, he asked, and was told that they were offering oblations to the spirits of their ancestors. Thereupon, he too started flinging water in the air, but in the opposite direction, towards the west, and when asked why, he replied, “I am watering my fields.” The people laughed scornfully. “How can this be?” they asked. “How can you water your fields from such a great distance?” “Why,” said the Guru, “if your oblations can reach the other world, cannot these drops of water reach my land in Punjab, which is much closer?”
  • When in the east, in Orissa, he visited the temple of Jagannath in Puri. It was evening, the time of the aarti offered to the deity with lamps and flowers. Guru Nanak stood silent, not participating. This, he said, was not homage enough to the glory and wonder of God, to whom Nature paid a far more sublime tribute.
Celebrations  - The akhand path or the continuous reading of Granth Sahib, the sacred book of the Sikhs, begins three days before Guru Nanak Jayanti. The sacred scripture is read non-stop from beginning to end. The Akhand Path culminates on the day of the Guru Purab and the holy book is then taken out in a procession. It is beautifully decorated with flowers and carried on a float. Children participate in the procession and march to the tune of local band playing religious hymns. Five armed guards who are called the panj pyare lead the procession. At the head of the procession is the Nishan Sahib or the Sikh flag.
Prabhat Pheri  - A few days before Guru Purab, people take out Prabhat Pheris or the early morning processions from the Gurdwaras. They go around their locality singing shabad or the religious hymns.
Langar - Later in the day, special kirtans are arranged in the Gurdwaras. The devotees attend Langar or the common meals where everyone eats the same food irrespective of caste, class, or creed. Devotees offer their services for cooking food, cleaning the Gurdwara or carrying out other chores. This is called the Kar Seva.
He was not only the founder of the Sikh religion; he was a great poet, philosopher, humanist and a powerful social reformer, a teacher of mankind. Guru Nanak Dev Ji said that one need not become a sanyasi sacrificing one's family, to please God. Those who practice devotion, whose mind is pure and who have sympathy, patience and honesty, are in no way inferior to a Sanyasi.

Indians’ Black Money

Money earned by citizen of this country is taxable and after paying tax owner is free to spent money wherever he wants but if concerned skip to pay tax then money become illegal and holder of it try to look spots where he can hide his illegal or black money and for these categories of people Switzerland is one of the country of the world where individual can deposit money and benefit for account holder is that neither bank ask their source nor they disclose to anyone, thus it is the safest vault treated by corrupt individual. Government sources’ are not sure about the amount of black money of Indians’ in Switzerland banks but as per unofficial estimates the black money of Indians’ is 1.5 trillion dollars or 1500 billion dollars and if the same money comes to India then how much it would be helpful for the country one even cannot imagine, once this huge amount of black money comes back to India, the entire foreign debt can be repaid in 24 hours. After paying the entire foreign debt, we will have surplus amount, almost 12 times larger than the foreign debt. If this surplus amount is invested in earning interest, the amount of interest will be more than the annual budget of the Central government. So even if all the taxes are abolished, then also the Central government will be able to maintain the country very comfortably.
Black Money of Indians in the Switzerland banks comes to limelight in the second phase of general election which was held this year for 15th Loksabha. During the second phase major party Bharatiya Janta Party (B.J.P.) of National Democratic Alliances’ (N.D.A.) designated Prime Ministerial Candidate Mr.Lal Krishan Advani announced that if their alliance get the majority and form the government then their top most priority would be to bring back Black Money of Indians to India, but after the counting N.D.A. lost the elections and it was believed that United Progressive Alliance (U.P.A.) wont touch the issue raised by N.D.A. but giving halt to speculations U.P.A. make agenda for hundred days in which black money also get preference.
Swiss bank revealed India has more money than rest of the world. Indians’ black money in Swiss banks than all the other countries combined, have a look of it-
  • India $1,456 billion
  •  Russia $470 billion
  •  U.K. $390 billion
  • Ukraine $100 billion
  • China $96 billion
Due to international pressure, the Swiss government agreed to disclose the names of the account holders only if the respective governments formally asked for it, Indian government had not step ahead in the past for details, no marks for guessing why? Is India poor, who says? Ask the Swiss banks. With personal account deposit bank of $1,500 billion in foreign reserve which have been misappropriated, an amount 13 times larger than the country's foreign debt, one needs to rethink if India is a poor country? This huge amount has been appropriated from the people of India by exploiting and betraying them.
Now U.P.A. after coming to power second consecutive time and bringing back black money dialogue proceed with Swiss authority relating to black money but it make everybody in India frustrated when Swiss authority deny to give access and information of Indians’ accounts and said if Indian officials want and have proof of any of their citizen have account then they can give us information and we will pass on details, then it was believed here that bringing back money to India wont be possible so this chapter is close for ever now.
This week news came that Indian officials are going to meet again to Swiss authority in the month of December and they are going to discuss the matter with them. In the midst of a row over tainted money stashed in banks in Switzerland, we are pursuing with the Swiss authorities and after our persuasion they have agreed to discuss and begin the negotiations on the amendment of the avoidance of double taxation agreement in respect of the exchange of information. So hopefully if everything will be on right track during meeting then we will step closer to get the black money back in India.

Diabetes: Silent Killer

Diabetes is one of the diseases which can be put in the category of silent killer as most of the infected patients of world are not aware of that they are victim of incurable disease diabetes; shocking and horrifying fact of this disease is that India is number one country of the world which have highest number of diabetic patients. India currently has the highest number of 50.8 million people suffering from diabetes, followed by China with 43.2 million and the US with 26.8 million. As per reports 58.7 million diabetes cases in India by 2010 - almost 7 per cent of its adult population.
Definition of Diabetes - Diabetes (diabetes mellitus) is classed as a metabolism disorder. Metabolism refers to the way our bodies use digested food for energy and growth. Most of what we eat is broken down into glucose. Glucose is a form of sugar in the blood - it is the principal source of fuel for our bodies. When our food is digested the glucose makes its way into our bloodstream. Our cells use the glucose for energy and growth. However, glucose cannot enter our cells without insulin being present - insulin makes it possible for our cells to take in the glucose. Insulin is a hormone that is produced by the pancreas. After eating, the pancreas automatically releases an adequate quantity of insulin to move the glucose present in our blood into the cells, and lowers the blood sugar level.
Reason Diabetes Occur - Much of what we eat is converted to glucose, also loosely called sugar. To use this sugar our body needs insulin. When there is lack of insulin, this sugar can not be utilized by the body and diabetes occurs.
Symptoms of diabetes - High blood sugar causes excess urination, excess thirst, difficulty in vision, increased chances of infections. Inability of body to use glucose causes excessive hunger, irritability, confusion, weakness, tiredness and weight loss that can be dangerous.
There are three main types of diabetes -
  • Diabetes Type 1 - You produce no insulin at all.
  • Diabetes Type 2 - You don't produce enough insulin, or your insulin is not working properly.
  • Gestational Diabetes - You develop diabetes just during your pregnancy.
Diabetes Types 1 & 2 is chronic medical conditions - this means that they are persistent and perpetual. Gestational Diabetes usually resolves itself after the birth of the child. All types of diabetes are treatable, but Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes last a lifetime; there is no known cure. The patient receives regular insulin, which became medically available in 1921. The treatment for a patient with Type 1 is mainly injected insulin, plus some dietary and exercise adherence. Patients with Type 2 are usually treated with tablets, exercise and a special diet, but sometimes insulin injections are also required.
The reasons of diabetes - Scientists till now have not found the activator of diabetes. They assume, that the genetic infringements or virus infection are the reason of diabetes. However during numerous researches some facts about this artful illness became known –
  • It is impossible to catch diabetes through blood.
  • There is a hereditary predisposition to diabetes. In case of illness of one of the parents the probability that at their children will be diabetes type 1, is equal 10 %, and diabetes type 2 - 80 %.
  • The excessive using in food sweet products does not cause diabetes, but causes increase of fats, which repeatedly raises risk to be ill.
  • It is believed our lifestyle and junk food also responsible of diabetes.
Diabetes Effects - The effects of diabetes on the body can be awful. They are usually caused due to high blood sugar levels in our blood. When the insulin in our body becomes ineffective, there is rise in the blood glucose level. They can directly harm your nervous system and blood circulation. In order to prevent the effects of diabetes on the body, we should consult our family doctor regularly. There are different ways to avoid these effects. We should regulate our eating habits, quit smoking and avoid alcohol consumption. Most people ignore the sugar intake by their body. It can be extremely harmful for a diabetic. Drinking enough water can save you from this disorder. You should drink at least 10-12 glasses of water regularly.
Diabetes is a deadly disease and it's spreading at a very fast rate. They are also genetic problems that can be carried through generations. Mostly people with a bad eating habit suffer from this disease. Diabetic retinopathy is the most terrible effects of diabetes on the body that can lead to blindness. There are very small vessels in our retina and when these vessels get damaged, people suffer from a blurred vision. The appearance of cobwebs and black spots can annoy us. You can also lose the vision of one of your eyes suddenly. If you see these symptoms, you should immediately consult a doctor.
Managing Diabetes -Once your diabetes has been diagnosed you will work as a team with your health care provider and nurses and, if one is available, a dietitian. The goal of managing your diabetes is to keep your blood sugars close to the blood sugar levels of people who do not have diabetes. The more normal your blood sugar, the less likely you will be to develop the complications of diabetes. Management is a balance. The key factors are diet, physical activity and, if necessary, medication. The goal of diabetes management is to keep your blood sugar and hemoglobin A 1c in the recommended ranges. Patient can do this through-
  •  Diet
  • Physical activity
  • Medications, if necessary
As per medical terms diabetes is not curable and patient has to take medicines and precaution of eatable food stuff lifelong but I know a person who is my friend and in the past was victim of diabetes but he get rid his diabetes by doing physical and breathing exercise, now he has no more diabetes from last eight years and leading happy life without taking any medicine whom doctors declared incurable disease, don’t know if is authentic medically but I have seen myself patient recover from Diabetes.

Crucial One day Cricket Series !

On coming Sunday that is 25Th October,2009 India is going to play One day International Seven matches series on home turf, thus have biggest advantage as history shows India is very strong and tough side on its soil and it is very difficult for all the touring team to beat India, probably reason behind as per my opinion is turning and flat tracks provided to the teams, local conditions(weather wise) and huge presence of crowd in the ground which support only Indian team, it all leads India as favourite. This time for both the teams series is crucial as right now both team standings in the ranking of International Cricket Council number one and two, Australian Cricket Team’s number one position is at stake and they have to win series to defend their number one position but if India win the series then India will become number one team of One day format of ICC. Below is ICC One Day International ranking updated on 23rd October,2009 –

So considering the standings of both the team, it is believed that series has store excited games and both teams will do their level best to defeat other team and snatch prestigious number one rank, despite importance of this series this time selectors did blunder while picking the players for the series, as lot of players are not doing well in the previous games they played or simply one say they are out of form but still they are selected to play the matches and in place of players bowling coach Mr. Venktesh Prasad and fielding Coach Mr. Robin Singh sacked and both were with Indian team as bowling and fielding coach from quite some time. This is the problem, tradition and history of selectors if players are not doing well in the field instead of players to be blame selectors sack coach as in the past Mr. Greg Chappell also get the same treatment from board, but how much selectors this move is harmful ,at the end of series results will give us clear picture. Assemblies Results

On 22nd October, 2009 in the evening around 5p.m. results from all the three sates (Arunachal Pradesh, Maharashtra, Haryana) which goes to Assembly polls on 13th Ocotber,2009 simultaneously, declared and as it was expected and predicted by exit poll by different agencies, Indian National Congress will form the Government in all the three states either by self or with alliance but still surprising and shocking results for Indian National Congress in Haryana state as it goes to poll almost six months before its term completed just because party perform much better in Loksabha polls which held this year May month and in hope to repeat the performance of Loksabha ,Indian National Congress party dissolve Assembly, gone for Election and take risk to repeat Loksabha results, even media was predicting that because in Haryana State opposition party have no agenda and scattered it will be a easy ride to Indian National Congress in Haryana as Indian National Lokdal Party(INDL) and Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) unable to reach an agreement to form alliance and Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) and Haryana Janhit Congress (HJC) alliance was not move ahead more then dialogue, but surprisingly INLD gives tough fight and Indian National Congress is not in a position to form government at its own as it six seats short of majority to form the government, below is results detail of all the three states in Alphabetic orders –
1. Arunachal Pradesh seats 60 -
  • Bharatiya Janta Party-03
  • Indian National Party-42
  • National Congress Party-05
  • All India Trimool Congress-05
  • Others-05
2. Maharashtra seats 288 -
  •  Bharatiya Janta Party-46
  • Communist Party of India (Marxist)-01
  • Indian National Comgres-82
  • MNS-13
  • National Congress Party-62
  • Samajwadi Party-04
  • ShivSena-44
  • Others-36
3. Haryana seats 90
  • Bahujan Samaj Party-01
  •  Bharatiya Janta Party-04
  • Indian National Congress-40
  • Haryana Janhit Congress-06
  • Indian National Lokdal Party-31
  • Shiromini Akali Dal-01
  • Others-07
In Haryana now for Indian National Congress party and Indian National Lokdal Party time is go out and get the required number to form government but no doubt people verdict is not for any party but because both parties are few seats short so dialogue with independents or other parties after some give and take can be mature, till yesterday both parties are claming that they will get required numbers to form government, so coming days interesting to see who will form government in Haryana.
