Unique Social Service

In our country we will find easily people attached with social causes’, but sometimes we come across with persons or team whose mission or motto make us to feel proud and motivate us to do something for the society, not necessarily we can contribute with money to help others but there are score other ways like donating blood, kidney, eyes etc.etc. Ashish from Kolkata is doing social services with unique way. As per his words in our country lot of people died due to shortage of medicines & treatment and on other hand there are score of peoples whose medicines useless for them after treatment. It inspires Ashish to help the needy of medicines by collecting medicines from society’s such people which left with unused medicines after treatment. He made mind to collect medicines through his campaign of door to door visits. Ashish and his team is inspire from Swami Vivekananda, as per Ashish words Swami Vivekananda not did social services’ by sitting on chair but he did by living among peoples. So we also started our work same way and have started storing medicines thus come up with medicine bank.
Ashish resident of Kolkata, has erect medicine bank, for the weaker section of society who can’t afford medicines, help them by distributing medicines free of cost, by collecting them from the houses which left with unused medicines after treatment, around his area. He is doing social service of distributing medicines to the poor from last thirty years. While recalling his experience, in the beginning when he and his team started collecting medicines from the houses’, people argued with them that why they are collecting medicines? Are they doctors? But slowly slowly people started understanding our mission then they happily started handing over medicines to us, now not only they are receiving medicines but also specs, clutches, walkers, bandages of joint pain, even once they have received pacemaker which needed by a poor person and with the help of hospital his body get pacemaker. Collected stuff by Ashish and his team, with the help of doctors they sort out medicines of expiry dates & specific disease from the lot and then with the help of dispensaries they distribute free of cost to the poor persons, while sharing their experience one of the person said that hospitals write medicines which are very costly and often not in the reach of common people, here Ashish’s medicines store is doing tremendous work. Now other than common people doctors and medical representatives generously adding their contribution of medicines in his campaign. Ashish socialist activities are not only focus on medicines but once in a week he organise roadside hospitals for the areas where peoples have no easy access to the hospitals, people in large numbers taking advantage of his roadside hospital and they are getting not only free treatment but also get free medicines.
Ashish is doing novel service for the needy persons of his area, which without help of Ashish and his campaign would not get treatment because of financial restrictions and will prefer to skip from treatment. Thanks to unique idea of Ashish that they are getting free medicines, free treatment plus roadside hospitals near their vicinity.

Lokpal Bill

Anna Hazare, on April 8th went on fast unto death, in demand for Jan lokpal bill, which should have teeth, instead of government lokpal bill, moreover it was not pass by parliament, despite eight time presented in the house. Government accepted all his demand and constitutes committee having five members each from civil society and government side, and they are –
Government side members –
  • Kapil Sibbal
  • Pranab Mukherjee
  • P. Chidambaram
  • Salman Khurshid
  • Veerapaa Moily
Civil Society members  –
  • Anna Hazare
  • Arvind Kezriwal
  • Shanti Bhushan
  • Prashant Bhushan
  • Subash Hegde
What is Lokpal ?
Lokpal will be independent authority to take action against any domain government servant if against him/her complaint filed by anybody of corruption or misconduct of his/her duty. To check anybody does not files complaints against any government servant baseless it will be supported by provision for strong action and fine, lokpal bill will be with power of giving its verdict of punishment to the tainted persons.
Joint committee’s responsibility is to prepare the draft of lokpal bill before 30th June,2011, through the process of meetings between both the sides and till date eight meetings held on to and on 21st June final meeting will held; civil society team skip sixth meeting in protest against government action to crush protest of Baba Ramdev by force, hence giving their support Anna Hazare protest of one day, from fifth meeting onwards it was seen that once the meeting ends of joint drafting committee, both sides try to express their side of story to the public through press meetings, while listening them it appears that civil society proposals are not accepted by government side and they argue on to their lot of proposal’s, hence as per civil society members work of forming draft is not done even twenty percent, after seventh meeting which was held for more then two and half hours, immediately both side held press conference within span of two hours and takes media questions, after hearing both press conferences’ its sum up was that only few days left for 30th June but both sides have many differences and speculations are in the air that chances are that in the house two versions will be present in the house as civil society members are accusing government that they don’t listen civil society members and dictate their terms and on other hand government members said if we discuss with them on to their points they blame that we are against them or against strong lokpal bill.
Civil society members want that Prime Minister of the country and judiciary should also comes under the lokpal bill, and CBI should comes under the lokpal instead of government, but government is against it, so both are blaming each other through media.
Instead of both presenting their views to the public through media its better that meetings of lokpal drafting committee should be televise(which is demand of civil society members also, but government is not accepting it. It will be convenient for both the parties that instead of letting public know through media they should allow to judge themselves what happen in the meeting? Who is in favour of strong bill? If they have meeting in good environment? In today’s era technology is accessible easily by everyone then what is wrong to share with public especially if it is democracy and in a democratic set up public has right to get information what government is doing?
Anna Hazare has warn the government that if bill was not present in the house of monsoon session as per their demands then from 16th August,2011 he will start his protest again, he is ready for bullets also if government try to curb his campaign like Baba Ramdev, so right now dust of uncertainty is flowing high in the environment of India as far lokpal bill is concern and how it will settle down nobody is sure and its answer will unfold in coming days and before this it is quite clear that there is big rift between government and civil society members on to the lokpal bill proposals.

Strike By Maruti Employees

For successful business consistently understanding between management and employees is must, if one tries to dictate its terms on to other then situation can become highly uncomfortable and for their rights infected party take measures or can go up to any extent, but ultimately in this scuffle biggest sufferer or looser will be the brand for they are working. Country’s one of the biggest car brand Maruti Suzuki’s Manesar plant is facing production halt due to strike by its employees from last twelve days and as per rough estimates it cost the company loss of rupees 510 Crores and despite lot of phases’ of dialogue between management and employees union till date both have not reached on any agreement, moreover both management and employees union are adamant on their respected stands, nobody is ready to listen other party with flexible approach, hence it appears that stalemate is not going to end soon, in spite of National General Secretary of trade union has endorse his support to the demands of striking employees and seek Prime Minister to intervene in this issue, as per his words to constitute union is the right of employees, no management of any company can snatch this right from its employees.
Situated at Sector-6 of IMT Manesar on national highway, one of the biggest producers of four wheelers in the country Maruti Suzuki is facing strike by its employees from twelve days, in spite of the fact that management has request to the state government that strike of employees is illegal, considering this state government’s labour department ban on strike and for hearing on to the controversy between management and employees, send it to the industrial court, which was strongly opposed by striking union and other trade unions.
All it started when management was undertaking from employees that its Gurgaon plants recognised trade union has right to represent Manesar plant’s employees and Manesar plant employees will not constitute union, when employees came to know this they refused to sign on to it, management angry on to the refusal of employees and they made mind to take action against employees of Manesar plant. After getting information about this, employees stop doing work and went on to strike which is till date continues. Amidst stir of employees management issue termination orders of eleven officials of newly formed union. It boils already angry employees, they gathered outside and inside the plant in thousand numbers, management try to oust employees which were inside the plant, but not succeed yet. Striking employees accused management that they have stop facility of canteen and other facilities, drinking water supply disrupted, striking employees are dependent on hot water plus eating food stuff from outside is not allowed to enter by security personals on the point of management. Management has cleared that terminated eleven employees won’t be reinstated, but striking employees are stick on to their demands of-
  • Reinstate terminated eleven employees
  • Allow to constitute union
  • J.P. Union is not acceptable to them
now sixty five employees unions also comes in support of Maruti udyog’s employees strike.Although phase of score of dialogues between management and striking union is continue but until and unless both does not step ahead with flexible approach then they won’t succeed in breaking ice of stalemate.

India’s one of the most prosperous Punjab State’s Petrol pumps are facing one after another problems and it appears it wont end in near future. Recently Punjab Petroleum Dealers Association was very vocal and requesting the Punjab government to reconsider its decision of more then thirty three percent VAT on Petrol which is making the price of Petrol in Punjab highest in the country and its impact is feel by not only residents of state but also it is effecting the sale of petrol pumps especially which are near to Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh and Haryana States as vehicle owners of these areas prefer to get fuel from other state due to difference in the price of petroleum products hence score of petrol pumps are at the point of close down if government does not take immediate action to reduce the price of VAT equivalents to adjoining states, but till date state government has not shown interest to have its focus on to the demand of Punjab Petroleum Dealers Association. Slum Dwellers Will Get Solid Houses’

As the country is marching ahead on the path of prosperity and to grab opportunities to uplift the economical status of family, peoples are migrating to big cities from rural areas’ in big numbers, but scores of migrating individual and families unable to afford the high cost of life style of the big cities thus look for economical shelters to spent life there, this is one of the reason of slum existence and new slums construction in the big cities as it attracts middle and lower income public, unfortunately all it leads not only stain to the beautification of the urban areas but also one of the source of diseases’ to take birth in these areas as they spent lives in the environment of unhygienic which is open invitation to diseases’ due to water logging which is quite common scene in these slums plus does not proper sanitation and drainage. Considering this Government of India gives financial assistance to Below Poverty Line(BPL) families to construct toilets of 2,200 rupees which last week, talking to media persons, Union Home Minister Mr. P Chidambaram announced that Government of India has increase the amount by rupees 1,000 and now they are entitle to get rupees 3,200, along with it Government of India has given its nod to first phase of Rajiv Gandhi Housing Plan in the 2,50 cities of he country for the weaker section of society and it will help poor people to get solid houses’ in place of slums, hence can fulfill their dreams to own a house in the cities, along with it Government of India will also help these peoples to get loan from banks.
Last week meeting headed by Prime Minister of the country of cabinet economical affairs committee, in this meeting government of India declare plans to help slum dwellers for owing home in place of slums and Government of India will also help these peoples to get loan from banks and for this it has decided to make Housing Loan Risk Guarantee Fund of 10 billion rupees for the urban poor peoples. Cancer Patients Treatment

Some of the diseases’ are not only deadly but to get treatment of it is very costly affairs in the country as in the country everybody has not benefit of insurance, so lack of it for the categories of mediocre and lower sections of society, treatment of cancer its puncture very deep into there pockets whenever somebody in there family or near or dear ones becomes victim of cancer, so financial assistance from central government or state government is big relief for both the categories, unfortunately few areas of Punjab state are cancer prone disease due to infected water which is not recommended by experts to intake by human beings as it can make body victim of deadly and costly disease of cancer and if it trace in the initial stage then it can be curable through treatment and at later stage of treatment patients have to go through for chemotherapy or radiotherapy. Recently Punjab state has announced financial helps of rupees 1.5 lakhs for the treatment of cancer to its residents which they will get after completing few formalities and it is applaudable that task is not complicated or tedious to get financial help from Punjab state government.
In all, there are around 200 different types of cancer that can affect the human body. A large percentage of people will be affected by some form of cancer or other in their lifetime. Some types of cancer are more serious than others. Some can be treated more easily than others, and the survival rate varies among types. There are two general categories of cancer. Carcinomas are cancers that develop on the surface linings of the organs. Sarcinomas are cancers that develop in the cells. Sarcinomas affect solid tissues such as muscle and bone. They can also develop in the vessels. The human body is made up of tiny cells. Each of these cells contains genes. Proteins inside these genes regulate the division and multiplication of the cells. If a gene becomes damaged, the cells can continually grow and divide without stopping. If too many of these damaged cells form together, they can grow into a tumor. Tumors can either be malignant or benign. Malignant tumors are the serious cancers. They can multiply and spread throughout the body's tissues and organs. Not all types of cancer form tumors. Cancers of the blood, such as leukemia, attack other areas of the body through the bloodstream.
Punjab state has constituted committee for Chief Minster Cancer Relief Fund. Recently appointed health and family welfare minister of Punjab Mr. Satpal Gosai has declared that now every cancer patient of the state is entitle for the financial help of rupees 1.5 lakhs from state government and this announcement is certainly relief for score of cancer patients that belong to average income class group and for them its really very costly liabilities to get treatment of their near ones. Mr. Gosai announced that for Chief Minister Cancer Relief Fund state level committee has been constituted and it contains Chief Minister, Health Minister and Principle Health Secretary.
  • How to get financial help?
  • Person victim of cancer disease will have to hand over his/her request letter to civil surgeon of his /her district which will be put in the district level committee, on the recommendation of civil surgeon concerned district letter will be send to health director, then the amount will be send to the concerned hospital from where patient get his/her treatment, private hospitals have to adjust the amount of treatment as per government rates, only term in this regard is that patient who apply for financial help from state government he/she should not entitle or claim for any other insurance policy.
Just recently government of India also announced financial help of rupees one lakh for medicines of chemotherapy under Cancer & Noninfectious Diseases’ Control Programme of country to 100 patients of 100 districts from 22 states are entitle to get financial help. For Cancer, diabetes, heart disease and brain hemorrhage Control 100 districts of 21 states hospitals common diagnosis services’, general surgery and chemotherapy treatment are available. As per officials every districts will get chemotherapy medicines for one patient, hence 100 districts 100 patients will be benefited every year for this as one crore fund is fix.
Initiatives of Punjab state government and central government towards cancer patients of the state is a applaudable steps as it will help lot of cancer patients of the state to get required treatment which they shun in he past due to lack of money, hence suffer mentally and physically, with Chief Minister Cancer Relief Fund now it can end unnecessary burden on to cancer patients and their relatives.

Age No Bar

Although it is believe and common practice among human beings to learn anything solid foundation started at the age of fourth to sixth year of life through school/ education, and with every passing year blank, neat and pure mind of child gets develop and painted amidst educational environment as per concerned interest, his/her surroundings and after spending require time in any stream/study/course becomes assets for society and in perfect mold to deliver his/her part. Sometimes due to some problem, circumstances,, lack of opportunities hamper anybody to make good foundation and force to choose other ways of life, but whenever in future opportunities knock at the door to deserving, positive minds then they welcome the offer with both the hands and surprise everybody, even growing age becomes non issue for them to consider. Score of such cases’ keep on happening around us and successful, motivation stories work as ray of light for the frustrated persons which help them to throw all their negative energy and look towards coming time and future with thoughts in mind of belief, achievements, hope and milestones. We need to keep in mind that until and unless we have breath in our body nothing is final whether it is failure or success. Story of ninety years old lady who is resident of Kerala state, Fatima, despite she has problem to focus on study due to poor eyesight, registered herself in Government backed literacy programme ‘Atulayam’, it was courageous step from Fatima side to get education through Atulayam which is believe equivalents to the syllabus of fourth standard of school as it include basic reading and writing of Malayalam, English and subject of Math and Social Study. Inspiring story of Ninety years old age Fatima goes like this -
  • Fatima, Ninety years old, victim of score of diseases’, poor vision, widow at the age of twenty two, upbring her one son and two daughters from small tea shop, but when she heard about government literacy programme of Atulayam, then she registered herself and now studying there from last one year, she is student of this programme and attending classes’ with enthusiasm, her convener has full of appreciation for Fatima and praise her dedication for study. During week total seven hours study takes place depending upon the convenience of tutor. As per her tutor under Atulayam only 15 to 50 years of age is allowed to get education but considering the interest shown by Fatima he oversight the norms as he was not able to deny her to get education. As per tutor due to her poor vision she faced problem in the exams to answer the question but when her question paper was read then without any problem she reply the question and clear the exams.
It is inspiring stuff for anybody that age, physical condition is not comes in the way for any persons which have dedication, aim, enthusiasm to do anything in life, whenever opportunities strike, as impossible word is found in the lexicon of frustrated, failure, pessimist persons but positive minds found positive stuff in any situation and if we read carefully the word IMPOSSIBLE then it itself says-
                                                    I M POSSIBLE

Be Alert From Fraudulent Online Survey Companies

Recently two online survey companies were in the news because of wrong reasons as they were offering big dreams to its members simply by investing few money and doing online survey then members can earn hundred of thousands of rupees. Innocent and to earn money fast without any tough and complicated stuff, peoples in tens of thousand becomes members and pump in their hard earned money in greed to get multi folds returns, unfortunately latest news related to these companies are not pleasing as both companies bubble is burst and members (peoples) money is drown as now they will never ever get their money back from these companies. Its really surprise and shocking in spite of news of frauds, people keep on investing money in the companies that offers of returns in many folds in no time. It is wise before stepping ahead to become part of any company take few counted measures so that one can avoid from becoming victim of its fraud, below is few tips before putting money anywhere –

  • Do look history of the company.
  • Whenever any company ask for money to become part of there chain, don’t proceed further, as they are not only demanding money for you to tide smartly but later on it will take work from you also or one can say concerned has to give time(work) also then he/she will get incentive or returns, plus after collecting money from anybody company will make not only puppet but also earn money on to your investment by investing in other schemes, policies or foray and chances are that it can be one of company which will disappear also.
  • Don’t mesmerise or trap in the mold of greedy offers if any one offers big return in short time.
Two online survey companies recently were in the news due to big offers of returns to its members on to their investment, story of both these companies goes like this –
  • Speak Asia, online survey company, having headquarter in Singapore, doing business in the country for sometime now, modus operandi of the company is anybody can become member of it by investing rupees 11,000 and later on depending upon his/her work can earn hundred of thousand, simply by doing online survey, company officials claims that it is registered in Singapore, yet it is doing business in India without registering any where in the country. When few private news channels investigate about their claims then shocking picture appeared that company has very small office in the Singapore with three to four employees but it is not registered in Singapore, hence people attached with this company can loss there money, now after the revelation company is under the radar of investigation by authorities.
  • Registered in Mirzapur of Uttar Pradesh Ram Survey International limited’s Ram Survey, people of greedy nature and innocent mold becomes members of the company by paying fees of 3,500 rupees then later on get work of online survey of maximum four times in a month, thus able to get money of rupees one thousand at the rate of 250 rupees per survey, company comes into existence just half a year ago and its USP to lure public was its claims of that it is the largest survey company of the country and it has tie up with multi national companies, which before entering in the country prefer survey of their products. In the beginning it had forward money to the members but gradually money dried and now as per news company’s network is shattered courtesy its members itself as they cash the cheques through phony accounts of companies. Now company’s accounts are frozen which were more then 83 million rupees and its banks are State Bank, HDFC Bank and AXIS bank. It is worth mentioning here case registered against four persons and two directors of the company.

Headache for Government Baba Ramdev’s Fast Unto Death

Presently in the country there is only one issue which has become point of discussion, talking agenda, buzz at every platforms of society whether it is political or public domain or intellectual level or among media right from the start of June month. Government which already have not good taste as far tackling fast unto death is concern of Anna Hazare in the month of April this year and merely just over four days it accepted all the demands of Anna Hazare, which in the beginning not only ignore his demands but also not taken seriously, but with every passing time across country people started adding with Anna Hazare campaign in tens of thousands, result of it Government of India succumb to pressure and accepted all the demands of Anna Hazare without any condition like to constitute of committee to draft Jan Lokpal bill, half the members of committee from civil society and co head of committee from civil society, now committee is under process to form draft of Jan lokpal Bill through meetings which will be table in the monsoon session of parliament. Baba Ramdev who has countless followers in the country and they are ready for anything on the call of Baba Ramdev, it is well known to Government that is why when on 1st june,2011 Baba Ramdev landed in the capital four cabinet ministers were present at airport to receive Baba Ramdev and they were-
  • Mr. Kapil Sibbal
  • Mr. Subodh Kant Sahay
  • Mr. Pranab Mukherjee
  • Mr. Pawan Kumar Bansal
It expresses itself that how much Government of India is eager to convince Baba Ramdev not to proceed on to his Satyagreh and they had dialogue with Baba Ramdev which was as per Baba Ramdev was positive but still there is difference between him and government and he will go ahead until and unless his all demands not accepted by government, outspoken leader of congress aggressively made verbal attack on Baba Ramdev, when media persons want to get his reaction then Baba Ramdev respond that he will respond only to the statements of cabinet ministers or Prime Minister not of leader of its party which have not responsibilities in the government, plus he had meetings with the cabinet ministers and have given them to time to think and take action as it will not come out instantly. Baba Ramdev also get support of Anna Hazare and he is going to meet Baba Ramdev on 5th of June. Baba Ramdev said that ramlila ground is book for the period of one month, so it clear that he has plan and preparations for his protest for same length of time. Baba Ramdev major demands are –
  • Ban of 500 and 1,000 denomination notes
  • Every penny deposited by Indians in the tax haven countries which is black money should be declared national assets and bring back in the country
  • There should be provision in the law to recover money from corrupt persons plus there should be provision of execution of tainted persons
  • Professional courses like medical or engineering should be teach in Hindi language not in English
As per news government is busy through its four ministers to convince Baba Ramdev to postpone his Satyagreh and it was belief that government can announce its measures before start of fast unto death, but it not happened. As per words of Baba Ramdev until and unless he will not get anything in writing from government and its time frame he won’t step back from his fast unto death. His campaign will be supported by 100 million peoples of the country directly or indirectly and it will be spread in country’s 624 districts.
Until and unless Baba Ramdev Satyagreh wont ends it will be interesting to see how many days it will take to bend government of India and if government of India is ready to accept all his demands unconditionally, but right now country is witnessing news of phase of meetings in the capital and nobody knows if these meetings will be successful to break the ice of deadlock between both the parties.

Nobody Is Close In Politics

In politics different parties keep on criticising other parties ideologies, leaders on different platforms and when election comes before elections they make alliances’ with other parties and when result declares if any party or alliance need support of few members then parties look other parties or independent candidates as per there requirements to form government after elections despite raising fingers towards other parties before elections or independent candidates. Below are examples of it –
  • During first term of UPA it had support of Left parties, RJD party chief Mr. Lalu Yadav and LJP party Mr. Ram Vilas Paswan as ministers but on to the issue of Nuclear deal with USA left withdraw its support and at the time of fifteenth general elections in the country and in Bihar both RJD and LJP at their own seat share in the state and only given very few seats to Indian National Congress to contest, despite knowing that congress is national party, and when result declared both parties shrink to its lowest level in representation in both the houses’, now UPA is ruling the country for second terms without support of both the parties.
  • DMK and Indian National Congress fought elections together of Tamilnadu Assembly despite news that everything between both the parties are not good like giving seats to congress in Tamilnadu assembly and UPA action against tainted DMK leaders, when result announced alliance of DMK and Congress performed badly and AIADMK got public mandate to rule the state, it flare and ignite the rift of both the parties in open due to UPA chairperson cognates to Jayalalithaa and invite on tea, watching this development DMK skip to participate in the celebration of two years in the office of UPA’s second terms and it was present in the function as token visit.
Just last week while talking to one of the English news channel of the country Mr. Balasahib Thackeray, head of Shiv Sena also endorse his words that in politics nobody is close to anybody, he was responding when interviewer asked if alliance between Shiv Sena and BJP will continue in the next assembly elections of Maharashtra or in the general elections which are going to held in the country in the year 2014, he said it is to early to say anything about it as in politics its not in your hands, when asked if his party is ready to work together with BJP, he respond that new generation has taken charge of BJP and I belong to old generation its better if you asked this question from Udhav Thackeray.
Even political parties leaders of the country often accept this that in politics no party is permanent foe or friend and as per situation it keep on changing with time, not only at the time before elections but also even after completion of election process they form new alliances’ with parties or candidates against whom they fought elections, in spite of the fact if peoples verdict comes in fragmented they step ahead to make alliance and look for the party or independent candidates to support which can take them to the rule.

Utilisation of Surplus

Government departments of country often face criticism and accused of surplus hence available workforce not utilise properly, but if any government department needs of motivation how to utilise additional manpower? Then they need to take leaf out of Punjab Education department’s book, as state’s educational minister have made policy to utilise surplus teachers services’ by rationalizing it and shifting them to government school which are facing shortage of teachers and hampering the institution study and for this it has made ratio of teachers and students and also set minimum periods to be taken by teachers, principals and headmasters of government schools of state, but still if it found that any teacher’s number of periods are not completed then he/she will be entitle to complete the remaining periods by taking classes of lower standards of schools for the subject he/she recruited and still if it not fulfill then he/she will have to take period of subject for which they are promoted, motive behind this workload from government schools teachers is to get work from teachers which are appointed in a school that has surplus power, then by making adjustments through shifting to a school which has less teachers as per requirement of institution.
Punjab state’s education minister release order of rationalization in government schools by shifting surplus workforce in government schools of lecturers, masters, mistresses’ where shortage of teachers is feeling and for this chief secretary of education department school has issue rationalization of policy for transfers and shifting of lecturers which was issue to all the districts education officers and it should have base of September 2010 record, ratio set for the policy for different level classes’ are –
  • Sixth to Eighth Standard - One teacher behind thirty students
  • Ninth to Tenth Standard - One teacher behind thirty three students
  • Eleventh to Twelfth Standard - One teacher behind forty students
for any subject or group minimum ten students are required, under this policy teachers bound to take mandatory periods are –
  • Principal – Six periods
  • Headmaster - fifteen periods if total number of students are five hundred,
  •                      Twelve periods up to one thousand students,
  •                      Ten periods if number of students are one thousand and five hundred,
  •                      Seven periods if students are two thousand
  • Lecturer     - Twenty four to Twenty seven periods
  • Master/Mistress - twenty seven to thirty periods
Practical for subjects under medical and non medical sections will be constitute of minimum twenty students. With the rationalisation state educational department is trying to fill the gap of shortage of teachers simply by plugging in the surplus teachers into the institutions where shortage of teachers’, this way without putting any finical pressure on to government exchequer, thus utilising the surplus workforce more effectively. Hopefully with this step of education department it will help not only to get rid of shortage of problem of teachers in some government schools but also help to utilise additional workforce available to education department.

Ignoring Verdict Of Supreme Court

In the country time to time verdict by Supreme Court on matters related to public life, political system, law and order, government delivers that becomes buzz among different section of society, it has seen that every sector of society respect decision of Apex Court but sometimes political parties ignore it. In the capital of country almost every political party is running there political activities but through there allotted parliamentarian residential houses’. Considering this in one of its verdict Supreme Court in the year 2006 to vacate political parties offices’ from residential houses ordered and taking note of the Apex Court verdict cabinet same year took decision to allot land to all the political parties depending on there numbers in the house. It was practically executed in the year 2008-09 calendar year by awarding land to main political parties of the country, but ironically instead of political parties to shift their offices’ to allotted places till date even single party of the country has not construct any building and shift their office to allotted areas.
To distribute land to political parties it was considered that political parties which have recognition from Election Commission of India and have at least seven members representation in the house they will get land from Government of India, below is detail of it –

  • 50 members in the house - 2000 square meters
  • 100 members in the house - One acre
  • 200 plus members in the house - Four Acre
but despite this provision some political parties cases’ are still pending and they are waiting to get land for their party offices’ in the capital –
  • Sharomani Akali Dal - 27th March,2007
  • Rashtriya Congress Party - 26th July, 2006
  • Shiv Sena - 20th September,2006
  • Bahujan Samaj Party - 10th October,2006
Contrary of it parties which get land still have to construct any building for office –
  • Indian National Congress – 7058.42 square meters at Doctor Rajender Prasad Road; 8092 square  meters at Kotla Road.
  • Bhartiya Janta Party - 7567.62 square meters at Doctor Rajender Prasad road and 1060 square meters at kotla Road.
  • CPI(M) - plot no 27, 28 and 29 at Market Road, institutional Area.

  • SP - PLOT NO. 1 at basant bihar institutional area.
  • Rashtriya Janta Dal - 34, 57, 58 59 at Kotla Road.
Despite above coded the parties get allotment of land for there party offices’ at New Delhi in the year 2008-0, but they are still operating from-
  • Indian National Congress - 24, Akbar Road
  • BJP - 11, Ashoka Road
