From past Eighteen days news coming from different part of Australia attacks on Indian Students which now counts to total four such incidence and latest just happened yesterday , as in thousands numbers Indian youth goes to Australia every year and this trend of studying Australia begins almost seven to eight years back when Universities of Australia become lenient to allow foreign students who want to study in their countries with some term and conditions and Australian authority give permit to students alongwith study to work part time for some hours and this way student’s become financially self dependent and later on after completion of their studies even if they prefer they allowed to stay there provided if they get work in Australia. In this whole process young hard working Indian youth not only become highly educated but also make their future bright and better toned economically also. Recently attacked on Indian students which appeared ugly racism scenario and matter of sincere and honest probe so that countless youth who wish to go Australia for study now these attacks add fear in their mind that if they will now live fearlessly and move freely in the streets /bazaar of Australia without any problem and shadow of fear in the mind but their Kin are also worried and reluctant to send them to Australia and brief of recently attacked on Indian students date wise are below mentioned –
• On 9th May,2009 when Mr. Saurav Sharma (twenty one year old ) was traveling in Train in Melbourne he was beaten badly by four young men and also looted him, as per reports from Australian authority the four teenager boys arrested and probe is on about their crime.
• On 24th May, 2009 during party in Melbourne Mr. Sharvan Teerthala (twenty five year old) and his friends were attacked with screw driver and two guys arrested relating to this incidence one is booked for murder and investigation is continue from second guy.
• On 25th May, 2009 in Melbourne Mr.Baljinder Singh was attacked by anonymous persons with screw driver, first they beat him badly then looted Mr.Baljinder Singh and some suspicious were arrested and probe is continue relating to this attack.
• Just Yesterday itself that is on 28th May, 2009 in Sydney Mr. Rajesh was attacked by Petrol Bomb and as per reports his body is 30 percent burn and reports from Australian news agencies says that police are searching attackers, Mr. Rajesh’s relative are worried in India when they watch the news on Television and other then praying for his recovery, they can’t do anything.
now after all these attacks on Indian students day before yesterday Australian High Commissioner to India Mr. John McCarthy while talking to a news channel said that his government is doing all the efforts to give security to Indian Students, we are also worried because of these attacks, these are not racial attacks and young aspirants who want to go to Australia for study they are come to Australia without fear and welcome. Indian High Commissioner to Australia Sujata Singh met both Prime Minister of Australia and deputy Prime Minister of Australia and express deep concern of India and also wide spread fear in the mind of Indian Students who are studying in Australia plus their relative’s who reside in India are worried because of these attacks on Indian students, and responding to this both Prime Minister and deputy Prime Minister promise to take appropriate action to avoid such type of incidence happened again in future.
Now these are really very serious and shocking events which are targeting Indian Students in the span of Eighteen days which not only make them horrified but from Indian Government point of view to remain silently is bit disturbing, yes no doubt in recent time Indian were busy to elect 15th Loksabha but government machinery was at it’s place to react on to these horrified events, and Indian should not forget recently some months back when Australian Tennis team has to play in India was not allowed to play in India on the name security and declare that India is not safe place to visit or play, don’t know why India is silent to react same manner when our four young innocent students were attacked brutally by their citizens so time has come to react strongly and in the best of every Indian by issuing travel advisory that Australia is not safe place to travel and live by Indians.
Perhaps realizing seriousness of these attacks on Indian Students one university of Australia try to damage control of these attacks and foreseen it can effect flow of Indian students badly in the coming years and sufferer will surely be Australian Universities, so to reduce wounds which become scar on the mind and heart of Indian by announcing honourable Doctorate degree to India’s Super Icon Amitabh Bachchan better known as Big B but Mr.Bachchan denies humbly to accept such degree from a University where his countries innocent youth is attacked brutally and helpless to live under fear, So from Indian Government some strong action is desire before this racism become ugly and unbearable mess.

Calamities
Past three days for India’s different part of some states were not good as during this time in two states namely West Bengal and Orissa there was natural havoc by Cyclone Aila in which before it hit part of both states, government in West Bengal evacuated almost lakh of people and despite this Aila left it’s ugly mark in which as per reports 45 people lost lives in both states, Second incident happened because of clashes between two communities In Austria’s capital Vienna when religious leader’s of one community were in Austria and there they were attacked by another group of people in which one religious leader Sant Niranjan Das injured and one religious leader Sant Ramanad lost his life due of attack and this incidence’s reaction held in Punjab because attacked Saint’s main Dera is in Ballan district Jalandhar by name Dera Sachkhand.
On Sunday Metrology Department warn of Aila Cyclone in West Bengal and Orissa’s coastal areas as per department warning Aila Cyclone is very strong in it’s nature and it’s wind speed can be at 100 to 200 kilometer per hours which will hit coastal area’s of West Bengal and Orissa on Monday and can be very devastating, So Government cancel flights to Kolkata, fisherman warn not to go to sea, army alert so that impact of natural calamities can be reduced to minimize as much as Government can, and on Monday when Aila hits part of West Bengal and Orissa it killed 45 people and although met department now declared Aila has weaken and no more dangerous from it now but still they warn of heavy rains in part of West Bengal which mean despite Aila cyclone weaken but threat by heavy rain still can play destruction.
Upto Sunday evening life was normal in Punjab and people were enjoying IPL season 2 which was held in South Africa ,then bad news came that in the capital of Austria (Vienna) in a religious place during sat sang clash between two groups one communities religious leader Sant Ramanad died and other religious leader Sant Niranjan Das critically injured but as per latest report now he is out of danger and improving, but report of this clash when came to Indian citizen especially to the followers of Dear Sachkhand situated in ballan District Jalandhar then in the night they come out on streets and start protesting violently and damage to lot of Government Buses and other property also and Deputy Commissioner of Jalandhar on to violent protest of mob clamped curfew in Jalandhar District, and when next day that is on Monday situation was tense curfew continued but authority relax for some hours protesters again comes on to street with large numbers and looted one show room and damage buses and burn railways boggies also burn one ATM plus violence also spread in the other district like Hoshiarpur and some other cities like Phagwara and administration clamped Curfew in Hoshiarpur,Phagwara,Ludhiana also, Monday pass on tense and even Central Government advised State Government curfew should be imposed strictly and also send army to help local authority in maintaining law and order. On Tuesday situation was under control despite tense, administration relaxed curfew for some hours so that local residents can purchase essential commodities as per there requirements and thankfully time passed on without any incidence and authority are hoping that if next relaxation passed on normally then they can increased the time of curfew relaxation and in day or two days time curfew will be lifted fully, and now as today is Wednesday and relaxation period passed on without any untoward incidence hopefully now next day life will be normal in the district’s where violence erupted and we can say that peace /normalcy was also possible because of appeal by religious larders for followers not to violent in there protest.
During three days business hit badly in the West Bengal because of natural havoc of Aila Cyclone and during this time flights canceled, train services in that area stopped, fishermen advised not to go sea and in Punjab from Monday onwards till Wednesday life stranded and because of curfew all the private and government business institution closed and because of shut down and halt in services weather it was natural or otherwise then it’s biggest sufferer were certainly people who earn on daily basis and then purchase essential items as per their requirements ,so for them it’s really very hard to eat food ,but it’s sigh of relief to everybody that hopefully it’s now over.

IPL Season 2 Final
Indian Premier League comes into existence when Board of Control for Cricket in India (B.C.C.I.) world’s richest Cricket Board and it has influence on International Cricket Council (I.C.C.) who govern world’s cricket, when BCCI saw that a corporate house by name Essel Group announced to start Indian Cricket League (I.C.L.) parallel to ICC’s newly version of Cricket T-20 which left behind far away Cricket’s two versions of Cricket by name Test Cricket and One day International because of T-20 carries lot of excitement, entertainment and very less time to finish a game become main reason to attract Cricket Crazy Country India with very huge number of followers and adding ice to cake India is currently champion of inaugural T-20 World Cup which work in favour of it in getting edge from Cricket’s two versions which are in existence in term of popularity, shortly after announcement by Essel Group BCCI realize T-20 has huge potential which can give countless jump in their revenue so it react immediately with it’s league by name IPL plus also successful to get declare from ICC Indian Cricket league as rebel and players or official’s who will join ICL they will never ever allowed to play domestic matches or international matches from their respective countries just to stop flow of players to join ICL, despite all these restrictions ICL host two successful season with lot of International players some of them were already retired from international cricket and some quit because of attractive packages. Indian Premier League inaugural season was successful more then it’s governing body expected and IPL's first year matches were held in India’s different grounds and cities which were allotted to it’s eight franchises as host team, teams which owned by different franchises were –
• Chennai Super Kings ( CSK )
• Deccan Chargers ( DC )
• Delhi Daredevils ( DD )
• Kolkata Knight Riders ( KKR )
• Kings XI Punjab ( KXIP )
• Mumbai Indians ( MI )
• Rajasthan Royals (RR)
• Royal Challengers Bangalore ( RCB )
and format of the tournament was that every team had to play with other teams two times and after completing first round then top four teams will play next round which was scheduled this way like number one team will play against number four and second rank team will play against third rank and will be treated as semi final one and semi final two, then winner of first and second semifinals will play for the title and inaugural Trophy of IPL was won by Rajasthan Royals and nobody ever predicted that they will even cross first round as team was not star studded or well known names compare to others IPL Teams to name Kolkata Knight Riders which was everybody’s favorite to lift the cup but as Cricket is team game and every players has to play it’s part and just being part of team of eleven players and on given day which ever will play good cricket will win he game.
This Year in the month of April, 2009 onwards till May 13th, 2009 was scheduled of IPL Season 2 and it was not possible to move the time ahead or backward because of tight schedule and commitment of players towards their respective countries and during this time Election Commission of India announced General Elections in India which held in five phases and completed in almost just over one month time, which was become reason for Home Minister of India Mr. P.Chidambaram to held meetings after meetings to convince it’s organizers to shift it’s schedule or change dates for some time or cancel IPL Season 2 as his Ministry wont be able to give adequate security for these matches because of it’s date’s were clashing with elections and in today’s environment of terrorism tight security is must for holding any events smoothly otherwise it can tarnish image of any country in the mind of tourists to travel that country is dangerous, so as mentioned above Mr. Lalit Modi Chairman and Commissioner of IPL in discussion with Home Ministry told that it’s not possible for him to drag IPL Season 2 match further because of Players commitment with their countries, In the end when talk failed with the Government then it was appearing that this year there will be no IPL,but Mr.Lalit Modi was committed to host IPL Season 2 during announced dates then in less then three weeks time he talked with England and South Africa for hosting IPL 2 ,and as per news South Africa awarded to host IPL Season 2 because of weather as during this period in England rain can disrupt matches badly plus organizers get heavy discounts from South Africa .
So From 18th April,2009 onwards till 24Th May,2009 dates announced for matches held in different grounds of South Africa, and there was no change in the format of matches played by teams against each other, then semi final 1 and semi final 2 and final which were total 59 matches played including final on 24th May,2009 at 8.00p.m. Indian Time and today Deccan Chargers and Royal Challengers Bangalore going to play IPL Season 2 Final at Johannesburg and below is the detail of both teams how they reach final –

Now as per game’s format it’s hardly to predict who will touch there hands to IPL Season 2 Trophy and if some say that particular team will win then they are just guessing because in the span of just one over match can change it’s position from one team to another, but instead of prediction it will be treat to watch Final and one can name it as Super Sunday

Golden Monday
On 16th May,2009 after result declared of General Elections in the evening Election process completed for India’s 15th Loksabha and because United Progressive Alliance (U.P.A.) get almost clear majority no doubt it is short of ten seats but considering the fact that it had completed full five year term in the office despite having 217 seats and short of 55 members in the Loksabha courtesy left and latter on Samajwadi Party both supported them unconditionally from outside and not join them in Government , So considering the fact this time Indian National Parties get more chunk then from there regional allies and mandate was for stability which will be crucial and important for U.P.A. alliance to take major decisions as per there agenda, it was evident that now all around in India in every sector stability will boost business especially market’s which attract investors and financial Institutions only at the time of stable Government and it was very interesting to see how market react towards stability when on 18Th May,2009 Market’s open after break of two days, everybody can’t believe the way market moves because after opening within seconds it create history of it’s 133 years old existence and both market Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange trading had to be suspended for the day because of Upper Circuit limits.
Now what is Upper Circuit and when it’s comes to effect? Well as per Security and Exchange Board of India’s norm when market cross ten percent of trading then trading suspended for one hours and if it cross fifteen percent then trading stop for two hours but if it touch twenty percent then no more trading on that particular day and percentage of circuit is fixed on last day of trading at the point sensex closes of every quarter and these percentage changed to numbers and for next quarter upper circuit is set and based on 31st March, 2009.
On 18th May, 2009 market opens at 10a.m. at its usual time when trading stared and within some seconds of it’s trading it cross the mark of 1305 when first Upper circuit comes into effect then after opening at 11.55a.m. second time upper circuit halt the market trading as it’s touch the mark of 784 point and it total zoom upwards with 2100 points, Same story was seen at National stock exchange where after opening at 10.00a.m. in seconds cross 521.20 points and upper circuit comes into effect then after one hour when it start trading again second time because of upper circuit trading stop and in it’s next opening after one hours trading stop because of upper circuit when it touches 15.10 point. Bombay Stock Exchange closes at 14,272.63 after registering rise of 2,099.21 points in intra day trading which was 17 percent and National Stock Exchange closes at 4,323.15 after gaining 651.50 points which was 20 percent and experts are bullish for future of markets when they analysis of very first day of trading after the election process and people’s clear verdict to this Government which is a very good sign as it will attract more and more International Investors and financial Institutions to consider India as one of the very few safe ,viable and profitable market in the time when throughout world countries are coming with negative growth not only by developing countries but by the developed countries of the world which are making investor community suspicious and reluctant as developed countries especially America’s Banks and auto sector effected badly and lot of bank closed and auto sector had registered negative growth resulting newly elected in the month of January 2009 Mr. Barrack Obama government of United States of American pass on stimulus package just to avoid both sectors well known famous companies and groups not to fall in the clutches of bankruptcy which will have direct impact on America’s economy.
So to deduce the Golden Monday movement it will be wise to see cautiously markets as in the past Indian small (retail) investors had burn their fingers badly two times because of inside trading by some brokers which resulted false surge in particular shares and when dust settled down small (retail) investors was at the loosing side where he helplessly watched his hard earned money drowned. It’s not that we have to look it negatively but it’s better to step safe and sound in our actions

Scorching Heat
In a year Punjab state’s people have privilege to enjoy four weather namely winter, autumn, rainy and summer season and every weather has its charm and attraction which is enjoy by different sector of people in their unique style, but from past some years all the season become cause of concern as they are unexpectedly on rising side from normal to high zone which is almost unbearable by lot of people or some sector of community find hard to cope with them because of their economical conditions. No doubt for scientists it’s a challenge to come up with exact conclusion why weather going towards extreme and as per some views it’s because human become villain in the smooth functioning of nature and doing lot of stuff which are against nature like large percentage of rain forest are wiped out by human, in the world there are countless industries whose final product is good for humanity but when it was under manufacturing it generate and release pollution in the environment like battery cells and unfortunately if technical problems occurred then it can be dangerous for humanity and it’s example is which was faced and effected the resident’s of Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh ) as in Bhopal a plant by name Union Carbide pesticide on 3rd December,1984 from this 42 tones of toxic methyl isocyanate (MIC) gas leak reason was technical problem and during night time when people were sleeping it spread immediately in the air and people who breath toxic oxygen become victim of this tragedy and more then Twenty two thousands people lost their lives relating to toxic gas and till date it’s impact are visible on coming generation as till date they are not normal fully ; Vehicles which are plying on roads releasing air pollution which is hazardous to human beings directly as it give effect to the purity of oxygen ,Electronics stuff to name computers when they completed their life or outdated it’s lot of components are harmful for environment if they burn or recycled ; even shield for human beings from the ultra violet rays of Sun Ozone layer is becoming very thin ; snow of glacier melting very rapidly from three to four years and with this speed if keep on melting then it can become reason of increase of water level on earth and cities which are near to sea like Karachi, Mumbai and others then they will found in history books ; Scientists are now alerting Countries to control their share which are reason of global warming otherwise coming time will be hard to imagine and how future generations will survive it’s even hard to think. Water level in Punjab in nineties which was just 50 to 60 feet’s and after one decade only we consume nature resource water so badly that now it’s down to three folds at 150 to 160 feet’s which is by no mean good news and if we keep on wasting human’s basic necessity water then in one to two decades time Punjab will be just like state of Rajasthan and it won’t be surprise that in future water will become a valuable item and human will have to pay for it for there basic use also. Yesterday in the month of May temperature in almost all the northern cities was more then three to four degree Celsius above like-
• Hissar 46.6 degree Celsius
• Ludhiana 42.4 degree Celsius
• Patiala 42.1 degree Celsius
• Chandigarh 40.6 degree Celsius
• Hoshiarpur 42.3 degree Celsius
and for people to come out from their house and do their work on routine basis it’s not easy because despite taking lot of precautions still news keep on pouring of heat stroke and it’s prove worst in lot of cases as it resulted end of life, and in India people more then 75 percentage work in open where they have not facility of fan, cooler or Air Condition or even on there head no roof, so there is need for them that they take extra precautions while leaving there house to wear full and loose clothes, drink as much water as they can and it’s much better and good if lemon be part of water, even toddlers have to face this scorchable heat because of there school ,after 9 a.m. onwards till 5p.m. Sun at it’s peak as far heat is concern and kids school time is 9.00 a.m. onwards till 2.30 p.m. and problem with them is that neither they can skip school nor they can eschew from worst season.
So instead of cursing nature and unbearable weather it’s the responsibility of all the human beings to be friendly towards humanity and use lot of stuff on daily basis which are less harmful to the environment and release less air pollution, less harmful to glacier and don’t effect heavily to Ozone Layer because with the end of our life it’s not end of human beings and future generation don’t blame there forefather of there problem related to end of natural resources.

Result Announced
On 16Th May, 2009 throughout India counting of votes begins for the 543 parliaments seats at 8.00 a.m. onwards in the morning and it was expected that trends will start coming in after one hour of counting begin as this time voters cast their voting right through Electronics Voting Machines (E.V.M.) not by conventional ballet Papers, so by evening almost all the results were expected .Before the counting there was gap of two days and as per the predictions by all the Exit Poll done by different agencies and everybody had prediction that no Alliance ( U.P.A. and N.D.A.) or front (Third front and Fourth Front) will get clear majority and 15th Loksabha will be hung Parliament because of fragmented mandate and third front is going to play major role in the formation of Government and it will support the alliance to form the government only after meeting it’s demands and despite this nobody will ever be sure for how long government will last long which will never be good for country, below is brief of major parties position in the 14th Loksabha –
• Indian National Congress 145
• Bhartiyah Janta Party 138
• CPI (M) 43
• Samajwadi Party 36
• Rashtriya Janta Dal 24
• Bahujan Samaj Party 19
• D.M.K. 16
• Shiv Sena 12
• Biju Janta Dal 11
It counts total 444 seats out of 543 and rest 99 seats were shared by regional parties whose individual tally was in single digit ,but lot of were part of both Alliance’s and detail of both Alliance’s seats in the 14th Loksabha were –
United Progressive Alliance 217
National Democratic Alliance 186
With 217 numbers in the parliament U.P.A. govern country for full five years term courtesy support by left in the name of non B.J.P. government, S.P. later on replace when left withdraw support because of nuclear deal.
and when trends start pouring in of 2009 General Elections it surprised everybody because no body was hoping that U.P.A. will do such a wonder not only it’s allies but even Indian National Congress at its own cross number of 200 and ended with the figure of 206 and in the evening when trends change into results U.P.A touch the number of 262 and now U.P.A. need only 10 more parliamentarian to touch the needed figure of 272 to form the government ,and with this number U.P.A. need not support of big parties and this figure also excluded the Parties who were their partner in the 14th Loksabha -
• Samajwadi Party
• Rashtriya Janta Dal
• Lok Janshakti Party
• T.R.S
• J.M.M.
It’s good for the country that both National parties this time had more numbers of seats then from their regional partners and get this kind of support not only from or two states but infect at national level but it also surprised the experts of this field how Indian National Congress was able to woo voters and was able to cross the mark of 200 ,some also come up with this conclusion that it was Mr. Rahul Gandhi who is general secretary of Indian National Congress his efforts to add youth with party and recommended to give tickets to youth for General Elections had paid the dividend in the shape of to increase there tally in the 15Th Loksabha plus he also have change the organisation working style from recommendations to work base official bearers which make Indian National Congress a democratic organization plus it was first time in the history of India that after Pandit Jawaharlal Lal Nehru who become Prime Minister second time when his party fight election nominated him as Prime Minister and now Sardar Manmohan Singh government completed it’s term then had gone for election as Manmohan Singh there Prime Minister and won the Election comprehensively.
Now as Citizen of India give U.P.A. second time chance to govern country no doubt they are still short of ten seats, but as per Indian National Congress sources this is not a figure which will give them problem in touching 272 marks and some sources indicating that it’s better to get support of Independents then from the parties because they can become part of problem to run the government smoothly or at the time to take crucial decisions. As per report today in the evening Prime Minster will resign and after getting officially list from Election Commission of India then President will call /invite biggest Party or Alliance to form the government , and whatever U.P.A. opt to fulfill the void numbers of ten seats it does not matter or common people have no interest in this as there responsibilities end after they cast their votes but now they want from new government to get rid of problems faced by them which mentioned ahead need from ruler to check on priority basis like inflation, terrorism, corruption ,Indian black money deposited in Swiss banks, adulteration and power crises as on an average daily basis they are facing one of them and it’s effecting there life directly or indirectly very badly.

Many Many Happy Returns of the Day !
In this Universe Human beings are the mysterious creation of Ubiquitous Almighty God because from taking birth to living life each and everything happened around us is not predictable, despite being upbringing in same atmosphere and scion of same parents one do wonders in his life and other prove a worthless character for his environment, some believe it’s all our past lives actions which we keep on adding and it become ground for the incidence of our coming lives and whatever we are it’s because of our gone birth’s actions. Child in his life owing a lot of his parents and he is always debtor of them because it’s they who are without selfishness enjoy, wish and pray for their child‘s prosperity and sometimes other then parents if somebody are lucky enough to have brothers and sisters who despite standing behind at the time of need whether it’s physically, emotionally or financially but never ever try to impose any terms or condition on to their kith and how I can say so with confidence simply because thanks to Almighty God that I have practically experience and kid of such a good family whose every members did lot for me till date and doing uninterrupted help in every way which I feel mentally and physically my life is under heavy debt of all the members, because I owe so much of the fruit of their hard work that is financially which I think I do not deserve at my own to have in my life but shower on me just being family member of it. Today is Birthday of Mr. Parth Jaswal my eldest brother who for me is just like Angel although I have not seen Angel but I can code here with guarantee if they exit in this world then they are not better then Respected Parth Jaswal who is for me source of existence despite rough road of my life but his generosity towards me making me walk tensionless till date I pray to Almighty God for health, happiness and prosperity for him and if anybody ask me to add Ideal words in front of anybody name then I will without putting pressure on mind will say Parth Jaswal, his personality I have found Ideal Son, Ideal Brother, Ideal Husband and Ideal Father. My life is full of incidences’ which with his influence only I was able to come out bad times and if I will start writing then it will be a very lengthy stuff, but I wont skip mentioning below some -
1. In the Year 1984 After Matric I took admission in the Government College, Hoshiarpur and Mr.Parth Jaswal at that time was student of same institution of B.Sc.(III),before the final examination started there was break of some days, and all the students need to collect there roll numbers provided they attended their classes on regular basis and clear the December (detain test) test .I had not any problem on both the fronts,So I was suppose to get my roll number from college to sit in examination but from here the bone of contention begin Clerk who supposed to hand over roll numbers to the students by mistake he hand over it to some other boy and give me slip written by his hand and despite lot of visit's to him hoping perhaps wrongly collected roll number by other student will return to him and I get my original roll number card but neither no body return it back nor he found from the allotted place to him then I request to check if it is my roll number he said yes it’s your roll number and without any problem it will work. I satisfied with his answer and preparing for examination and at the time of first paper when I went to examination hall and sat on hand over slip’s mentioned roll number I was shocked that it was somebody else roll number and without roll number I wont be able to give paper with my roll number, I came back to house which took half and hour for me and start crying in the kitchen, then suddenly my mother entered in the kitchen and asked what you are doing here? You supposed to be in the examination hall, I told her everything, and she talked to Mr.Parth Jaswal and told her everything. he immediately rush alongwith me to college and met Principal Mr.R.S.Bawa and told him everything, Principal made temporarily arrangements of my roll number and went to the examination hall and met with concerned supervisor request him be liberal with me and if desired by me do give me little bit more time ,so that lost time don’t harm me. Thus I was able to give my paper of Pre University courtesy Mr.Parth Jaswal’s fast, sensible and effective action.
2. On July,1990 when I was working for M/s Vardhman Threads and working in Jammu and Kashmir Territory I was sick because of mysterious disease and then I had undergone lot of treatment for countless years which without Money was not possible and it’s Mr.Parth Jaswal who stand for me financially and ask me to get best diagnose available and don’t worry for money, and huge money was spent on me on treatment's but it's not prove effective and helpful for me to recover fully, he also made arrangements to get myself checked by Doctor's of German but they were also not able to give me relief from my mysterious disease ,and it’s the hard fact that in this process Mr.Parth Jaswal pass on uninterrupted money flow.
3. My marriage was not successful and Mr.Parth Jaswal did serious efforts to settle it through negotiations with my in-law but they were playing double cross with us as when Mr.Parth Jaswal talk to them they talk in sweet and nice tone but with us they were rude and greedy for money to settle the case despite knowing problem and mistakes of their girl, when after lot of calls, efforts and contact we were fail to get positive response from their side, then Mr.Parth Jaswal said do pass on money to them, as without it they wont settle the case, and yes I got divorced but after handing over them money which I was not suppose to give them as it was fault of their girl.
I Pray to Almighty God please do give everybody Son, Brother, Husband and father like him because person like him if somebody have around then one can get rid on to his problems easily and happily. Wishing him a very Happy and prosperous Year ahead.

Last week’s Brief but Important News Excerpts
In India from 16th April,2009 onwards upto 13Th May,2009 for the constituent of 15th parliament of India General Elections will held in five phases and out of it four phases completed on just gone Thursday that is 07th May,2009 and during the completion of four phases one aspect which shock the Election Commission of India, Political Parties and aspiring candidates for 15th Loksabha was from voters low /dipping turnout from 2004 General Electtions, and exact reason of this one cannot pin point correctly but whisper in the air is that citizen of this country stop believing in the contesting candidates words/promises because at the time of Election not only contesting candidates make lot of commitments with the voters that if he won then he will do this he will do that for the development of the constituency but later on after election it often prove from candidate side false promises’ and add insult to injury even after election winning candidates are not approachable by common people and plus from their party side in Election manifestoes released which contains false claims and promises’ as they never meant for fulfilling it resulting often common citizen of this country feel as he was spoofing after every five years by so called their representative in the parliament which infect they are not, resulting their valuable vote and their birth right to elect government through their vote wasted by keeping distance from voting. Well if voters of this country have anger against Candidates or they do not like any candidates who are contesting then instead of sitting in house and their valuable votes turning waste perhaps voters of this country don’t know that they have very good tool which they can use to teach lesson to the politicians. On the Election Day they must go to the polling booths where they suppose to vote and there they demand form from official’s ‘49 O’ which are available on booths and by filling this form voters can register his/her opposition which will be crucial at the time of counting and if after counting total no votes surpass from genuine/legal votes then all the contesting candidates will be declare not eligible for election and their candidature ship will be cancel and when election process will start again then contesting candidates wont fight election, So this is good tool provided to voters if they dislike all the candidates or think candidates are not upto their level of choice but we must cast our votes for “49 O” takes its full effect , hopefully after getting information of this tool they will vote to any candidate or in favour of I don’t want to vote and using the right of votes biggest advantage would be good turnout and our faith in democracy.
Good News From past few years although throughout India there is always huge gap between demand and supply of electricity in summer season and state government’s instead of doing efforts to increase supply they use to fill the gap by power cut’s and power cut also depend at the given day’s demand which badly effecting all type of consumer like domestic,Industrial, farmer and student and one can say in today’s environment it’s hardly to think of life without power as it’s now become essential because almost all the appliances depend on electricity to work ,this time in winter season for the first time Punjab face shortage of electricity in generating and user had experience of big power cuts. Day before yesterday Punjab State Electricity officials release statement that in the month of May there will be no power cut because as per demand of May month, Electricity will be generate through all the available resources, it’s a good news as May and June months are peak of summer and without power its very hard to cope from heat and as per Punjab State Electricity Board sources second weekly holiday on index furnace ended from 5th May, 2009 which was implemented from April Month. Electricity Board is on an average basis supplying power to farmers 15 to 18 hours so that for Sunflower, cotton and vegetable crops land should prepare, if believe on the stats available from Board then water level is satisfactory so hopefully coming days user will face less power cuts.
Where there is will there is way If anybody think or make mind to achieve something in his life then nothing is impossible may be on the way one face failure ,tough circumstances, finacial crises all become irrelevant and one become successful in achieving it’s goal, just mentioned next is true story of such a young man despite odds all around him he become I.A.S. Officer in his fourth attempt.Mr.Sanjay Aakhde resident of Nasik with his will power to make his dream a reality which was to be an I.A.S. officer .He was son of porter, did work in the factory of Bidi, there was shortage of food in the house, and three time failure in his attempt of U.G.S.C. exams.Mr.Sanjay while revealing about his journey from factory worker to becoming an I.A.S. officer he said He met pune’s I.A.S. officer Mr. Avinash Dharmaidkari during his preparation for U.G.S.C. exams, and Mr. Avinash help him a lot despite unable to deposit fees he get admission for coaching, and in fourth attempt he cleared U.G.S.C. exams he was able to concentrate on to his coaching because during this period his younger brother lift family’s financial responsibilities ,his mother was a labourer in a factory.Mr.Sanjay give credit to her mother of his success and his proud mother said I knew my son has the capabilities and one day he will be successful and famous because he is very hard working by nature.
So if I have to deduce all the three above then we must not frustrated at any stage from our circumstances but keep on doing hard work and efforts to achieve our goal which may be look far away in the beginning but’s it’s not impossible even the word impossible store in it meaning absolutely opposite of it I M POSSIBLE, secondly by law or by birth if we are entitled for anything we should avail / use it ,avoid making any negative assumption or keeping distance which have effect of five years.

Every innovations in this world by human is possible only by small but ruler of body that is mind whether its buildings, airoplanes, computers, satellite,Mobile phones , infect it’s countless and if I will keep on writing this way then despite putting commas behind every items I will be unable to name all here and in nutshell to fit all here then if we look around ourselves worlds every innovations by human beings are by Mind.World is full of good and bad minds and as per their surroundings /circumstances every person uses his mind for the benefits of him, his family, his society or his nation to be specific here further if he is working in social set up then his actions will be for the good of society but if he is crooked mind then he will make good for himself but after giving problems to others and in today’s environment when life is becoming hard and tough people ( Fraudulent Mind ) try to use easy, relax and short cut way to earn handsomely by making others fool either by showing them false dream or baseless reality and people trapped their net easily not only common, innocent, wise, educated but even intellectual also .We keep on reading such stories or incidents happening around us and just yesterday I was surprise to read such news whom I would like to share here with everybody so that reader of this article escape easily and wont trap in the net of such persons as Cheharta resident loose money. India and Terrorism
In the world Indian economy is second most on the rise after China and it’s not accepted by some countries as friendly especially India’s neighbour country Pakistan who after break away from India in the year 1947 always try to weak India by one way or another to stop India’s steps of prosperity which is with every passing time doing wonders, achievements and success in the field of Space, Information Technology, Automobiles, Sports,Industries,Electronics,Infrastructer,Entertainment,Transportation,Science,Medicines and lot of other sectors also which are becoming reasons of Indian economy on surge ahead. Pakistan always try to compete with India as a foe not as a country to get benefits from the prosperity of other country ( India ) by increasing trade in different sectors through giving sops to importer and exporter which certainly will be a very big boost / advantage for their economy also to soar plus by adding some special discounts to the tourists from India can attract and drag tourism flow from other countries to their country, but taking positive steps in this direction unfortunately Pakistan’s all the ruler despite being democratic country ( this is tragedy also that more then half of years of their Independency Pakistan govern by Military ruler ) always act negatively by raising Kashmir issue on lot of international platforms but till date it get not open support from world’s any other Country. Then now a days it is sending fake Indian currency to India through lot of channels and till date often news come of security personnel catching Indian enemies alongwith huge catch of fake Indian currency, always welcome and pat on the back of Indian fugitives by not only giving them shelters but also money ,arms and training to weak India and from past few years now not only Pakistan Government but also their I.S.I. service involve to prepare terrorist by supporting them through terrorists training camps, money and allow ( this is hard fact) that world’s most dangerous terrorists outfits operating from their soil to act, spew venom against India and despite lot of proof pass on to world community of their Terrorists involvement their officials never accept openly about their connection with these organizations who are actively doing actions against India through terrorism, but as there is saying if you create problems for others some days it will become your own problems and now Pakistan is also feeling the heat of terrorisms in their land from terrorist outfits like Taliban, Al Qaeda,Lashker e Tibia,Jesh e Mohammad and as per latest reports Taliban are moving ahead towards Pakistan’s Capital Islamabad and they are very soon going to get control of Pakistan’s lot of parts and situation there is very worse as in some parts Pakistan law not exit but its Taliban’s Shariat ( Islamic law) and its example is swat valley of Pakistan and when some media persons try to take video clips for their channels they were beheaded by Talibhan. Now Pakistan army is fighting against Taliban to stop them from their inhuman activities.
World’s most powerful Country that is United States of America’s present administration yesterday accept and put India in the list of most effective Countries from terrorism and also add that last year’s terrorist attack in Mumbai till date no accused have been punished so far. As per report made by foreign ministry last year’s terrorists attacks and seven get place in this list from India like Jaipur serial blasts, attack on Indian High Commission In Kabul, Ahmadabad, New Delhi and Assam’s terrorist incidents are included, while adding further in the report it was said that seeing these terrorists actions they have lot of money and they are financially strong and its biggest example was 26/11 attack on Mumbai, In the note they praise Indian parliament that on May,2008 it pass bill relating to heavy arms and its delivery system, plane hijacking .Which is behind the terrorist attack on Mumbai as per reports Indian Government believe its lashker e Tibia, Jesh e Mohammad,Harkat ul jihad e Islamic and some local outfits were involved.
There is no doubt that India can get support from other countries as world’s lot of countries standing behind India’s view and agreed that it is Pakistan which is epicenter of terrorism but being sovereign country ultimately it’s Indian ruler who have to take initiatives to curb terrorism best way they think to protect interest of their countrymen and being a citizen of Country whose every resident always remain full of optimistic not only in good time but also in bad time I am visualizing that terrorism is going to have tough time in doing terrorists attack in India as recently India has set it’s eye in orbit through satellite to check movements across the border .

Voting for third phase which were held yesterday it was for 107 seats in which 101 women candidates are trying their luck and total 144 million voters had cast their fundamental right of democracy. As per Election Commission of India for voting total 1.65 lakhs voting center were made. The vote percentages of third phase from all the states are –
State ………………… Seats ………………… Percentage
• Bihar ………………… 11 ………………… 48 %
• Dadar and Nagar Haveli---- 01 ………………… 60 %
• Daman and Diu …………… 01 ………………… 60 %
• Gujarat …………………… 26 ………………… 50 %
• Jammu and Kashmir ……… 01 ………………… 30 %
• Karnataka ………………… 11 ………………… 57 %

• Maharashtra ……………… 10 ………………… 45%
• Sikkim …………………… 01 ………………… 65 %
• Uttar Pradesh ……………… 15 …………………… 45 %
• West Bengal ……………… 14 …………………… 64 %
In Third phase biggest surprise and shocking package comes from Mumbai where despite heavy campaign by Celebrities and efforts through Publicity by Election Commission of India for voters to cast their votes, overall in Mumbai it was less percentage from 2004 General Elections as everybody were hoping that because of anger among public against Government’s failure to curb terrorism which were taking place often in different part of Mumbai and it’s major victim were innocent people and this time people’s anger will oz through their high percentage of votes, but nothing prove helpful for voter to come large number and cast their votes like star campaign, efforts of Election Commission of India and failure of Government to curb Terrorist activities in Mumbai. Even after using his vote right with family members Bhartiyah Janta Parties Prime Ministerial Candidate Mr. Lal Krishan Advani said while talking to media persons that as per I think voting should made mandatory for everybody plus both parliament and legislatives assembly elections should be held simultaneously but as per some view main reason people avoid to vote is that because it’s really very hot and people think their one vote wont make any difference in the constituent of Parliament but if every voters start thinking same way then it make a big difference and Mumbai’s turnout is fresh example, So dear Countrymen don’t think that way because our votes gives right to the politician to rule the country for five years and we should support good politicians by making them victorious and part of government so that they also contribute to the country.
