Election commission declare that in all the three states votes will be held through Electronics Voting Machines (E.V.M.) and they are fool proof so no body should create suspicion relating to Electronics Voting Machines authenticity. Voter Id cards must to cast the votes by voters which are in Haryana 99 %, Arunachal Pradesh 88.42 % and in Maharashtra 80.35 % .Voter list will be used having photograph of voters as this list is updated in Haryana 99 %,Arunachal Pradesh 87 % and in Maharashtra 73.28 %.Maharashtra state Assemble has total 288 seats and it has government of Indian National Congress and National Congress party Combine, Haryana state Assembly has 90 seats and rule by Indian National Congress while Arunachal Pradesh has 60 seats and rule by Indian National Congress. In the 60 seats assembly, Congress alone has 44 members while 14 independents and two members of the Arunachal Congress support the ruling party. Nine Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) legislators and two members of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) had joined Congress last year. The Congress came to the power in the state, bordering China, in assembly elections in 2004 defeating BJP and other smaller parties.Haryana have one crore, twenty lakhs and sixty three thousands voters and there will twelve thousands, eight hundreds and ninety four polling booths, Maharashtra have seven Crores, fifty Six Lakhs and thirty Four thousands Voters and they will vote through Eighty Two thousands polling booths and Arunachal Pradesh have Seven Lakhs and fifty thousands voters will use their franchisee through two thousands and sixty one polling booths. Maharashtra State ruled by the Congress-led alliance since 1999 having NCP as its alliance partner, Congress spokesman Mr. Abhishek Manu Singhvi while talking to a news channel said on Monday that the alliance is intact, but though drought and price rise should have been the main worries for the combine.B.J.P. and Shiv Sena combine will be their opposition alliance in Maharashtra. In Haryana, the Congress came to power in 2005 after nine years, and Indian National Congress have advantage perhaps that’s why they have gone months before in the assembly election which is demoralised and divided Opposition appears unlikely to pose a stiff challenge. What’s more, the snapping of ties between the BJP and former chief minister Mr.O.P. Chautala’s Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) recently added to the troubles of the Opposition.Arunachal Pradesh will have symbolic importance at the national level, since it may add to the Congress score or losing tally, depending on the outcome of results. As Indian National Congress in the power in all the three states and it is appearing they have edge over opposition parties because of scattered, confused and weak opposition ,but they have factor which can become their woes in the election they are drought, rising prices of all the essential commodities which have make the budget of common people haywire and still prices’ are not under control as efforts are not showing any positive results which can lead to anti incumbency factor on the performance of Indian National Congress.
