Resource Rooms In Government Senior Secondary Schools of Punjab

To provide facilities to the students of government senior secondary schools across Punjab State equivalents to private schools of Punjab, Director General of School Education (D.G.S.E.) and State project Director Punjab has release 15.6 million Rupees as fund for the resource rooms, along with letter of instructions to be strictly followed by the government senior secondary schools which are selected for the project across state and asked to start work immediately. As per sources only best performer government senior schools are picked for the resource room’s project. Total seventy eight government senior schools able to enter in the list of resource room’s project and its district wise break up is as follow, in alphabet orders –
  • Amritsar – 06
  • Barnala - 02
  • Bhathinda – 06
  • Faridkot – 04
  • Fatehgarh Sahib – 05
  • Ferozpur – 03
  • Gurdaspur – 06
  • Hoshiarpur – 07
  • Jalandhar – 09
  • Kapurthala – 02
  • Ludhiana – 08
  • Mansa – 05
  • Mohali – 05
  • Muktsar – 04
  • Nawashehar – 02
  • Patiala – 02
  • Ropar – 02
Question rises here what is resource room’s? It’s simple and straight forward answer is it is a place in the campus which is equipped with ultra modern gadgets for students to do practical stuff, and for this project state’s seventy eight best senior schools are selected, on every resource room’s total two lakh rupees are provided, project department has instructed the selected government senior schools to finish the project in next three months plus they required to submit the certificate which should have expense details but it has to be built without the help from school kids.
So after three months period when resource room’s erected in the campuses’ of selected best government senior secondary schools of Punjab state, then students of these schools will be able to use ultra modern facilities equivalents to private school courtesy Director General of School Education (D.G.S.E.) and Project Director Punjab, thus it will change of image of government school in the mind of public that they are not equipped with facilities equivalents to private school and that is the reason of government schools are legging behind to compete with private schools of the state.

Government Sector loosing its Shine ?

To give public best medical facilities at an affordable price, government is running Primary Health Centers, Dispensaries and Civil Hospitals at village and district level. Recently in Punjab State, Punjab’s health and welfare department considering the severe shortage of specialists in one of the three regions of Punjab that is Malwa and other two are Doaba and Majha, department gone through the basic formalities of appointing specialists Doctors , few months back, in spite of issuing appointment letters to the selected candidates but till date only fifty percent have shown interest and join the service rest are delaying by one reason or another, all this is giving births to score of speculations like –
  • Selected Candidates wants there appointment or location of work at there home town or surrounding areas, but not with some distance.
  • Selected Candidates avoiding to join the Malwa region of the state, why it is so? Well its correct explanation is lies with the candidates only, which are eschewing to join.
  • Some Doctors or selected candidates are well settled courtesy private practice, so for them to join government offer it will make big dent in there earnings, and which they do not want to loose
  • Private Hospitals can give better offers to efficient candidates then they will get as government employees or in simple words private hospitals are giving handsome package compare to government hospitals.
Considering the shortage of specialist Doctors at various level of government health centers, Punjab state’s Punjab Health and family welfare department start process to recruit one hundred specialists doctors which have to be appointed in the Malwa region of the state, few months ago letters of appointment issue to the selected candidates which were total one hundred in numbers and they were in the categories of –
  • Gynecologists
  • Pediatricians
  • Forensic experts
  • Medicine specialists
but out of one hundred surprisingly half had shown interest to join and rest are till date skipping to join the service which is now quite a long period, department has made mind to fill the void vacancies of specialists doctors with the waiting list candidates, because waiting further for selected candidates to join government is simply wastage of time. As per words of Punjab Health and family welfare director Doctor J.P.Singh told to the media persons because of severe shortage of medical experts in the Malwa region government has issued appointment letters to one hundred specialists doctors after they clear all the formalities required into there appointment and they were specialists of different categories like- Gynecologists, Pediatricians, Forensic experts, Medicine specialists, because state’s department feel shortage of specialists doctors at hospitals, dispensaries and primary health centers in the Malwa region, but half the numbers of selected doctors are delaying the offers or specifically they are not interested. He further adds that government’s priority is Malwa region because there are shortage of doctors and now as they are delaying to join the offer service now we have left with no other options but to send letters to waiting list candidates as it is waste of time to wait for them, reason can be specialists doctors wants there posting in there home town or surrounding areas, may be they are doing private practice so they are not interested for Malwa region, but some other have different opinion as far doctors not joining the offer that is private hospitals offerings are much more lucrative then government department, whatever the reason may be but one thing is quite sure that perhaps government offerings start loosing its shine compare to private establishments, and its not that only medical arena is sufferer but every area where ever there is private entity, public prefer it first and government is there second choice.
In the era of competition when public has choice to select then they opt or there first priority is for private sector, so government to compete with private sector need to upgrade there facilities just level of private if they cant march ahead of private.

Eternal Happiness: Squeeze Others Grieves

Almighty God ‘s best creation & present to the globe is human beings, but often its inhumane stories shack us thoroughly, spin our heads, left us thoughtless, stranded directionless and with only thought if we are really human beings or animals disguise in human beings. Today’s human is coloured in materialistic environment and to fulfill its every expectations he/she can fall up to any extent without having thought in mind what they are doing is right or it will haunt them later on, but it is ridiculous to repent on to action later on whom you cannot rectify but yes others feel it for a long time in their lives. Good news is that this is only half side of the story as around us score of examples which make us proud to be human beings, with there activities for humanity through generously helping needy with money, doing work through charities, building shelters for needy but secretly, and if we also follow them and do little bit for humanity then it will be great gesture and not necessarily only money is source to help others, but if we concentrate on to ourselves then we have much more treasure for others to deliver then money, they re below coded –
  • Blood – In spite of human beings existence on to the globe for countless years and scientists amazing achievements in every field, yet till date scientists unable to create alternative of blood which is one of the most essential element of our body and moreover it is not universal but it has eight groups –
  1. O +
  2. A+
  3. B+
  4. AB+
  5. O-
  6. A-
  7. B-
  8. AB-
So it the responsibilities of every human being to donate blood once after every six months period and beauty of the body is that it generate blood very soon but if we do not donate blood then the same amount of blood destroy by body itself as its natural phenomena, ignoring all the myth about donating blood we should participate in the blood donation campaigns with enthusiasm, so that we can end the shortage of blood from country and become one of the contributor.
  • Eyes – If any person donates his/her eyes at the time of death then he/she can help needy to see the world, which lose there vision because of some deficiency in there body system, but he/she can see the world with brave decision of departed person, along with anybody and everybody should understand if we don’t donate eyes then it will turn into ash with our last rites.
  • Body- One of the novel donation by the human beings can be body donates which he/she can donate to scientists after there death, so that scientists can remove the hidden but unresolved issues’ relating to the human beings.
  • Kidney – Although a normal person have two kidneys but if anybody’s both kidney fails due to some reasons and stop work then with the help of one kidney from a donor body can work, here only we have hear and read the story of donation of kidney either to a relative or because of some money donor sold his/her kidney, but often this is not the story as sometime gesture by somebody left us with tears in eyes with emotions. below is such a story –
A person hails from Punjab’s district and has spent life working in top rank of government department, then retire from his job and his wife who was also working in government department, one day came to know sad story of a girl, who was daughter of her colleague and going to married but because of illness it was delayed and chances was very rare as her both kidneys stop working and she was on dialysis, when her husband hear the tragic story of the girl he step ahead to help her but without any selfishness, after tests and doing the formalities he donate his one kidney to the girl and now girl is married, when asked what inspire him to donate his kidney to the girl with whom neither he has relation and nor he has taken any money, his response was that he did it for humanity and it give me eternal happiness.
So if few percent of Indians take leaf out from the book of above person then it will be a good campaign for humanity, and will be example to the world that we are citizen of the country which has roots and traditions to live for others without any selfishness and it still exit in the country.

B.J.P.: What’s Going On ?

Almost one and half decades ago in India at National level of politics, two alliances emerges in the country which led by two national parties and they were United Progressive Alliance (U.P.A.) led by Indian National Congress and National Democratic Alliance (N.D.A.) led by Bhartiya Janta Party and with the formation of two alliances more then ninety percent political arena of the country linked, thus identity of individual party submerge with these alliances. In this scenario it was believe that it will help common people to get public friendly and clean governance from ruling party, but with every passing day it prove day dream of peoples, aspirations/hopes melt down very quickly rather more fast then ice take time to melt down and people start believing that political parties play with their emotions, weakness by throwing populist cards in the ring at the time of elections and other gimmicks to get peoples mandate to rule, than every ruling party appears same and only difference is of tag/party/alliance.
Last year record time lost of parliament and shockingly winter session’s total twenty two days were lost without work out of twenty three days of winter session as opposition party’s alliance B.J.P. wants that until and unless joint parliament committee is not constitute on to 2G spectrum scam, they wont allow to function parliament and because it is such a large scam that is equivalents to five percent of India’s economy, money is involve, thus nothing less then JPC is acceptable to them. With this type of demand they can get applauds from average Indian citizen until and unless common people of the country not aware that party/alliance blocking the proceedings of parliament on to the name of corruption but party itself is not clean from corruption at the time of rule and its biggest example is that party is ruling in southern India’s lonely state that is Karnataka, so it is ridiculous if some party talk and block the parliament on to some issue but there own party is trap in same issue then why they make uproar, hard to understand by any citizen of this country, and certainly answer of this question is lies with BJP party leaders as they are committed to disrupt the parliaments proceeding this year also which is going to start with budget session in the month of February, despite leaders knows that in a year billion of rupees of tax payers money goes into to run the parliament sessions and by disrupting the house proceedings through walk outs, stalemates and disruptions of the house by no mean they are taking the country towards prosperities as parliament is supreme institution of the democracy which during normal sessions do lot of works for public and country by debating on to bills which after getting parliaments nod at first level and then later on from different levels then becomes law in the country.
Karnataka state is rule by Bhartiya Janta Party which is only state in southern India that is govern by party and Mr.B.S.Yeddyurappa is chief minister of the state but his governance is not less then controversial then Indian National Congress, during time gone by he accused a lot on to different issues’ courtesy his relatives or close associates. Issues which make uproar against Mr. B.S.Yeddyurappa or his relatives or his ministers involvements in the land scams or illegal mining’s, other then this he also faces revolt and differences within the party, even at the time of land scam and protest by the party’s legislators members he was asked to put his side of story by party organisation at its headquarter, but he was allowed to go without any action by the party and it is believe that party don’t want to take any action against him in fear of loosing the grip on to only state of southern India, but it sends wrong signals among common people and make them to think then why party is blocking the proceedings of parliament on same issue whom it is ignoring, perhaps they have some other parameters for there party’s where they are in rule and other standards where they are in opposition, Committee appointed by the Supreme Court accused reddy brothers of illegal mining’s and recommended cancellation of four mines licenses’ along with it Anatpur mining corporation which is own by Reddy brothers but its license expires seventeen years ago now renew it up to 2017 illegally.
Bhartiya Janta Party should consider before going any agitation which can become source of loss to the country that whether there party is clean from such allegations they are making on other party or they are also facing same problem in some part of country on same issue, then agitation or protest they are doing at the top institution of democracy that is parliament is worthless.

Cabinet Reshuffle or Cabinet Expansion: Not Much Difference

Doctor Manmohan Singh is India’s second Prime Minster since independence after Jawaharlal Lal Nehru who becomes Prime Minister after completing full term in the office, but his first innings as Prime Minster was full of obstacles/oppositions not only from opposition parties but from his allies also, thus it was visible that he was not fully independent to work or appoint or allocate ministry as per his choice and it is understandable in the era of coalition government as it has certain limits, but second time taking charge of country as PM his party Indian National Congress party is largest party and it need few alias to form government, so citizen of the country hoping from Manmohan Singh good, neat and clean governance compare to his first term, but in the short span of time or specifically under less then two years it appears that he still has restrictions/limits not less then his first time.
His ministers were keep on trapping one after another controversies, scams, corruption charges which made PM under tremendous pressure to take harsh steps, and to clean his cabinet from scams/controversies/corruption charges; in democracy reshuffle is better way to step against non performer, accused or promote. Before cabinet reshuffle happened, speculation was in the air that there will be induction of young faces and Sharad Pawar can be switch to another ministry because of his responsibilities towards cricket being ICC President, plus his controversial statements in the media which ignited inflation in the country and each and every essential commodities of kitchen price sky rocketed or jumps to three to four times from there actual prices. Sports Minster can be dropped from ministry, which ministry handed over to Mr. Sibbal? As he was in charge of two ministries which were HRD and Telecommunications, plus whisper was that Finance Minster and Home Minster can be shuffled with each others, below is list of ministers of the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government, which has three ministers elevated to cabinet rank:
Cabinet Ministers :-
  • Praful Patel: Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises
  • Sriprakash Jaiswal: Coal
  • Salman Khursheed: Water Resources and additional charge of Minority Affairs
Minister of State (Independent Charge) :-
  • Ajay Maken: Youth Affairs and Sports
  • Beni Prasad Verma: Steel
  • K.V. Thomas: Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution
Ministers of State :-
  • Ashwani Kumar: Planning and Parliamentary Affairs, Science and Technology, and Earth Sciences
  • K.C. Venugopal: Power
The portfolios of the following ministers may also be changed as indicated below:
Cabinet Ministers :-
  • Sharad Pawar: Agriculture and Food Processing Industries
  • Virbhadra Singh: Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises
  • Vilasrao Deshmukh: Rural Development and additional charge of Panchayati Raj
  • S. Jaipal Reddy: Petroleum and Natural Gas
  • Kamal Nath: Urban Development
  • Vayalar Ravi: Overseas Indian Affairs and additional charge of Civil Aviation
  • Murli Deora: Corporate Affairs
  • Kapil Sibal: Human Resource Development and additional charge of Communications and Information Technology
  • B.K. Handique: Development of North-Eastern Region
  • C.P. Joshi: Road Transport and Highways
  • Kumari Selja: Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation and additional charge of Culture
  • Subodh Kant Sahay: Tourism
  • M.S. Gill: Statistics and Programme Implementation
  • Pawan Kumar Bansal: Parliamentary Affairs and additional charge of Science and Technology and Earth Sciences
Minister of State (Independent Charge) :-
  • Dinsha Patel: Mines
Ministers of State :-
  • E. Ahamed: External Affairs
  • Harish Rawat: Agriculture and Food Processing Industries
  • V. Narayanasamy: Parliamentary Affairs and Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions and Prime Minister's Office
  • Gurudas Kamat: Home Affairs
  • A. Sai Prathap: Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises
  • Bharatsinh Solanki: Railways
  • Jitin Prasada: Road Transport and Highways
  • Mahadev S. Khandela: Tribal Affairs
  • R.P.N. Singh: Petroleum and Natural Gas and Corporate Affairs
  • Tusharbhai Chaudhary: Road Transport and Highways
  • Arun Yadav: Agriculture and Food Processing Industries
  • Pratik Prakashbapu Patil: Coal
So it was mere a cosmetic change nothing big inclusion in the cabinet or chopped any minister but while talking to media after cabinet reshuffle PM said this is just minor reshuffle but big cabinet expansion will held after the budget session.

Black Money: Supreme Court Enters Into The Ring

Issue of money deposited by Indians in the Tax Heaven countries simmering in the country from quite a long time or if one has to be specific then at the time of second phase of general elections for 15th Lok Sabha held in India then N.D.A. leader raise the issue of black money and declared if there alliance comes into power then they will take initiatives on priority basis to bring back black money within hundred days, but N.D.A. does not get the peoples verdict, thus issue of black money becomes a imaginary story, but since then it keeps on becoming matter of concern at different platforms of society, money deposited by Indians vary from source to source, but if one go through the report of Swiss Bankers Association of year 2006, top five countries whose nationals have deposited money in Swiss banks are 2.512 trillion dollars, and countries are –
  • India
  • Russia
  • Britain
  • Ukraine
  • China
but shocking revelation of report is that out of 2.512 trillion dollars more then half that is 1.456 trillion dollars or 57.96 % are of Indians. If 6.55 trillion rupees comes to India then in jiffy India’s foreign debts can be written off or black money can be distributed among poor people of the country per family with rupees two lakhs or with interest of black money government of India’s budget can be handle.
U.P.A. at the time of taking charge of country for second time it set agenda for its next one hundred days of office and happily bringing back black money of Indians from other countries was one of them, but with every passing time and Central Government’s ministers keep on trapping into one after another controversies, scams, problems which becomes major issues for government to handle then of black money, likes –
  • Mr. Shashi Tharoor resigns from his post of minister of state for external affairs due to his activities behind the curtain for franchisee of Kochi IPL team.
  • Mr. Suresh Kalamdi and his team of Organising Committee of Common Wealth Games accused of massive corruption while awarding almost every contract, which rock the nation, plus till the beginning of the games one week before everything appears half prepared and then PMO took control and India was able to host the games.
  • Mr. Sharad Pawar Union Minster of Food and Agriculture was in news for months because of his statements in the media relating to shortage of essential commodities which sky rocketed the prices one by one and no items of kitchen left untouched by this phase and till date people are sufferings and feeling the heat of inflation and lobby of hoarders and black marketers are harvesting uninterruptedly crops of profits which seeded by Union F&A Minster’s statement in the media about huge shortage between demand and supply.
  • Mr. A. Raja accused of over sighting every rule of books at the time of allotting 2G spectrums to different telephone operators in the country and help certain players but at the cost of lose to the government exchequer in tune of somewhere in between 90,000 Crores to 1,76,000 Crores of rupees.
  • Adarsh colony scams which was built for army personals but allotments to relatives of former Chief Minster of Maharashtra make uproar in the country then it comes to end after resignation of CM.
So it create problems for Government much more then it can handle in very short span of their governance of less then two years thus issue of black money disappear from the radar of Indian Government.
Now last week Supreme Court steps into the ring of black money courtesy petition file by senior lawyer of Supreme Court & M.P. of BJP Mr. Ram Jethmalani. Supreme Court seeks explanation from government that why it is not interested to public the names of account holders which have accounts in the tax heaven countries? In response to this question Government representative Solicitor General of India Mr. G. Subramanian told the Court that Indians having accounts in German, Indian government has received the list but government do not want to disclose it. In response to it two judge bench asked what is the problem government seeing in making the name public? On which ground Government is not sharing it with everybody? While considering the Court’s tough approach Solicitor General of India replies that after getting direction from government he will tell the names of account holders to the Court.
Although it is the responsibilities of the Government to take care of its assets/wealth and if due to some reasons if somebody siphon off then need to take action on priority basis, and moreover amount of money involved in this issue is massive which should be bring back by government on priority basis instead government is silent on to it, why it is so? Only Government of India can answer.

Mobile Number Portability

From today in the country Mobile Number Portability or commonly known as MNP is comes into effective. It is in the news from almost two years now that it is going to implement in the country but because of one reason or another it was keep on delaying and dates of implantation of MNP in the country drag with new dates from the concerned government machinery. Last month on trail basis MNP was introduce in the Haryana state and from today onwards every part of the country comes under the ambit of MNP.
  • What is Mobile Number Portability?
  • Its simple and straight forward answer is that this is the service which allows subscriber to change his/her service provider without changing of his/her existing number.
  • What are the benefits of MNP to the customers?
  • In every circle scores of service providers are allowed to give there services’, thus they are operating in the environment of stiff competition, and to woo customers service providers play the marketing gimmicks, but in reality, on grounds which are differ and customers comes to know it when he/she start using service then customers get the correct pictures and feel he/she was cheated by concern service provider, and once attached with any company customer has to bear the service provider because then to change provider is very tedious task as his/her mobile number goes to his known circle, now subscriber can get rid on such service providers and change service provider without changing his/her number, it’s a tool handover to user by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India.
How to Apply -
  • Make contact with service provider with whom subscriber want to port.
  • Do ask for Consumer Application Form (CAF) and Port Form.
  • Read carefully eligibility and terms & conditions.

  • On mentioned date and time, do change your old SIM card with new SIM card provider by new service provider.
Eligibility and Terms and Conditions -
  • Customer can use mobile number portability after the gap of ninety days, whether consumer is using port facility first time or already used in the past minimum ninety days are required.
  • Number portability is allowed within same circle.
  • If subscriber has POSTPAID connection then he/she has to pay the whole amount of last bill and subscriber has to declare it on to porting form.
  • If subscriber has PREPAID connection then he/she keep in mind that they are not allowed to carry forward there remaining balance of past service provider and it will be expire with activation of number portability.

  • Porting expenses Nineteen Rupees ( 19/- )
  • Porting Time- Seven ( 7 ) days but for Jammu and Kashmir, Assam and other Eastern States fifteen ( 15) days.

                                      www.trai.gov.in
So from today onwards TRAI has given power to mobile customers to choose there operator whose services they like with same number with only term of ninety days gap, and for service providers MNP will always make them on to there feet to give best service monetary wise and connectivity wise other wise they can loose massive chunk of consumers they were carrying with them before the era of MNP.

Untamable Crime

What is the situation of law and order in a country or state? To get exact picture of crime graph answer lies in there capital’s and if people are not safe and incidence of crime like robbery, murder are happening in the capital extensively, then certainly one can assume with ease that its other part are in worst condition as far law and order is concern, as it is not possible for law and order authority to place on every nook and corner of state its personals, moreover authority use its best initiatives in the state capital considering the cream inhabitants of area, unfortunately right now India’s two capitals and incidentally both are Union territories are in news because of wrong reasons and there crime graph is right now not under control of authorities, incidences’ of robbery, eve teasing, rape, murder, chain snatching are on rise and these two union territories are India’s capital New Delhi and Punjab and Haryana states capital Chandigarh, if we go to the different stats available then it prove the words that yes situation of law and order in both the U.T.’s are not satisfactory and from authority side lot more harsh actions desire before people lost faith and confidence.
Report of Police authority of India’s Capital New Delhi is very horrifying as far woman safety in the capital is concern and report reveal that in every eighteen hours one woman raped and in every fourteen hours one case of eve teasing happened, below is detail of stats during last two years-
  • 2009 – four hundred and fifty nine rape cases were registered & five hundred and twenty eight cases of eve teasing.
  • 2010 – four hundred and eighty nine rape cases were registered & five hundred and eighty five cases of eve teasing registered.
  • Plus it was seen jump of three percent crime in the year 2010 compare to last year and figure was 50,972 crime reports in the year 2009 and in the year 2010 the figure of crime reports registered shoots to 52,675.
Condition of law and order is not good even in Chandigarh, city has population of 1.6 million, and it is control by four thousand four hundred and eight police personals plus they have some additional force with them which is six hundred are of Central Reserve Police Force and one thousand three hundred and sixty two personals they are security personals, and behind every nine hundred and fifty eight personals there is one security personals that’s also without any hi fi gadgets of modern era, so one can imagine the ground situation. Police authorities yet to reveal the curtain from the scores of murder cases registered with them, some of are –
  • 2002- - Sheila Khanna
  • 2002 – Ramesh Chawla
  • 2003 – Simranjeet Kaur
  • 2005 - Sundar Agnihotri
  • 2008- Kashmir Singh
  • 2010 – Neha
Even last month alone two murder case yet to reveal out of total three, but recently on midnight of 11th January robbery at Tanishq Jewelry shop room shack the city , robbers comes into the shop in police party dresses and in 12 to 15 minutes time they execute the loot of thirteen to fifteen crores, and there identity was not establish because when they entered the store they wear monkey cap, so it is believe that robber have information about the store that’s why they wear monkey caps when they entered in the store, but recently police has nabbed at persons and collected from them all the Jewellery.
To have confidence in the heart and minds of the residents, authorities needs to take tough steps and take control of chaos on to the capitals and other part of country because the way graph of crime shooting not in the remote areas but capitals is not good for common public confidence.

Water Saleable Item in India?

For Human beings to live in this world few items are mandatory like oxygen, water and food, everything else comes in the secondary level without whom one can survive so have not much importance, as world is divided into countries and right now there are total 189 to 195 countries as it vary from source to source, So the list can be divided into two parts. It is arranged alphabetically, and contains 203 entries, as of 2010:-
  • The internationally recognized sovereign countries are 193, including all member states of the United Nations plus Vatican City.
  • The other states section lists 10 states which have sovereignty or independence but are not widely recognized diplomatically by other countries.
They are rule/govern by concerned government/ruler through-
  • Democracy
  • Communist
  • Dictatorship
  • Army
  • Dynasty rule
So it is the responsibilities of every countries ruler to make it possible that every citizen of there country gets easily access to all the basic requirements of life, but it’s really shocking to code here that today’s human have made nature’s freely available treasure like oxygen and water as commercial stuff and it is sold on the name of purity. In big cities of India like Delhi because of air pollution pure oxygen disappear from the environment as vehicles are releasing more harmful carbon dioxide which is not good for human lives to inhale, so health conscious spent some times in these commercial places’. Recently story publish in the newspaper that resident of metro are spending money as they spent on food article’s to get water, for their daily requirements. If in a democracy people has to go out on the shop’s to purchase water then how much critical phase of life we are entering it is really unimaginable as normal person during normal days drinks ten to fifteen liters of water. Shocking side of the story is that people have not easy access to their representatives, so that they can tell them their grievances, perhaps media can become tool for them to get rid from the problem of severe shortage of drinking water-
  • Just recently story publish by media that in the capital of state of Maharashtra that is Mumbai water is sold at the ration shop which is really horrible to read and what is the real picture as far water availability in Mumbai area is concern then one has to visit slums of Mumbai, as they are getting not only drinking water but also for bathing and other utility purposes’ by paying money, that is not everything of the story as water price keep on fluctuating with weather and in summer the price is 1 rupees per liter and in winter season price is 0.50 rupees. Commonly known in Mumbai ‘Fugga’ which is non drinkable water and used for other utility of human beings sold at 5 to 10 rupees of thirty liters Can, as against the price of corporation of 1,000 liters at rupees 2.75 paisa. Shops which sold water in slums can be found on the edge of every slum area of Mumbai and they store or refrigerate from the water tank or unofficially sources, then sold it at very high price to the slums resident. Even one government official accepted about the shortage of drinking water supply to these slums and add that they can’t supply water to slums which comes into existence after the year of 1995, and as per rough estimates people reside in the slums have touch the figure of 1.3million,so they have to depend for their water requirements from unofficial sources’, people attached with social organizations treat it as a scam because as per their views if water can be made available to the other residents of Mumbai then it will not make much different if they supply to these slum areas also. It is the responsibilities of the government officials to make it possible that people whether they lives in slum or other area gets basic necessity of life that is water without any problems, and make it possible to have easy access to water before issue catch the eyes of media and become one more reason in the country to be vocal against them.

Happy Lohri

Today parts of northern India especially Punjab State is celebrating Lohri Festival, and as per traditions groups comes out of boys/girls and seek Lohri from surrounding areas of there localities. Houses’ in the states where marriage solmanise or boy baby born celebrates it with more enthusiasm and have much more importance of this festival and they invites relatives and friends to visit there houses’ in the evening and then they lit fire of woods and after prayers they dance and sing song(on the beats of Dhol, they dance Bhangra and Gidda ; everything coded is Punjab State’s traditional stuff )but beauty of the festival and picturize it into words is not possible as my body parts which have seen have no voice and which have explanation have no eyes so if somebody wants to enjoy the fun, frolic that goes into the celebration then he/she personally has to be present on that day in Punjab, once again HAPPY LOHRI to every Punjabi of this Globe.

Indian National Congress in Crisis’

Indian National Congress party has rule India for ten times including present term and more then three and half decades since independence, thus it has so much influence on to the political circle of the country, score of party leaders make there own fraction but despite making new front/party they carry on the name of Congress in there party name or front. With the rise of media and its more easily avatar which is accessible to everybody round the clock and beauty of this avatar internet is that on to it government has no control what so ever and information available to the public is not bias in nature. process of choosing 15th Lok Sabha for next five years term was held in the country last year and completed in the month of may 13 as last phase of polls amidst speculations of end of national party rule in the country and emergence of regional and small parties and coalition era, but when result declared of 15th Lok Sabha it surprises everybody as every predictions prove wrong and Indian national congress party won 206 seats need only 56 seats to form the government, along with this it sends signal to the followers of Indian democracy that single party rule is back again, and any party can now implement its party’s policies freely as it was not possible in coalition government, but in the span of merely one and half years of there rule in second term government faces very hard time to cope with problems generated by there leaders involvement in the scams which expose by media now one can say period ahead for government is not easy and smooth roads. Issues’ which rock the nation and become tough to handle by government are –
  • Mr. Shashi Tharoor, former minister of state for external affairs, trap in the controversy because of his involvement with newly included one team by name Kochi as franchisee of IPL, despite his explanation in the media that he have not any direct or in direct activates with the franchisee, but uproar in the country through media comes to halt only after his resignation as minister of state for external minister this year before the completion of government’s one year in the office.
  • Food and Agriculture minister, Mr. Shared Pawar was in news because of his statements which he had given in the media and become reason of rise of prices’ of every commodities that use daily basis in Indian kitchen like pulses, milk etc.etc, and later on media expose that his statement was just to help certain lobbies in the country. Prices’ which rises to two to three folds in the country were –
  • Sugar
  • Milk
  • Pulses
  • Rice
  • Spices
  • Vegetables
  • Grain
and public of the country is grinding in the wheels of inflation for more then eighteen to twenty months courtesy of Mr. Pawar, but government officials keep on blaming for rise in prices because of shortfall of rain during last year monsoon season which resulted in squeeze of yield of every crops in the country, and government is trying to control inflation.
  • India held in the month of October last year XIX Commonwealth Games and the games were played three to four months back on to the pitches of media with revelation of scams that goes into every contract awarded, but Mr. Suresh Kalamdi CEO of Commonwealth Games keep on denying and issuing statements that everything is transparent and nothing happened wrong as far awarding contract is concern, but in the end Prime Minster took charge of games just four days back start of the games, thus India was able to host the XIX Commonwealth games successfully, but the bad name India got of unpreparedness of stadia’s, incomplete work at Games village and top of it corruption worth 60,000 to 75,000 Rupees Crores, Thanks to PMO that stadia’s and games village problems were solved but corruption charges are going to unfold once the government reports is out, in the mean time Suresh Kalamdi resigns.
  • Minister of Telecommunication Mr. A. Raja, named and involve in the scam of 2G spectrum allotment in which Indian government loss the revenue worth 1.76 Trillion rupees (1,00,000 Crore rupees),Mr. Raja keep on declaring these charges baseless and said every rule of the book was follow while allotting 2G spectrum, but last month government pave the respectable way out to Mr. raja by asking to submit his resignation, now he is under the scrutiny of wrong doing during his term as minister of Telecommunication of country.
  • Adarsh housing society which was suppose to allot flats to the widows of army persons, in Mumbai was in the news because of corruption in the allotments of flats to individuals, instead of widows relatives of chief minister of state was awarded flats, it was comes to limelight courtesy media, Issue only end after Mr. Chavan resigns and case is under investigation.
It appears that unendable journey begins of Indian national congress Party after expose of stories one after another and it can effect and will present true picture of party where it stands in the heart and minds of people when this year it will goes into polls in the few states they are –
  • Tamil Nadu
  • West Bengal
  • Karla
  • Puducherry
  • Assam

Corruption and India

Despite termite ridden of corruption, India is marching ahead on the path of prosperity. Had it been removed from society and country then one can imagine where India would have been, as only twenty to thirty percent money reaches for the projects of public welfare and rest evaporated. Problem with India’s democratic set up is that its leaders and bureaucrats who are in charge of country and do work for the upliftment of country instead it has seen and quite common practice that after winning elections they treat themselves as ruler of density era and misuse public funds and shockingly there thirst has now cross the mark of even billions, but with the tool of corruption and even before one scam erase from the minds of public another scam expose by media, politicians never try to be clean in the eyes and minds of public by showing transparency in their work which in today’s era is quite easy like through media or internet, thus people from society, intellectual or organisation drag them to the law of land and take help of court by filing writ petitions, but unfortunately at the pace of tortoise movement of judiciary of country it will takes years for verdict to deliver on any case and at the time of verdict it appears that it is just a formality as lot of persons attached with case becomes history, so phrase fully apply here –
                                 Justice     delay     is     justice     deny
It is not that leaders don’t know what is happening in the society but along with bureaucracy they are part of corruption and as per latest reports by the Transparency International Indians are top in the list of having money deposited in the Swiss banks and it is right now four hundred and sixty two billions dollars and shockingly figures is multi folds of Indian economy and if mentioned amount reaches to India certainly it should as it belongs to India and not Indians but because it is siphoned off illegally from India; then India’s debt will be written off in jiffy, India would be self dependent, despite disbursing money to every Indians lakh of rupees then still score of money left in exchequer, nobody in the country will sleep with half filled or empty stomach, poverty would be eradicated from country, unfortunately it appears to be a dream with open eyes as it has big if in front of it as our rulers are corrupt and watching there ruler corrupt second tier of top government officials (bureaucrats) are also colour in same tone as last year public hand over 9 billion rupees to the government officials as bribe for their work to be done in eleven basic categories which should have done without giving single penny. Scams recently exposed and need to be sincere probe are –
  • The CAG estimates that Raja has caused a loss some where in between Rupees 90,000 Crores to Rupees 1.76 Lakh Crores to the Indian government. Granted, this money would have come indirectly from the Indian public and may be argued as slowing the growth of telecom. However, this could have been a significant life changer to many. A few more roads could have been laid and a few more streets lit and a few schools built. Thank you Mr. Raja, you have continued to reinforce the west’s notion of India being a third world country where corruption alone reins supreme. As per the report, Raja overlooked the suggestions of the Finance Ministry, the Law Ministry and the Telecom Commission during the allocation of the spectrum. Minister resigns but exact money involved in the scam yet to reveal.
  • Suresh Kalamdi head of XIX Commonwealth Games, which just recently held in New Delhi, was so much part of media for negative reasons before the start of games almost three months and perhaps that is the first mega multi nation sports event which was in news and played on the turf of media extensively it appears that everything involved with organizing committee are part of scam and public money was misused by top brass and it was assured to the public by the Indian government that let the games over first then culprit will not spare, as per rough estimate and speculation it was almost some where between 40,000 to 60,000 crores of rupees and until and unless government not conduct probe it will remain a figure for everybody to speculate. Suresh Kalamdi axed but probe is under way and details yet to come out in public domain.
  • Congress and NCP leaders including three former Maharashtra chief ministers – Union Heavy Industry Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh, Union Power Minister Sushilkumar Shinde and current Revenue Minister Narayan Rane -- and Maharashtra minister Ajit Pawar, nephew of NCP supremo Sharad Pawar had links with the controversial upscale project. Deshmukh, Rane and Pawar denied the allegations of any links saying they had not recommended any cases for allotment of flats in the 31-storey housing complex while Shinde accused the media of making a hue and cry over the issue.
As per experts views corruption can be eradicated from country all it need political will power, but if leaders and political parties are corrupt then its ridiculous even to think corruption less society, as per words of Indian executive director of International organisation Transparency International, Anupama Jha, in a society corruption spread from upper to lower level, if a political leadership, administrative or bureaucrats are doing corruption then its obvious corruption at lower level. She respond on behalf of her organisation’s recent study and How much situation is worse in the country that for basic eleven services’ average Indians have paid Nine billion rupees as bribe.” Lines fit in today’s environment said by some one –
Honest person in the country is that who did not get chance to do corruption

Work Speaks More Then Words

India being democratic country, public choose their representatives and to form government at centre or states any party, group or alliance needs minimum half the members of house to form government, and during the term of there period any political party or alliance or group has sources, powers and opportunities to work for the welfare of public, maintain law and order, erase or minimise as much as it can corruption, adulteration, launch new public friendly policies or if we have to say it in one word then good governance and development which can help them to come in power for next term also and continue there uncompleted work, but opposite of it if any ruling party will do work opposite of it then public with their vote power uproot/throw the government and which then name by concerned party as anti incumbency factor. Ruling party often take the help of media to praise or pat on their back which often not visible on ground and appear false, and public anger or dissatisfied with their policies and after elections public stamp there verdict. So for any political party there is no need to make any claims as work speaks more then words. Example of this statements are countless and to endorse it we need to go back quite long, below are examples which can taken by national party’s or regional party’s or group or alliance as inspiration to do work instead of using tax payers money for making claims in the media –
  1. Gujarat Chief Minister, Mr. Narendar Modi comes to power second time due to his good governance of government, with his work people of the state were happy and satisfy from his policies of single window system, corruption free administration and non stop supply of power, speaks itself and despite he was criticse personally by other parties during elections people ignore it and gave him another chance to carry on the work he did in his first term, and there is no doubt what so ever if he will carry on the same work then he will come in power again.
  2. Chief Minster of Madhya Pradesh Mr. Shiv Raj Chauhan also got next term in the office simply because during his first term in office as chief minister of state his clean governance which was different from his predecessors of state’s chief minister and he return to power, get public nod through their votes, because of there votes and he does not spendthrift on advertisement still it help him to come in power again
  3. Chief minister of Delhi Mrs. Sheila Dixit, ruling the state for third consecutive time, we can’t say that opposition parties are not strong enough that is the single reason for her to be chief minister of state for third time but because of development in Delhi her works speaks and favour her, no doubt despite demons of inflation, corruption and adulteration exist in the state but reason for taking extra mileage in election from other parties is her works.
  4. Nitish Kumar, Chief Minster of Bihar state, comes in power for second time and people make distance from Lalu Yadav’s rule of fifteen years, it is simply because Mr. Nitish Kumar change Bihar state in almost five year term which reflects-
  • Migration of labour from Bihar to other state falls to twenty percent.
  • During his first time as in charge of state he builds roads and bridges in the state thus transportation in the state improve.
  • Distribute cycle to the girl students in the state so that it help them to continue study.
  • To reduce crime in the state, Mr. Yadav’s administration held more then fifty thousand criminals, which help crime graph to come down significantly in the state.
Its not all Mr. Yadav is doing for the state, in his next term, he continuing marching ahead on the path of good governance has taken some more steps like –
  • Will recruit every year police constables, also erect women police cell in the state and also SC/ST dedicated police station.
  • Will invite industrialists in the state to invest so that growth of twelve percent can be maintain.
  • Not only government officers will have to declare their property but also he and his cabinet ministers will also have to declare there property and it will have to upload on to the website.
  • He held corrupt officers and there property seize by government and special court has been constituted to deal with them
So all above code shows that if any political party rule during its term in the office with good governance in mind plus which is visible on ground then public appreciate their good governance and reward them with next term also there is no need for them to publicise their claims as –

Controversial Statements

In a democracy, political party’s leaders suppose to use words at all forms whether on records or off records, which are of civilize society, and they should not be by any means derogatory even for his opponents, but unfortunately in recent time our leaders are using words which should never be used by a person for another person and they use these words or have given statements or express in front of media which later on becomes reason of debate among all the sections of society, shocking side of this story is that these statements are coming not from single part leaders but all the party’s leaders whether it is regional or national party, everybody are coloured in this uncivilized tone of words and off and on statements by different party’s leaders become highlight and it hang the head down in shame of every citizen of this country as leaders are in charge of country and there activities, actions and statements covers by not only national media but also by international media, so considering this our leaders should choose there words while expressing anything rather it will be great if some restriction or limits put on them while using there words or statements. In recent times statements which make uproar in the country express by our leader’s are-
  • Mr. Dig Vijay Singh, Leader of Indian National Congress, comes to limelight because of his controversial statement in the media that Anti Terrorist Squad (ATS) Chief Mr. Hemant Karkare martyr of 26/11 terrorist attack, had phone him one hour before the encounter that he has threat of his life from with in country, but it is shocking to know that he made statement after passing the period of more then two years, and he is giving statement which raises’ suspicion on the martyrdom of Mr. Karkare, while responding to Mr. Dig Vijay statement, Kavita Karkare wife of late Hemant Karkare said that she has no information that her husband ever said to anybody that he had threat of his life from anybody and if Mr. Dig Vijay Singh is saying then she has no clue why he is saying so and if it is true of false or have any political means. I don’t have to say anything in response to it.26/11 was one of the worst terrorist’s activities India has ever faced and to make the issue politicize by any leader by any mean they are raising doubts in the mind of common public or any individual.
  • Mr. Shivraj Chauhan, Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, latest link in the list of leaders, who have given controversial statements while talking to media persons, Mr. Chauhan said that there is no need of upper house (Rajya Sabha) in the country, as this set up was started in the country by the British Ruler and now it has no more significance so there is necessity to rethink on to the existence of Rajya Sabha. It was constitute to give intellectuals, artists or other respective personalities in the country to represent parliaments, but now it is misuse by industrialists or political parties to send there representatives in the house. Mr. Chauhan can be correct but only up to some extent as having two houses it works as checks and balances, but with his statement Mr. Chauhan straight way challenge to the constitution of this country. Later on his party makes distance from his statement and declared its individual view and not necessarily party is agree with it.
  • Few times ago while talking to media persons in Chandigarh, current president of BJP Mr. Nitin Gadkari, calls another regional party president with derogatory words, then later on he said he was not mean to call any body with such words, its media which has present mine words with controversial angel, but despite his clarification it did not calm down concerned leader and he said in response to that statement I shall tell him where I stand against his statement.
  • BJP spokesperson while responding on to the statement of Indian National Congress Leader said that Indian National Congress party leader has lost his balance of mind, he needs immediate doctor help and this said while talking to media, here both the statement by different parties leaders are controversial and derogatory as this will not send right signals in the minds of common people for their leaders. Being public figures it is the responsibilities of leaders to remain in the hood of civilize words.

Record Time Lost of Parliament

In a democracy parliament is supreme institution of country because for making any amendment in the constitution or law, first bill must be clear by the parliament then later on after clearance by the house it send to other level for their nod, but if it rejected by the house of public representatives(lower house) Lok Sabha in India then government can’t pursue further with the bill, so parliament house plays vital role in democracy, and in India billion of rupees of tax payers money goes in to meet the expenses of parliament and run the sessions, so considering this it is the liabilities and responsibilities of representatives to put their best inputs so that money spent on them by country can be justify, but shockingly it has seen that opposition parties remain silent during off time of parliament sessions but at the time of session they raise objections on to the issues’/policies of government and make it point to disrupt the house proceedings and in recent time normal functioning of the house seen very rare.
We just entered in the new year but if we assess the working of parliament through stats of last year then we shall get very shocking details, as last year if we include budget session, monsoon session and winter session then total eighty sittings of parliament sessions were held, but because of disruptions and suspension of the house twenty seven days were lost thus no work held in parliament and it counts total one third of last year parliament sittings which was lost. Chairperson of the house Meera Kumar keep on appealing to the members but no fruitful result was seen as members ignored each and every action of speaker, and if we break up further the waste time into different session’s then it will be like this –
  • During budget session sixty nine hours and fifty one minutes lost
  • During monsoon session forty five hours wasted
  • During winter session total twenty two days lost out of twenty three days
reason for walk out and disruption of house proceedings by opposition parties during twenty two days of monsoon session was they were demanding of joint parliament committee probe into the 2G spectrum scam, in spite of feeling the heat of opposition parties A. Raja Minster of Telecommunications resign, but demand of not less then JPC keep on stalemate the house proceedings up to twenty two days. It so much hurt the speaker of house Meera Kumar that she does not read the traditional closing statement. She was so much up set that she said that disruption of proceedings has made the important institution of democracy irrelevant, she further adds that parliament is going through serious problems.
In a efforts to get rid on the problems of disruptions and suspension of parliament in this year budget session, speaker held meeting with all the parties for two days but its sad to code here that result of meeting was not positive and it ended without any ice break of deadlock as opposition parties were stick on the demand of JPC on 2G spectrum scam and declared other then this they won’t accept anything else. Finance Minster Mr. Mukherjee appeal to the opposition parties that if they cooperate with the government then special parliament session can be call on to the issue of 2G spectrum but everything has to be discuss on to the floor of house.
Nobody knows how this deadlock will end and parliament will start functioning normally this year starting from budget session, other wise we can going to have one more worst year ahead as far parliament proceedings are concern and perhaps it will waste more days then last year.

Divorce Grounds

As per our Hindu Marriage Act,1955 grounds on which couple can file application for divorce are –
  • Adultery – The act of indulging in any kind of sexual relationship including intercourse outside marriage is termed as adultery. Adultery is counted as a criminal offence and substantial proofs are required to establish it. An amendment to the law in 1976 states that one single act of adultery is enough for the petitioner to get a divorce.
  • Cruelty – A spouse can file a divorce case when he/she is subjected to any kind of mental and physical injury that causes danger to life, limb and health. The intangible acts of cruelty through mental torture are not judged upon one single act but series of incidents. Certain instances like the food being denied, continuous ill treatment and abuses to acquire dowry, perverse sexual act and such are included under cruelty.
  • Desertion – If one of the spouses voluntarily abandons his/her partner for at least a period of two years, the abandoned spouse can file a divorce case on the ground of desertion.
  • Conversion – Incase either of the two converts himself/herself into another religion, the other spouse may file a divorce case based on this ground.
  • Mental Disorder – Mental disorder can become a ground for filing a divorce if the spouse of the petitioner suffers from incurable mental disorder and insanity and therefore cannot be expected from the couple to stay together.
  • Leprosy – In case of a ‘virulent and incurable’ form of leprosy, a petition can be filed by the other spouse based on this ground.
  • Venereal Disease – If one of the spouses is suffering from a serious disease that is easily communicable, a divorce can be filed by the other spouse. The sexually transmitted diseases like AIDS are accounted to be venereal diseases.
  • Renunciation – A spouse is entitled to file for a divorce if the other renounces all worldly affairs by embracing a religious order.
  • Not Heard Alive – If a person is not seen or heard alive by those who are expected to be ‘naturally heard’ of the person for a continuous period of seven years, the person is presumed to be dead. The other spouse should need to file a divorce if he/she is interested in remarriage.
  • No Resumption of Co-habitation – It becomes a ground for divorce if the couple fails to resume their co-habitation after the court has passed a decree of separation.
The following are the grounds for divorce in India on which a petition can be filed only by the wife-
  • If the husband has indulged in rape, bestiality and sodomy.
  • If the marriage is solemnized before the Hindu Marriage Act and the husband has again married another woman in spite of the first wife being alive, the first wife can seek for a divorce.
  • A girl is entitled to file for a divorce if she was married before the age of fifteen and renounces the marriage before she attains eighteen years of age.
  • If there is no co-habitation for one year and the husband neglects the judgment of maintenance awarded to the wife by the court, the wife can contest for a divorce.
but it often seen sometimes differences or rift between couple is not so much intensive or intolerable that it become ground for court to grant them divorce decree thus at every level of justice there divorce case rejected, it not only help couple to remain united and end there differences but also teach them lesson that even there arguments are not genuine grounds for divorce even in the eyes of justice. Below is example of couple who get there divorce application rejected by every level of court of country –
  • Couple of Amritsar married in the decade of seventies, but there differences make them to live without harmony, despite having a kid. Result of this husband file divorce application in the session court, but hearing both sides stories court not found firm ground to grant them divorce decree as husband’s allegations was her wife abuse, demanding separate house and also went in her parents house to live, while in response to her husband’s allegations she accused her husband as cruel, greedy, demanding dowry, after drinking he misbehave. Then husband move to high court where high court also rejected his divorce application and declared it as not a solid ground on behalf of it court can’t grant couple divorce decree. Husband then file divorce case in the Supreme Court of country. Supreme Court considering a former verdict on to the case, three judges bench issue directives to consider the case again, but in supreme court also because of his weak arguments, proves and evidence court rejected his divorce application, despite he try one more move by declaring that they are living separate from score of years, so there is not possibilities that they can live together but this again rejected by court.
Above coded story tells us that any couple try to separate on small baseless issues’ even Indian justice not consider it valid point for divorce decree, more over its our moral liabilities to contemplate before moving to court if they need divorce because they can’t live together or it’s the ego or small issues which are forcing them to go for divorce decree which even can be resolve with understanding.

Golden Era of Indian Cricket ?

It is more then one year now since Indian cricket team is performing consistently in all the three formats of International Cricket Council (I.C.C.) which are Test Match, One Day International and T20, that is why it is able to reach the number one rankings of Test Match and among the top three teams of one day international rankings of ICC and it is keep on changing with every match result, no doubt it is first time that Indian cricket team silent its critics for months simply because of its performance on the field and playing like a unit instead of divided into small fractions or groups or playing for individual instead of team, so they deserve pat/applauds from followers of games plus one cannot ignore the contribution of the coach.
India with number Test team tag landed in South Africa to play three test matches against South Africa which is number two rankings of ICC and India’s crown is at stake if it lost the series then it will be no more number one test team, stats speak against India as its past record in South Africa is not in its favour because India never one test series in South Africa. All it make India to get down on the ground with its full strength mentally and physically, it is worth mentioning here that one point which is in favour in this battle for Indians that is coach Gary Kirstein is South African and he knows plus and minus of South African players.
On 16th December,2010 both team get down to show their supremacy against other team at Super Sport Park, Centurion. South Africa won the toss and opted to field first and at the end of first day for Indian supporters picture was very dismal as its top gun flopped and score was 136 for the loss of nine wickets, MS Dhoni at 33 and JD Unadkat at 1 were at crease in just 38.1 overs because bad lights and rain stop the game during the course of the day, next day was just a formality for Indian cricket team as just facing three balls team was all out at same score, experts had their observations because of fast track India was bundled at 136 and Indian bowlers especially pacers can bring back India into the game, but as the South African inning progress every predictions prove wrong and at the end of second day South Africa was 366 for the loss of 2 wickets and worse for India was store for next day and on third day after facing 130.1 overs South Africa declared their innings and score was 620 for the loss of 4 wickets and Indian cricket team was 484 run behind of South Africa’s total, at the end of the third day India was 190 for the loss of 2 wickets, during fourth day Sachin and MS Dhoni try to drag India’s defeat little bit and on fourth day India’s score was 454 for the loss of 8 wickets and India was still 30 run short of South Africa’s first innings total on fifth day after adding just five runs in their second innings India all out for 459, thus India lost the game with an innings and 25 runs.
On 26th December, 2010 second test started and for India the test was either won or draw other wise the number one rankings no more with India. South Africa won the toss second time and opted to field first, India despite loosing first six wickets for just 156 at the end of the first day score was little bit respectable 183 for the loss of 6 wickets and MS Dhoni at 20 and Harbhajan Singh at 15 were at crease, next day India all out for 205 scores and it was not such a big total but one can say it was challengeable, Indian bowlers bundle out South Africa for merely at 131 runs in 37.2 overs and India get lead of 74 runs and at the end of second day India was 92 for 4 and total score of India was 166,India end their second innings with a good score of 302 score and for south Africa to win match and series they need to score 302 runs but at the end of third day South Africa was 111 for the lose of three wickets and it gave ray of hope for Indian fans that India can won the match and last day India grab rest of south Africa’s wickets at the total of 215 and India won the match by 87 runs and level the series 1-1.
Last match of the series between India and South Africa started on 2nd January,2011 at Newlands, Capetown and for Indian it was not a ground where they have perform which please their supporters and till date have played three test matches –
  • Year 1993 test match was drawn
  • Year 1997 lost the match by 282 runs
  • Year 2007 defeat by five wickets
interestingly all the matches included started yesterday were played on 2nd of January but India has yet to registered its first victory in Capetown and also yet to win test series but enthusiastic captain MS Dhoni declared that his team is ready to create history so time up to 6 January, 2011 is important for Indian Cricket and will prove whether MS Dhoni was over confident or he was correct .
