Right To Education Act


Right to Education Act was passed by the Indian parliament on 4 August 2009, describes the modalities of the provision of free and compulsory education for every children of the country between age group of six to fourteen. Education is fundamental right of every child from 1ST April, 2010 as on that day education act comes into force in the country. Its main motive is to educate every kid of he country as kids belongs to financially weaker section of society skip to study but from 1st April, 2010 onwards government will take care of monetary aspect of students. Education Department of Punjab state has released 13.7 million rupees to the twenty districts of state which will cover up every middle level schools of  these districts, and to make public aware of RTE and pass on information relating to act, state education department has issued directive to all the government schools of the state to put information on to their walls and send the reports to the department immediately, failing schools to follow the instructions of education department  will face action from the department and every schools are entitle for the seven hundred rupees as compensation for expenses’.
