Jammu & Kashmir : People Verdict

Despite in the season of freezing cold , boycott call by separatist there was enthusiasm among local people to democratically elect there state Government Assembly and it was clearly visible when people come out to vote on election days and turnaround was 63 percent which was first time that people use there democratic right in such percentage , it was 43 percent when election held last time in the year 2002 .There were Local Political Parties like PDP,National Conference, Panther Party and Independents other then National Political Parties candidates like Indian National Congress,Bhartiya Janta Party and they were Candidates for state’s total 87 seats and election was held in seven phases throughout Jammu and Kashmir state because of security issues but election were held peacefully without a single report of booth capturing. Last time there was Alliance Government of Indian National Congress and PDP and they were come up with understanding that both part will lead the state three Years each ( Jammu and Kashmir Assembly has tenure of Six years ) first three years state was rule by PDP and after three years it had time for Indian National Congress to rule the state but through a political move which rises because of very long agitation in the state on the issue of Amarnath Shrine Land which first allotted by Centre Government to the Board but after uproar by local residents Center Government take its decision back it gave Bhartiya Janta Party a political issues which was present in state with only one assemble state to make agitation of this in the state and get mileage from other parties that BJP is very much Hindu Party and they always fight for the benefit of Hindu’s, it make PDP to think again of there support to Indian National Congress before BJP make a political wave in the state ,PDP take back support from Indian National Congress and take state into election because Indian National Congress had not enough support of elected M.L.A.’s.
Counting begins on 28th December,2008 of Election held in state in Seven Phases and because now India is using Electronics Voter Machines which make it possible results declared in hours instead of days when Votes were counting manually and take days to declared all the results, in the afternoon results declared of all the seats and whose details are below coded Partywise :-

Result shows that people verdict this time again is fragmented and not any party in a position to form Government in the state at its own and there is need for two party to talk with other party make a agenda then form a Government, but National Conference deny literally to take support of BJP (despite they given support last time In the center to BJP to have center Government in the India by the name of National Democratic Alliance or NDA ) and also not from PDP and add they have no objection to take support of Congress or other parties .Its likely that after discussion with M.L.A. and there leader Congress president give support to National Conference after finalizing the minimum common program.
This is accepted by all the parties ignoring there performance and seats they won that it’s a victory of Democracy; huge number of turnout by the people prove that people prefer Democratic Government and they have ignore the call of separatist to boycott election, Pakistan uproar from years that Kashmiri wants to separate from India is Slap on the face of Pakistan.Congrates to the people of Jammu and Kashmir for there mandate with record percentage of 63.
