Disability Act-1995

Government of India make disability Act-1995 to give special benefits to handicap persons, but as per belief of Punjab government’s Social Security Minister Laxmikant Chawla in the state act was not implemented at its full capacity, as handicap persons entitle for the benefits are not getting. It can be due to lack of information or shortage of awareness campaign. Just recently she held meeting with different government department representatives and express her disappointment on to the problems faced by handicapped despite Disability Act 1995 is implemented in the state. As per law handicap persons working in an organisation with less or up to twenty five thousand rupees scheme is running that ESI & EPF amount of such employees will be issue in three years period, but it has seen that in score of cases due to lack of knowledge handicap persons are unable to enjoy the scheme’s benefits. As per reports she was upset and directed concerned departments representatives with strong words to implement Disability Act 1995 proposals.
  • In the meeting representatives of Industrial department she pass on directives that whenever they received any new proposal of factory in the state then they should add terms for the benefits of handicap persons that factory will hire three percent of their work force which comes in the category of handicap, as her department has made three percent reservation policy for handicap persons.
  • Representatives of Transport department gets words from her to make it possible that on every bus terminal of state there will be wheel chair so that it helps handicap persons to move from one place to another without any problem. As it has seen that due to rush they find it very difficult to catch the bus of their destination.
  • Representatives of Education department get instructions to submit details under right to information act how many kids’ gets advantages plus how many teachers have taken responsibilities to visit different homes to teach the kids.
  • Punjab Urban Development Authority (PUDA) representatives asked to make sure three percent reservation to the handicap persons in the allotments of house, shops and plots. In this regards she wants a policy so that handicap persons gets benefits under the Disabilities Act 1995 which has comes into force almost fifteen years back but till date policy is not make.
  • From Health department nobody was present in the meeting, considering this social security minister issue letter to the health department and asked in future meetings they should not skip the meeting.
  • Representatives of Rural development & Panchayat departments have not any satisfactory answers. Minister scolds the representatives and asked to attend the meetings next time with full information’s relating to their departments schemes. Five percent reservation for the handicap persons asked by the minister in Golden Jubilee rural plan and Indira Awaas Yogna.
President of Physical Handicap Education Association Mr. Dardi said there is feeling of uncomfortable among Punjab’s handicap persons but hopefully meeting of social security minister with different government department’s representatives relating to the schemes for handicap persons as she has pass on directions to the different departments, their problems will be reduce significantly.

Railways : Accidents & Insurance Policy ( II )

In the country to ply any vehicle insurance is must and if anybody skip from insurance of his/her vehicle then he/she is entitle for fine of one thousand rupees or three months jail or both under section 146 of Motor Vehicle Act 1988, or in other words any vehicle runs on Indian roads should have mandatory below coded valid documents –
  • Insurance policy
  • Registration Certificate
  • Driving License
Missing of any above document is offense and entitle for fine. This term is applicable on all the vehicles from moped to Airplane, but its shocking to code here that in the country one of the most use mode of travel Railways is running without insurance. As per railways sources passengers are entitle for below coded compensation from railways at the time of accidents –
  • Five lakhs rupees to the kin of dead
  • One lakh rupees if passenger become handicapped
  • Twenty five thousand rupees if passenger injured
Question rises here if railways have not taken insurance policy then how it is able to compensate the passengers, well its straight forward answer is that Railways compensating the passengers from its budget and during 2009-10 financial year Railways had disbursed 1.4 billion rupees as compensation.
Railways is one of most preferred and used traveling mode of Indians and as per rough stats on daily basis railways moves three million peoples from one place to another, but it is shocking to code that railways have not taken any insurance policy. It is ridiculous that it is running without opting insurance, infect till 2008 it keep on taking insurance and had spent rupees 770 million on to insurance in the year 2008, but next year amount of premium was increase by insurance companies by ten million rupees which railways officials deny to award the insurance contract to any company and since then railways have not taken insurance policy, ironically in the run to save 10 million rupees in the year 2009-10 railways have paid 1.4 billion rupees as compensation on to 100 railways accidents to dead or injured hence had disbursed 620 million rupees more from its budget as it has not opted any insurance, on just recently rail accidents railways has to give 100 million rupees. One of the shocking side of this story is that if any vehicle without insurance, is not allow to run on roads, even in this regard plane does not allow to take off, then why railway is getting relaxation on which terms to run without insurance, its answer is lies with the concerned authority. One of the explanation comes from the railways officials that incurrence companies are increasing premium on yearly basis which has no logic but on other hand insurance companies are saying that they have no other option but to increase premium as railway passengers are increasing as well as accidents of railways.
Railways should take measures on safety of railways on priority basis, so that it can convince insurance companies to lower their premium and also passengers get safe and sound journey towards their destinations, otherwise blaming others is ridiculous move and nobody will accept this logic easily.

Railways : Accidents & Insurance Policy ( I )

In recent days country is jolt by Train accidents and in the span of mere six days country had witnessed six rail accidents which were of both small and large intensities, in these accidents one hundred and twenty five passengers lost their lives and more than four hundred and ten passengers were injured. Phase of unfortunate railways accidents started from 8th July, 2011 when Kanshi Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh witness railway accident and forty five travelers lost their lives; then on 10th July, 2011 in the country four rail accidents happened and eighty passengers lost their lives plus more than four hundred passengers injured. Then railways ministry was looking by P.M. and was without any railway minister as Mamta Banerjee now Chief Minster of West Bengal but former railway minister resigned as railway minister after spectacular victory of her party in the West Bengal assembly elections, after victory she prefer to become CM of West Bengal then Railway Minister of India. Railway announced compensation to both categories of travelers dead or injured in the recent accidents.
In the UPA 2 Mamta Banerjee become railway minister on 22nd May,2009 and during her tenure as railway minister of country she spent most her time in West Bengal as assembly elections were near and during her stint as railway minister for the period of just two years total two hundred and twenty five big or small railway accidents took place and around one hundred and sixty nine persons lost their lives, but nothing concrete action was taken by railways as far security improvement is concern and after her resignation her party’s leader was made minister of state for railways from 20th May,2011 onwards, speculation was in the air that Mr. Mukal Rai will be promoted as Railways Minister in the due cabinet reshuffle but due to differences with the PM railway ministry snatched from Mr. Mukal Rai and minister of state for health Mr. Dinesh Trvedi made railway minister. After taking charge of railway ministry he visited railway accident spot and his statement was quite shocking as instead of providing heeling touch to victims he speaks in such a tone that it peel the wounds of the victims, like –
  • Accident are called accident because it is an accident, no body can stop accidents?
  • No place in the world where accidents not taken place, unfortunately while giving example we always follows America and he added even accidents happen in America.
He accepted that our system is very slow in accepting any new technology or system, but instead of blaming anything Railway Minister should take measures to remove the loopholes which are becoming reasons of accidents in the country which one can code like unmanned crossing lanes, check up of passenger trains brakes which are increased significantly should reduce.
Hopefully new railway minister instead of pointing fingers towards anybody will work for the welfare of railways & passengers, and at the time of railways accidents avoid to give such a statement which hurt feeling of passengers further who are already loosing faith in the journey of railways.

Badal Dares Badal

Manpreet Singh Badal, former finance Minister of Punjab, due to Giderwaha assembly seat which he fought on the ticket of Sharomani Akali Dal (SAD); but now everything has been changed as Manpreet Singh Badal not only resigned few months back as finance minister of Punjab state but also quit from Sharomani Akali Dal party due to differences with other leaders of party along with it he have form new party by name Peoples Party of Punjab (PPP). There is saying in political arena that no body is permanent friend or foe, as scenario keeps on changing depending upon circumstances, alliance constitute or break. Manpreet Singh Badal, President of PPP is extensively touring Punjab state from past few months, succeed in creating very huge public supports for his party, considering this now political experts believes that Manpreet Badal has emerges as third dimension in Punjab politics and going to play very major role in the coming state assembly elections which are less then six months away.
Just recently President of Peoples Party of Punjab Mr. Manpreet Singh Badal has announced that his father (Gurdass Singh Badal) who is brother of Chief Minster of Punjab (Parkash Singh Badal) will be candidate of PPP from Lambhi assembly seat and it is worth mentioning here that Sardar Parkash Singh Badal has won Lambhi seat continuously for three times, but his victory margin with every elections keep on shrinking –
  • 1997- Parkash Singh Badal won Lambhi seat by defeating his nearest rival by twenty two thousand votes.
  • 2002 – Parkash Singh Badal declared victorious by the vote margin of twenty thousand votes.
  • 2007 – Parkash Singh Badal won the seat by the difference of eight thousand votes.
with announcement of Manpreet Singh Badal it is not only dares Chief Minster of Punjab but also challenge to Shiromani Akali Dal. As per unconfirmed reports that this time Deputy Chief Minster of Punjab and son of Mr. Parkash Singh Badal is not going to contest election from any seat but has plan to do canvassing throughout state for his party candidates. On other hand Manpreet Singh Badal elected four times as M.L.A. from Giderwaha seat, he and his father has very good support in Lambhi constituency. Declaration of Gurdass Singh Badal as candidate from Lambhi is considered by political analysis as challenge to both Shiromani Akali Dal & its president Parkash Singh Badal , so for him selecting his seat in the coming elections would be very cautious move as if he contest from other seat then it will generate wrong signals among public and his party but if he still opt to fight election from Lambhi seat then this time he may not get desirous result. Speculations are in the air that perhaps Parkash Singh Badal will contest elections from two assembly seats.
Manpreet Singh Badal has put his former party and its leaders in state of dilemma, so in the coming Punjab state assembly elections at the time of announcement of candidates by SAD it will be interesting to see how it has taken challenge of Manpreet Singh Badal?

PSPCL Offers Benefit To Subscribers

Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) erstwhile Punjab State Electricity Board is trying to increase facilities to consumers in terms of submitting their electricity bills, so that they can get relief standing in long queues for timeless period, hence wasting their valuable times at the time of electricity bill payments, as score of consumers prefer to submit bills on last day of bill date, thus bill counters faces huge rush and for concern person dealing with consumers on that day is work full of stress. Right now Punjab State Corporation limited is collecting bills payments from its subscribers in four modes –
  • Bill Counters
  • Online Payments
  • Bill Machines
  • Bill delivery boy entitle to collect bills from subscribers
but all these four modes of bill payments have their limits, like Bill counter collects bill payments only on working days at specific times or from 9a.m. onwards till 2.00 p.m.; Bill collecting machines often refuse to accept notes, hence consumers needs to come up with minimum one and half times of amount from their respective bills; Online bills every consumer has not access of computer at their houses’ or at working areas moreover everybody is not computer savvy, so just recently PSPCL announced one more facility to its consumers to submit their electricity bills, initially the project is going to start on trail basis in six districts of state, and depending upon its success will introduce in rest of districts of state, districts which are included in the list to have this pilot project are –
  • Amritsar
  • Bhathinda
  • Jalandhar
  • Mohali
  • Ludhiana
  • Patiala
Punjab State Power Corporation Limited has given name to this project as Easy Billing System, with this both categories of customers Domestic and Commercial will be able to submit their bills without bothering it is holiday or not working hours, for availing this facility they have not to shed any extra money. As per information available in this regard PSPCL has awarded contract to private companies, these companies will works on commission terms but consumers have not to bear any extra costs on to their bills if they will submit their electricity bills through these Easy Billing System points. These companies will provide facilities to the customers by appointing institutions or shops to collect bills. Hopefully starting of these facilities will reduce rush from the bill counters significantly plus public will get relief from long queues. As per words or urban Xen Mr. Hardeep Singh Sidhu Easy Billing System is started considering the problems of subscribers, and at Bhathinda thirteen points/spots has been selected where consumers can submit their bills at any time.
Hopefully Easy Billing System will reduce burden on both parties PSPCL and consumers plus supersedes already working four billing modes.

Young Couples

Often Young ones falls in love where ever they live, love is natural phenomena, it never consider caste, religion or creed, but it has seen in score of cases’ for young couples families it is not easy to accept other caste or religion scion as their son-in-law or daughter-in-law, hence their relation become hard to get nod of them, resultant young couples left with no other options but to elope from their vicinities and get stamp of law on to their relations but it also create situation where both families not only blame each other for their young family member revolt or aggressive action, for young couples atmosphere generates where for them live with their families is life threatening, so they often seek courts protection, when courts received such petition from young couples it releases’ order to local authorities to provide adequate security.
As per stats of last year fled young couples were two thousand five hundred and sixty one who seeks security from Punjab and Haryana High Court but out of it only 1.2 percent had taken police protection. It was reveal by the report of Tanu Bedi which was based on fifteen districts of Punjab state, they are –
  • Amritsar
  • Barnala
  • Bhathinda
  • Faridkot
  • Ferozpur
  • Gurdaspur
  • Hoshiarpur
  • Jalandhar
  • Kapurthala
  • Mansa
  • Moga
  • Mukstsar
  • Nawashehar
  • Sangrur
  • Tarantaran
and above mentioned districts of Punjab state highest cases of police protection were received from Hoshiarpur district and they were four hundred and fourteen while lowest cases of police protection were received from Barnala which were thirty six, in spite of two thousand five hundred and sixty one love couples desire of police protection from Punjab and Haryana Courts but only thirty one had taken security, it can be reasons like-
  • Postal address which were given by young couples in score of cases often found it is wrong, hence police department unable to find the coded correct address.
  • Some couples due to poverty do not take police protection as they found tough to bear the expenses of security personnel’s.
as this report was presented in front of one of honorable Justice. Reports from Haryana and Chandigarh are yet to be present in the court, as Punjab and Haryana High Court on to hearing petition of eloped young couples from Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh seeks report from Tanu Bedi. Next hearing of this case is schedule on 17th August,2011.
If senior members of families accept the relation of their young ones with open heart then there will be no need for them to flee from their houses and seek police protection, but for this families have to come out from the shell of fake social bounds which is not easy as it require guts to oppose it.

Sangat Darshan By Chief Minister

Punjab State is few months away from Assembly elections, state’s ruling alliance Sharomani Akali Dal (SAD) and Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) has started their campaign to woo voters with populism initiatives –
  • Public friendly steps taken by ruling alliance.
  • Leaders are meeting public to solve their problems instantly.
  • Improvement in electricity supply compare to gone by time without new electricity plants operational in the state.
  • Stiff norms(Right to Service Act) for government departments to give public time bound services’.
above coded are few points leaders of ruling alliance trying to mesmerise peoples of state and in the process to improve their image among voters so that they get next terms also in the office, but on daily basis statements of opposition parties different leaders are enough to hijack their populism movements, hence from their part its need of time to oversight allegations of opposition parties leaders and continue their campaign to glue voters with their public friendly strategy as lack of it can prove dangerous or can become anti incumbency factor which will take opposition parties close to power.
Chief Minister of state Sardar Prakash Singh Badal has announced that in coming days he will tour state’s different parts to meet public so that their problems can be solve on the spot, plus he will stay in the same place’s religious or school area wherever he host public meet or Sangat Darshan. Interestingly it is not that he is going to kick starts Sangat Darshan first time but he is doing Sangat Darshan from quite long time infect he is now going to increase its intensity, plus difference this time is of his halt, its major reason is as assembly elections are merely six months away and through Sangat Darshan he wants that people of the state gets solutions of their problems from their home place itself, this way he will kill two birds with stone, like-
  • He can feel problems of common peoples personally.
  • He will attract people by staying in between them.
but with the announcement of his Sangat Darshan campaign throughout state, it is going to give very tough time to security personnel’s, as wherever Chief Minster will go they not only have to stay on their feet but will also turn staying place into police cantonment as slightly mistake can be fatal. No doubt with this announcement government machinery will be on high alerts but it will be boon for the state peoples as not only their problems will be solve on priority basis rather on the spot but also Chief Minster can announce grants for the development of the area.
Coming six months for the residents of Punjab will be full of pro public by state government, and there will be no surprise that state government announce more packages, schemes, development projects for the upliftment of Punjab state before election code of conduct comes into force, so that instead of paving ways for opposition parties to get issues’ they themselves make claims with populism efforts.

Differences’ in Lokpal Draft

Ten minds set seven times together for drafting lokpal bill, five each were from Government and Civil society, it was result of Anna Hazare’s fast unto death in the month of April to make Lokpal Bill as Civil Society members did not endorse toothless government lokpal bill, for preparing lokpal draft deadline was 30th June, 2011 which then would be presented in the monsoon session of parliament, but in spite of seven meetings in the span of less then two months between both the parties, they were unable to make unanimous draft which is approve by both sides without any differences, while listening both sides words it give clear feeling that there is huge differences’ on to the certain clauses’ between both sides, hence speculations gets fuel that perhaps two drafts will be present in the house one each of Government and Civil Society or draft will present with two clauses’ where both sides have differences’, as now process of drafting lokpal bill is completed but civil society members are skeptical for strong lokpal bill more over there role is over and they cannot do anything now as Lokpal bill will be pass by parliament, it is worth mentioning here that Anna Hazare has already announced that if strong lokpal bill not comes into existence then from 16th August onwards he will start his protest again and ready for bullets also. Below coded are points which divide both the parties on to unanimous Lokpal bill draft –
Clubbing different agencies with Lokpal  –
  • Jan Lokpal Draft – It endorse all the different law and enforcement agencies under lokpal.
  • Government Lokpal Draft – Government draft doesn’t want existence government any law and enforcement agencies under lokpal.
Punishment
  • Jan Lokpal Draft – After primary probe accused will have to go through the process of law, as he/she will be allowed to put his side of story in the courts.
  • Government Lokpal Draft – There is proposal of possibilities and personal hearing after every level of probe.
Selection Committee
  • Jan Lokpal Draft – Civil Society supports strong lokpal Bill, thus lokpal committee should constitute best minds of the country through transparent process, hence it is in favour of ten members committee which should be represents by retired five members from different government set ups like Judiciary, Comptroller and Audit General(CAG) or Central Election Commission and five members from civil society, so that committee would be able to deliver justice on corruption cases.
  • Government Lokpal Draft – There is not any clear and transparent criteria visible in Government lokpal draft.
Ambit of Lokpal
  • Government Lokpal draft – It has not included under joint secretary level of government officers.
  • Jan Lokpal Draft – Civil Society draft wants even Prime Minister under Lokpal ambit.
Lokpal Panel Selection
  • Jan Lokpal Draft – Two elected politicians, four former Justice and two independent constitutional experts.
  • Government Lokpal Draft – Six elected politicians and out of it five from ruling party or alliance, two former justice and two bureaucrats.
Above coded are issues where both parities have differences’, but these issues’ will make lokpal bill strong or toothless depending upon which Lokpal bill pass by parliament, for civil society members now they are not entitle for any further action in this regards, as now it has to be pass by parliament , hence civil society has intensify meetings with leaders of all political parties and sharing with them about their draft details, but despite their meetings with leaders they don’t get clear view and left with option to wait until bill present in the house, so until and unless bill not present in the house it is not possible to say final shape of Lokpal Bill.

Applaudable Efforts Against Tobacco

Use tobacco by human beings in any form either by chewing or through smoking is bad and that’s the reason, its government instruction to cigarette producing companies to alert user by writing boldly on to the cigarette packs
Cigarette Smoking is Injurious to Health
surprisingly not only peoples are ignoring the instructions but also new one are adding in the list of user hugely and in this category women and young generation which attracts towards tobacco is quite shocking. In the country cigarette smoking is not allowed in public places and if anybody found guilty violating the law then he/she entitle for fine, now Government of India has directed cigarette companies to have picture on to the cigarette pack. In the working place where person spend atleast eight hours on daily basis it will be a good move if companies take initiatives to create smoke free zone, no doubt for making smoke free or tobacco free zone there will be need of strong norms, other wise addicts cannot make distance from smoking easily, whenever he/she will get chance then they will try to lit or chew tobacco. In the country Bajaj Group’s Bajaj Electrical Limited has taken steps to make the whole company tobacco free organistaion and efforts of the company has started giving yield to the company as 73 percent employees who were using tobacco have quit from it voluntarily. Anti tobacco campaign started by Chairman and Managing Director Mr. Shekhar Bajaj and idea generated to make organisation tobacco free by his wife Kiran who is president of Non Government Organisation by name Eco Friendly.
Bajaj Electrical Limited’s 117 employees have quit from the habit of tobacco which was spread among its employees over its nineteen branches, this fact was reveal when company conduct a survey and it was found that total 157 employees were using tobacco. One of the big name in the list who quit from tobacco is Regional Manager Mr. Manish Balaundi, as per words of Mr. Balaundi from last six months he has not smoke and successfully make distance from cigarettes and it is worth mentioning here that he had habit of smoking fifteen cigarettes in a single day. Company after survey forward emails to its employees who were in habit of smoking or chewing tobacco with simple and straight forward message of smoking by anybody is harmful for himself/herself and also for family plus it make the environment polluted, and in the same email there was warning line that if they found using tobacco then they are entitle for negative rating, hence it can become obstacles in their promotions, in response to the email company gets positive responses. Recently company held anti tobacco slogan competition.
No doubt company tries both soft and hard measures to pull its employees from the habit of using tobacco, and company pounded with positive results as seventy three percent employees of nineteen branches make distance from tobacco. As per words of Chairman and Managing Director Mr. Shekhar Bajaj his campaign against tobacco not for his personnel satisfaction but he was worried for his employee’s health and welfare. Whatever the reason may be of tobacco free campaign but no body can deny the bad impact of tobacco on to its user along with it other persons who spend time around them has to suffer and inhale some smoke also. Other companies also need to take steps like of Bajaj Electrical Limited to generate tobacco free society.

Vibrant Old Men

Today when Indians are vocal against inflation, Government of India is failed to control it for last more then two years and till date its every step and action against inflation is proving boomerang, but it is worth mentioning here that in the country there are scores of individuals, NGO’s and organisations which are working for the welfare of poor families. One of the organisation by name Chinmey Mission is not only helping widows and helpless with ration but also taken responsibilities to give education to their children plus providing counseling to their children for job oriented courses’ along with insurance to the children of widows and helpless. Best and most attractive part of Chinmey Mission is that every fifth member of this organisation is more then the age of sixty eight years. Right now total members of this organisation are one hundred, and aged persons of this organisation are retired from high rank. Set up of Chinmey Mission based at Gurdaspur Punjab is –
  • Chief Patron - Retired Principal Charan Dass Shastri – 85 years old
  • President – Hira Arora – 70 years old
  • General Secretary – Retired Manager Krishan Kumar – 68 years old
  • Deputy Secretary – R S Bajwa – 68 years old
  • Deputy Secretary – Vijay Bhandari – 68 years old
  • Chairman Ration Committee – Retired Punjab Agro R K Sharma 68 years old
  • Member – Retired Principal – S K Khanna – 70 years old
  • Member – Prem Khosla – 70 years old
  • Member – Prem Parkash – 70 years old
  • Member – Prem Sagar Gupta – 70 years old
  • Member – Industralist Bal Krishan Mittal – 70 years old
Chinmey Mission comes into existence two and half years back in Gurdaspur with motive to help widows and helpless and started its mission to help them with ration and make their family members self dependents. In the beginning it help the 21 widows and helpless and today on monthly basis giving free ration of rupees eight hundred each to 55 widows and helpless. Esha Handicraft of Gurdaspur attached with Chinmey Mission to insured children which are getting help from Chinmey Mission and not only have insured every child for one year but also distributed last year eleven sewing machines among women. Sukhjindra Group of Education founded by Sawinder Singh Gill helping children of Chinmey Mission widows and helpless to get education, and kids are not bound to get education from their institute but they are free to get education from anywhere and they will help them, for job oriented courses children are guided by Chinmey Mission to opt courses like beautician, cookery etc. etc., for this purpose not only General Secretary helping them but Nilam Sethi Principal of S.D.College is also active.
Initiatives of Chinmey Mission is inspiration for the old persons of the country to do something after retirement otherwise right now after retirement they just become worthless for family or society, but with will to do something for society or surroundings then they can follow path of Chinmey Mission’s campaign and hence can become valuable assets for the society. Hopefully efforts of the Chinmey Mission will awaken old persons of other part of the country.

Railways Block 4.6 lakh ID’s

Now a days Private and Government departments are using maximum technology in providing services’ to the public as it is fast, instant and one can access it from anywhere anytime provided he/she has facility of net access, but crook minds create loopholes to ditch even technology as it was found by IRCTC which is associate company of Railways and in process to give public online railways tickets, to utilize the service any individual first have to register with the site which is free of cost plus he/she should have valid email id as his/her password to access IRCTC is forward in there email id, while talking to media persons managing director of IRCTC Mr. Rakesh Tandon reveal shocking facts how agents were doing business which was comes to limelight when company put trap on 4.6 lakhs id’s after telephonic conversation as these id’s were suspicious and issuing score of railway tickets and taking action against such id’s which were 4.6 lakhs in numbers IRCTC blocks all these id’s.
Associate company of railways IRCTC doing business of online tickets on behalf of railways, took action to control agents which were in the business to issue online tickets after making phony email id’s, has taken action against such id’s by blocking them and it were 4.6 lakhs, it will help common peoples to get online tickets previously which was overloaded and unavailable due to illegal business by agents, now it will make them tough rather impossible to issue tickets on single id as now every id will be under slab of not more then two tickets on single day and not more then ten tickets in a month period. This was possible thanks to trap by IRCTC on suspicious id’s as they were under trap by company due to there suspicious activity of issuing score of tickets in a single day. Taking action during first phase suspicious id’s were blocked by company, but crooked minds after seeing action of company comes up with another idea of making id just like of common persons as requirement for making id is only valid email id which is not hard to make new email id’s, reason of valid email id is that password of user name forward in the email itself after registration by user. Company again put trap on to this matter due to suspicious activities of some users and they found on general id score of tickets are issuing which by individual its not possible, after probe it was found that agents were doing business of online tickets with disguise mask, moreover they were bypassing the rule of from eight a.m. onwards to nine in the morning tickets booking are not allowed for agents but they were doing successfully due to general id’s.
It is really shocking to learn that how crooked minds(agents) were involve in the illegal trade practice on to the name of general public and biting there share hugely as total number of id were blocked by IRCTC is 4.6 lakhs, which were registered with IRCTC and keep on playing under there nose and succeed in issuing online tickets, but thanks to trap which reveal id’s were of agents hence IRCTC left with no options but to block them, it will help general and genuine public to take advantage of online railway tickets facilities as IRCTC has extended its action to allow anyone to issue only two tickets in a day and ten tickets in a month time.

Baba Ramdev with new Strategy

Baba Ramdev set on fast unto death on 4th June, 2011 with score of public and nation interest demands, and had book Ramlila ground for one month for his agitation, but Baba Ramdev’s protest was ended in just one day courtesy forcibly police action which was taken on 5th June, 2011 at midnight, but government action was criticise by everybody in the country because being citizen of democracy everybody has right to protest if he/she has any objection against government, more over Baba Ramdev’s agitation was against black money of Indians which was lying in tax haven countries and as per Baba Ramdev’s words it is around 400 Lakh Crores Rupees or 400 trillion Rupees, after ending his one day protest, Government of India ban Baba Ramdev’s entry into capital for next fifteen days, he continue his fast unto death from Haridwar, and when it entered into ninth day then his health deteriorated and need immediate doctor’s attention, doctor’s announced that Baba Ramdev should end his fast immediately, other wise it can be dangerous for him, then well known religious guru of country step ahead and able to convince him to end his fast, after breaking his fast Baba Ramdev declare his movement will continue and for next fortnight he will spend time under silent fast ( Maun Brat ).
After completion of period of not to enter in capital & silent fast on 27th June,2011 Baba Ramdev was in New Delhi along with his supporters to see one of his followers Rajbala who was injured during police action and was under treatment in G.B.Pant Hospital, after watching her he declared that he will hold press conference at 4 p.m., in the press conference he said condition of Rajbala is critical and she has mark of police lathi’s on to her neck, back and feet plus made below coded allegations against Government of India –
  • If my issue’s were wrong then why four Cabinet Ministers went on Airport to talk to me?
  • I am mask of 1200 million people of the country and not of any political party or religious organisation of the country.
  • My last telephonic conversation with Cabinet minister should be make public.
  • Police personals try to rape women gathered for protest at Ramlila ground.
Baba Ramdev was aggressive against Government and said it was previously corrupt but now it has become cruel also as whoever try to raise voice against them, it is crush by government. Baba Ramdev said that his campaign against corruption and black money will continue. He announce he does not afraid from arrest and in the country there is undeclared emergency, if any money of him found illegal then government announce it nation assets, detail of his money is available online at his site, now political parties following him also declare there assets. When asked about his next action? He avoid to declare clearly. He said whatever he is saying he will put his side of story in the Supreme Court with proves. He was satisfy on to Supreme Court’s self notice of police action against his protest and said as this case is under trail so he won’t comment on to it. Rebirth: Myth or Reality?

One of the unresolved mystery of human beings is rebirth, as different section has different views –
  • Hindu mythology – Soul never dies, its body which dies but immediately after death soul changes body as we change clothes, so its clearly means that Hindu religion believes in rebirth.
  • Science – Science does not believe in rebirth and believes who claims about his/her past life needs sittings with doctors to get rid on to the problem as it can be due to disorder.
  • Regression Therapy – With the help of Regression Therapy experts took concerned into his/her past lives and why he/she is experiencing anything in his/her present life could have links of their previous births, but its not have any scientific proves.
  • Logical Organisation – Some organisations are active in the country to remove the belief from the public minds from black magic, soul mystery, rebirth or spirits, they claims there is no authentic proves available about their existence all are false stories and if anybody proves it then it will award them with money, and till date nobody succeed to convince them about their claims.
around us cases of rebirth keep on happening, due to claims make by child, hence its matter of investigation for every theory so that mystery from rebirth can be removed, other wise rebirth will remain as it is till date issue of speculations and stories of rebirth will keep on attracting peoples through print or electronics media, due to mystery it make and leave peoples with confusion that if rebirth is reality or story created by some persons. Recently score of channels in India have covered extensively story of a boy who claim that this is his rebirth and he comes back to take revenge from persons who killed him by putting them behind the bars. Story of the boy goes like this-
·        Avatar, seven years old kid from Rajasthan claims that he was Subash by name in his past life, who was resident of Punjab. He was killed by two persons on 15th August,2003 on the issue of money, and they killed him on the railway track. He had welding shop and had two brothers in his past life, and interestingly he has recognise both his brothers of past life. His present life father’s name is Charan Singh, boy speaks Punjabi fluently, when boy was called by electronics media in their studio and also experts of different fields then once again no body sure if it is the reality or a story as astrologer was claiming it can happen and have given examples of hindu stories and doctors claimed that no doubt boy is mentally good but he needs some session with doctors to get rid on to the problem, so again it leaves every followers of the story in the state of confusion.
Avatar of present life and Subash of last life wants to live with both the families and also wants his killer get punishment but our law does not permit witness of rebirth as authentic witness, despite as per reports case against two accused named are already under trail in the court. Accepted in medical terms he needs session with doctors but as per hindu religion his soul needs justice, so no body can be sure what is the real truth of Avatar, as listening views of different sections one believes they are right other are wrong.

Online State Level Tests

Punjab State Government has online state level tests which will help students to avoid from unnecessary problems at different levels like from test until admission and with the help of technology students will be able to do all the process online, but right now online facilities will be restricted to only few courses which are in the categories of state levels, other courses tests which conducted by universities at there levels will continue manually which will be on merit base, before this after taking tests manually universities filled the seats through counseling, but experts believe soon it will also be conducted online as number of students to get admission in these courses are increasing with every passing years and for universities administrators it is giving them tough time.
Punjab state has make online courses of state level tests, which are –
  • M.B.A.
  • M.C.A.
  • B.ED
  • LAW
now whole process from tests to admission will be online of these courses, aspirants can download form from home itself through internet plus can apply online for admission. For this state government has given responsibilities to Universities to conduct tests one by one which are affiliated with Punjab government, it will be liabilities of host university which will have turn to conduct exams to arrange each and every facilities online for every students. On the other hand admission in the subjects where tests not conducted admission criteria is merit, and right now all universities of state at there level arrange tests but with increasing rush of students it wont be surprise that in coming time it will also be changed from manually to online. With online process not only it will help students to get information from their homes but also no body will blame that he/she is cheated as online admission process will pave the way to transparency.
It is good move by state government to start online facilities to the students in few courses which comes under the state level it will help to reduce unnecessary burden on students, saving time, but it will be better if online facilities will be stretch to all the courses whether they comes under universities ambit or other domain as in today’s era technology is easily accessible by anybody anywhere provided they have computer and internet connection.

Read Before You Sign Any Document

Around us score of frauds are happening on daily basis, but with wisdom and vigil anybody can avoid becoming victim of it. It is the liability of concern to read any document before signing on it or be alert before handing over identity to anyone, otherwise it can become trap for himself/herself, later on feeling repent on to his/her action is just wastage of energy as it will deliver to concerned only tension and sadness. Family members, relatives, friends or near or dear ones can cheat anyone easily after having signature on any document because we without any suspicion, bothering to read document sign on it, hence endorse our approval and tied ourselves from circumstances from where it is not easy to come out from crisis. In this regard it has seen that employees have blind faith on to their senior hence they exploited easily. Recently in the state of Gujarat, Ahmadabad city was in the news because of notice by Income Tax department to a plumber, who has income of only five thousand rupees per month but got notice from income tax department of 65 million rupees, this is the amount he not even think in his dream and perhaps in his life will never see or count, then how this happen that income tax department forward notice of such a big amount? If it was mistake of tax department or he was hiding the truth as in this case somewhere somebody is wrong, but when plumber receive the notice, he was shocked. Whole story goes like this –
  • Resident of Ahmdabad, Shivnath Patel is plumber by profession. Shivnath Patel works on daily basis and his monthly income is five thousand rupees only from all sources, had studied up to 12th standard, received notice from Income Tax department of 65 million rupees, for him it was such a big amount about whom he has not seen even in his dream. As per the details of notice during 2002-03 financial year from his bank account transaction of 65 million rupees was made to purchase 69,000 shares, and he was mentioned in the document as director of the company, thus income tax department has seek full details of it. He thought he had received notice from income tax department by mistake, hence he return it, but later on he received call from income tax department and they enquired about it, it surprise him. Then he try to memorise about that year had he did something like that, as he was in that financial year was only peon in a company and was getting 1500 rupees as salary, yes in that year he hand over his photo plus to open bank account had sign on papers in the presence of his Bose, perhaps that is how he trap in this scam, despite his request that he is innocent in this case and noting to do with shares but income tax department is not ready to listen his story. On the basis of notice he is afraid that his every asset can be seized, and if income tax department not agreed then he left with no other choice to commit suicide. When IT department enquired from other director then they got his reply that he left company before transaction.
Above code story is lesson for all the readers who sign without reading documents and if they still not alert and get rid on to their habit of signing without reading document then certainly can become Shivnath Patel number two and later on crying for foul can’t help them as signature of their on to document speak against them, so folks we alert from today onwards and don’t sign before reading any document or handing over your identity to anyone.
