The generation of today is extra ordinary genius and as per their age they are far far ahead from the past generation’s if we code here that we are living with super kids era then it won’t be wrong to say here because today’s generation kids are doing wonders with their super talents which make elder’s to bite their fingers in surprise just to check if this is reality or a dream and surprise factor of their talents are that they perform it with professional touch but having without any expert’s training, guideline or direction and if talent restricted to some field’s only or in some kids only then we can simply use words it a God Gifted but amazing thing is that their talent’s horizon is so vast and diversify and infect visible in all the field’s and ofcourse kids have very good platform in today’s environment to demonstrate,show,present talent’s in front of country through countless private television channels and taking part or becoming part in these channels programs which are based on different concept’s like singing,music, drama, modeling, dance, stand up comedian by this participation they not only become very known name and face in the country but also win lot of money and future contracts at the tender age even in some cases’ below the age of teen with this their super talent’s which refine further and could become very good point to convert amateur to professional .
From almost decade ago because of boom in the economy courtesy liberalisation by Indian Government in almost all the sectors foreign companies allowed to come to India to reap the benefit’s of liberalisation as India is very good market for lot of companies who find without any doubt very depth in terms of customers for their products to be used thus it make world very small as anything and everything new in the world launch is available to simultaneously other countries of the globe also and foreign private television channels are available to Indian viewers with localise Indian content’s to attract viewers and increase Television Rating Points ( T.R.P.) which is very important in today’s competitive environment to survive. So to woo kids audience also Television channels are making programme with lot of innovations having these category in mind with talent relating to their programme invites kids to take part and based on the voting of viewers not only their programme moves further on weekly basis but also become reason for one participant to leave it and this way one by one contenders eliminate who get less number of votes from others participants from audience through Sms’s and in the bottom this way between two or three who left in the end grand finale hosted and winner of the program announced in that program who get maximum number of votes.Programme like Sa Re Ga Ma on Zee Television in which a series based on kids by name little champs aired, dance programme having kids as their participator aired on 9X Channel, then stand up comedians programme chottey hasguley broadcast on Colors and beauty of all these programme that although participant’s were kids of below fifteen years of age but their talent’s and performance was not raw infect it was much more polished and perfect even from elders, and after watching their performance in front of camera and judges it leave a question that on weekly basis how they rehearsal when some kids even can’t read properly, how they mug up their dialogue’s or script and when they perform they look natural and not appear from any angel that they are ordinary kids and they are just performing on stage. Watching these kids question come to my mind if anybody need motivation to be successful in life having dream then I think one make mind and with strong will power can do which perhaps not an ordinary stuff and other will rank it as wonder necessity is that God has given us world’s supreme power that is mind and if we wish that we have to achieve something then with focus, concentration, hard work goal become merely a fun and part of achievement.
Moral of this whole above coded stuff is that if one has dream then to make it reality he need focus on to his target seriously then take require action with hard work and keep on assessing if he is going away or near to his goal then keep on adjusting and concerned will find mind and body will cooperate him so much that his dream become reality as
