Indians’ Black Money
Money earned by citizen of this country is taxable and after paying tax owner is free to spent money wherever he wants but if concerned skip to pay tax then money become illegal and holder of it try to look spots where he can hide his illegal or black money and for these categories of people Switzerland is one of the country of the world where individual can deposit money and benefit for account holder is that neither bank ask their source nor they disclose to anyone, thus it is the safest vault treated by corrupt individual. Government sources’ are not sure about the amount of black money of Indians’ in Switzerland banks but as per unofficial estimates the black money of Indians’ is 1.5 trillion dollars or 1500 billion dollars and if the same money comes to India then how much it would be helpful for the country one even cannot imagine, once this huge amount of black money comes back to India, the entire foreign debt can be repaid in 24 hours. After paying the entire foreign debt, we will have surplus amount, almost 12 times larger than the foreign debt. If this surplus amount is invested in earning interest, the amount of interest will be more than the annual budget of the Central government. So even if all the taxes are abolished, then also the Central government will be able to maintain the country very comfortably.
Black Money of Indians in the Switzerland banks comes to limelight in the second phase of general election which was held this year for 15th Loksabha. During the second phase major party Bharatiya Janta Party (B.J.P.) of National Democratic Alliances’ (N.D.A.) designated Prime Ministerial Candidate Mr.Lal Krishan Advani announced that if their alliance get the majority and form the government then their top most priority would be to bring back Black Money of Indians to India, but after the counting N.D.A. lost the elections and it was believed that United Progressive Alliance (U.P.A.) wont touch the issue raised by N.D.A. but giving halt to speculations U.P.A. make agenda for hundred days in which black money also get preference.
Swiss bank revealed India has more money than rest of the world. Indians’ black money in Swiss banks than all the other countries combined, have a look of it-
- India $1,456 billion
- Russia $470 billion
- U.K. $390 billion
- Ukraine $100 billion
- China $96 billion
Now U.P.A. after coming to power second consecutive time and bringing back black money dialogue proceed with Swiss authority relating to black money but it make everybody in India frustrated when Swiss authority deny to give access and information of Indians’ accounts and said if Indian officials want and have proof of any of their citizen have account then they can give us information and we will pass on details, then it was believed here that bringing back money to India wont be possible so this chapter is close for ever now.
This week news came that Indian officials are going to meet again to Swiss authority in the month of December and they are going to discuss the matter with them. In the midst of a row over tainted money stashed in banks in Switzerland, we are pursuing with the Swiss authorities and after our persuasion they have agreed to discuss and begin the negotiations on the amendment of the avoidance of double taxation agreement in respect of the exchange of information. So hopefully if everything will be on right track during meeting then we will step closer to get the black money back in India.

Diabetes: Silent Killer
Diabetes is one of the diseases which can be put in the category of silent killer as most of the infected patients of world are not aware of that they are victim of incurable disease diabetes; shocking and horrifying fact of this disease is that India is number one country of the world which have highest number of diabetic patients. India currently has the highest number of 50.8 million people suffering from diabetes, followed by China with 43.2 million and the US with 26.8 million. As per reports 58.7 million diabetes cases in India by 2010 - almost 7 per cent of its adult population.
Definition of Diabetes - Diabetes (diabetes mellitus) is classed as a metabolism disorder. Metabolism refers to the way our bodies use digested food for energy and growth. Most of what we eat is broken down into glucose. Glucose is a form of sugar in the blood - it is the principal source of fuel for our bodies. When our food is digested the glucose makes its way into our bloodstream. Our cells use the glucose for energy and growth. However, glucose cannot enter our cells without insulin being present - insulin makes it possible for our cells to take in the glucose. Insulin is a hormone that is produced by the pancreas. After eating, the pancreas automatically releases an adequate quantity of insulin to move the glucose present in our blood into the cells, and lowers the blood sugar level.
Reason Diabetes Occur - Much of what we eat is converted to glucose, also loosely called sugar. To use this sugar our body needs insulin. When there is lack of insulin, this sugar can not be utilized by the body and diabetes occurs.
Symptoms of diabetes - High blood sugar causes excess urination, excess thirst, difficulty in vision, increased chances of infections. Inability of body to use glucose causes excessive hunger, irritability, confusion, weakness, tiredness and weight loss that can be dangerous.
There are three main types of diabetes -
- Diabetes Type 1 - You produce no insulin at all.
- Diabetes Type 2 - You don't produce enough insulin, or your insulin is not working properly.
- Gestational Diabetes - You develop diabetes just during your pregnancy.
The reasons of diabetes - Scientists till now have not found the activator of diabetes. They assume, that the genetic infringements or virus infection are the reason of diabetes. However during numerous researches some facts about this artful illness became known –
- It is impossible to catch diabetes through blood.
- There is a hereditary predisposition to diabetes. In case of illness of one of the parents the probability that at their children will be diabetes type 1, is equal 10 %, and diabetes type 2 - 80 %.
- The excessive using in food sweet products does not cause diabetes, but causes increase of fats, which repeatedly raises risk to be ill.
- It is believed our lifestyle and junk food also responsible of diabetes.
Diabetes is a deadly disease and it's spreading at a very fast rate. They are also genetic problems that can be carried through generations. Mostly people with a bad eating habit suffer from this disease. Diabetic retinopathy is the most terrible effects of diabetes on the body that can lead to blindness. There are very small vessels in our retina and when these vessels get damaged, people suffer from a blurred vision. The appearance of cobwebs and black spots can annoy us. You can also lose the vision of one of your eyes suddenly. If you see these symptoms, you should immediately consult a doctor.
Managing Diabetes -Once your diabetes has been diagnosed you will work as a team with your health care provider and nurses and, if one is available, a dietitian. The goal of managing your diabetes is to keep your blood sugars close to the blood sugar levels of people who do not have diabetes. The more normal your blood sugar, the less likely you will be to develop the complications of diabetes. Management is a balance. The key factors are diet, physical activity and, if necessary, medication. The goal of diabetes management is to keep your blood sugar and hemoglobin A 1c in the recommended ranges. Patient can do this through-
- Diet
- Physical activity
- Medications, if necessary

Crucial One day Cricket Series !
On coming Sunday that is 25Th October,2009 India is going to play One day International Seven matches series on home turf, thus have biggest advantage as history shows India is very strong and tough side on its soil and it is very difficult for all the touring team to beat India, probably reason behind as per my opinion is turning and flat tracks provided to the teams, local conditions(weather wise) and huge presence of crowd in the ground which support only Indian team, it all leads India as favourite. This time for both the teams series is crucial as right now both team standings in the ranking of International Cricket Council number one and two, Australian Cricket Team’s number one position is at stake and they have to win series to defend their number one position but if India win the series then India will become number one team of One day format of ICC. Below is ICC One Day International ranking updated on 23rd October,2009 –
So considering the standings of both the team, it is believed that series has store excited games and both teams will do their level best to defeat other team and snatch prestigious number one rank, despite importance of this series this time selectors did blunder while picking the players for the series, as lot of players are not doing well in the previous games they played or simply one say they are out of form but still they are selected to play the matches and in place of players bowling coach Mr. Venktesh Prasad and fielding Coach Mr. Robin Singh sacked and both were with Indian team as bowling and fielding coach from quite some time. This is the problem, tradition and history of selectors if players are not doing well in the field instead of players to be blame selectors sack coach as in the past Mr. Greg Chappell also get the same treatment from board, but how much selectors this move is harmful ,at the end of series results will give us clear picture. Below is schedule of seven matches’ series –
Best of luck to both the teams and the team which will be mentally strong and with strategy plan will lift the cup.

Inflation Data on Monthly Basis
At the meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Prices chaired by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh it was decided that Wholesale Price Index (WPI) data will be release on monthly basis instead of weekly basis so that switching to monthly price data will brings India in line with global best practices as the weekly index is rapidly losing its credibility and the base of WPI has been revised from 1993-94 to 2004-05 and from November this month it will comes into effect. The move is aimed at improving the integrity of the inflation data, especially the manufacturing price data. There will be no loss of information as the government will continue to provide data on food and fuel inflation on a weekly basis, Commerce and Industry Minister Anand Sharma told reporters after the meeting. However, the Government would continue to release a weekly index for primary articles, and commodities in the fuel, power, light and lubricants group, Mr Sharma said. “The weekly index will facilitate monitoring of prices of agricultural commodities and petroleum products, which are sensitive in nature.” Just think about it, prices for more than a third of the commodities in the current basket are calculated on the basis of one to three quotations, It appear that the government is responding to arguments from the finance ministry and RBI, which insisted on collection of weekly figures that they said, helped reduce the response time for policy decisions related to politically-sensitive food and fuel prices, but, surely, this will only add to the confusion. A monthly price index of all commodities and a weekly one of primary articles plus three consumer price indices (CPI) that already exist—how will this help in better policymaking? At present, India releases the wholesale price index every week and consumer price index, where food items have greater weight age, every month. However, WPI is more closely watched as it covers a higher number of products. In recent months, the WPI and CPI have shown a wide divergence which has made policy making difficult. An expert committee on revision of the WPI series, headed by the Planning Commission Member, Mr Abhijit Sen according to the Committee’s proposal, the new 2004-05 base series will have 1,224 commodities (against the 435 items in the present WPI series). The Primary Articles and fuel index will have almost the same number of items as the present series, while there will be about 1,100 manufactured products in the proposed series. With the new series, the food and fuel category would have less representation in the index, while manufactured products, which at present have a weight of 63.75 per cent in the index, will have an increased weight of around 80 per cent in the series. Analysts and economists believe that the monthly released data would reduce gaps and enhance the quality of the data. At present, only about a fourth of the data are collected and the rest are extrapolated from the existing index. Policymakers in India too are facing a somewhat similar dilemma. Though overall GDP growth remains weak, inflation is now on the rise. Primary articles inflation registered a sharp rise, while fuel and manufacturing inflation continued to be subdued. Recently, raw material prices have also posted a sharp month-on–month (m-o-m) increase compared to a much sharper dip last year. CPI inflation is already in double digits, and WPI inflation is expected to go beyond the RBI’s tolerance limit of 5 per cent over the next few months. We reorganize WPI into three different categories - food, raw material and manufactured products. While raw material WPI captures price movements in crude items, energy and non-food primary articles, manufactured products (excluding food products) covers both intermediate and final finished goods. Our findings suggest that the key pressure point on inflation continues to be the supply shock from food articles. Food prices have remained much above their long-term trend since the middle of 2006. With rains playing a spoilsport, food inflation averaging 11 per cent in first five months of this fiscal does not come as surprise. Food price-led inflation cannot be tamed by raising interest rates.

Strike !
Strike is a effective tool which often used by Government employees or Industrial workers to bend employer to accept their demands, in the beginning employees pass on their demands to the authority, if accepted then okay otherwise they take second step by shedding their works for stipulated time and if worker still unable to convince employer then they convert the time of not doing works in days and in the last they totally left work until their demands not met, it leads to dialogue between management and striking workers, both parties comes to a solution which accepted to both parties but during the period of strike, production is major loser because working operation comes to halt and in the end when works started again then it is cover by workers doing over time. Although private and small industries management try that their workers not to make a Union as they know later on it can become big problem for them to meet the demand of workers which some times genuine but often bias towards workers and at the same time it is not by law that employer can stop employees to make union but he succeed only to stop them by force. Workers find right time to go on strike when their interest squeeze by employer at the time when works at its peak because they know that after the gap of few days ultimately management will bow considering the order book /work load they have to execute. Recently strike in private and government airlines by pilots is the biggest example that how strike word become a victorious weapon-
- Jet Airways- In the first week of September almost 400 Pilots went on mass sick leave, it all begins when management sacked two pilots, in response to this 400 pilots went on mass sick leave (strike) resulting grounding the operation of the airlines on many routes for five days as after five days both parties comes to an agreement that sacked pilots will be reinstated, on the other hand the pilots will not challenge the review of registration of their union. The registration authority is the Registrar of Trade unions, India. A mass "sick leave" strike by pilots at India's second-largest airline, Jet Airways, ended after forcing the cancellation of flights for five days. Thousands of Jet customers had been forced to change their travel plans as more than 400 pilots -over half the pilot roster- reported sick in what the company called a "simulated strike" triggered by the sacking of two pilots for setting up a union. "The (sacked) pilots will be taken back into service and flight operations are set to begin after the pilots' rostering is done.
- Air India- Taking the leaf out from the books of Jet Pilots in the last week of September this year Air India Pilots went on strike just protest against the cut in productivity linked incentives (PLI). Air India executive pilots had went on strike opposing the cuts in the productivity linked incentives. At least 180 pilots had reported sick to protest against the government move and refused to fly till their demands were met. The strike takes four days to call off when both sides Air India management and its pilots reached an agreement.
- In a shoe factory of Japan employees were not happy and satisfied with their salaries and packages’ just to convince management they went on strike but with different style they were keep on working in the factory without break but making only one foot shoe this way the product was manufacturing and stocks keep on piling but only one side which was wastage of material, power and worker productivity, when this process keep on continue for a week then management step ahead and talk to the employees and accepted there demand but at the same time asked who will bear useless production they produced, then workers leader respond it is not a loss and wastage but now worker will make other foot shoe thus will make a pair which is complete and salable in the market. Management impress and workers happy that their demand met and production was also not effected because of strike by workers so it was win win situation for everybody .

He is regarded as the supreme worker, the very essence of excellence and quality in craftsmanship. Vishwakarma is the divine architect of the whole universe. He has four hands, carrying a water-pot, a book, a noose and craftsman's tools and mount on swan. In India, there is a class known as the Vishwakarma’s who are also known as Vishwabrahmins and they are a combination of five categories of craftsmen (panchamukhi) namely-
- Kammari (Blacksmiths)
- Vadrangi/Vadla (Carpenters)
- Ausula (Goldsmiths)
- Shilpi (sculptures who makes all kinds idols of God)
- Kanchara (Bronzsmith who makes all bronze related items including idol of God)
- Sone Ki Lanka or Golden Lanka- According to Hindu mythology, 'Sone ki Lanka' or Golden Lanka was the place where the demon king Ravana dwelled in the "Treta yuga." As we read in the epic story Ramayana, this was also the place where Ravana kept Sita, Lord Ram's wife as a hostage. There is also a story behind the construction of Golden Lanka. When Lord Shiva married Parvati, he asked Vishwakarma to build a beautiful palace for them to reside. Vishwakarma put up a palace made of gold! For the housewarming ceremony, Shiva invited the wise Ravana to perform the "Grihapravesh" ritual. After the sacred ceremony when Shiva asked Ravana to ask anything in return as "Dakshina", Ravana, overwhelmed with the beauty and grandeur of the palace, asked Shiva for the golden palace itself! Shiva was obliged to accede to Ravana's wish, and the Golden Lanka became Ravana's palace.
- Dwarka- Among the many mythical towns Vishwakarma built is Dwarka, the capital of Lord Krishna. During the time of the Mahabharata, Lord Krishna is said to have lived in Dwarka, and made it his "Karma Bhoomi" or center of operation. That is why this place in northern India has become a well known pilgrimage for the Hindus.
- Hastinapur- In the present "Kali Yuga", Vishwakarma is said to have built the town of Hastinapur, the capital of Kauravs and Pandavas, the warring families of the Mahabharata. After winning the battle of Kurukshetra, Lord Krishna installed Dharmaraj Yudhishthhira as the ruler of Hastinapur.
- Indraprastha-Vishwakarma also built the town of Indraprastha for the Pandavas. The Mahabharata has it that King Dritrashtra offered a piece of land called 'Khaandavprastha' to the Pandavas for living. Yudishter obeyed his uncle's order and went to live in Khaandavprastha with the Pandavas brothers. Later, Lord Krishna invited Vishwakarma to build a capital for the Pandavas on this land, which he renamed 'Indraprastha'.Legends tell us about the architectural marvel and beauty of Indraprastha. Floors of the palace were so well done that they had a reflection like that of water, and the pools and ponds inside the palace gave the illusion of a flat surface with no water in them. After the palace was built, the Pandavas invited the Kauravs, and Duryodhana and his brothers went to visit Indraprastha. Not knowing the wonders of the palace, Duryodhana was flummoxed by the floors and the pools, and fell into one of the ponds. The Pandavas wife Draupadi, who witnessed this scene, had a good laugh! She retorted, hinting at Duryodhana’s father (the blind king Dritrashtra) "the son of a blind man is bound to be blind." This remark of Draupadi annoyed Duryodhana so much that later on it became a major cause for the great war of Kurukshetra described in the Mahabharata and the Bhagvad Gita.

Have a Prosperous and Happy Diwali !
Today is Diwali and as per common and widely belief it is celebrated from the time when Lord Rama return to Ayodhya alongwith Sita Mata and brother Lakshman after completing his 14 years stay in jungle as exile and at fag end of this exile period Lord Rama killed Ravana who kidnapped Mata Sita fraudulently, then with the help of his army and babhishen (brother of Ravana) kill him and free Mata Sita from Ravana’s captivity. Deepawali or Diwali is certainly the biggest and the brightest of all Hindu festivals. It's the festival of lights (deep means light and avali means a row, so it mean a row of lights) that's marked by four days of celebration, which literally illumines the country with its brilliance, and dazzles all with its joy. Each day of Diwali has it's own tale, legend and myth to tell. The first day of the festival Naraka Chaturdasi marks the vanquishing of the demon Naraka by Lord Krishna and his wife Satyabhama. Amavasya, the second day of Deepawali, marks the worship of Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth in her most benevolent mood, fulfilling the wishes of her devotees. Amavasya also tells the story of Lord Vishnu, who in his dwarf incarnation vanquished the tyrant Bali, and banished him to hell. Bali was allowed to return to earth once a year, to light millions of lamps to dispel the darkness and ignorance, and spread the radiance of love and wisdom. It is on the third day of Deepawali — Kartika Shudda Padyami that Bali steps out of hell and rules the earth according to the boon given by Lord Vishnu. The fourth day is referred to as Yama Dvitiya (also called Bhai Dooj) and on this day sisters invite their brothers to their homes, but from age’s some more legends are also attached with Diwali festival and they are –
- According to a popular legend in North India, Diwali marks the day when Lord Ram - the revered Hindu God, was crowned as the King of Ayodhya. Ram returned to Ayodhya after 14 years of exile with wife Sita, brother Laxman and devotee Hanuman. The exile was pronounced on Ram by father Dashrath on the persistence of queen Kaikayi. During the period of exile Ram performed many good deeds for the benefit of mankind and also slayed the demon Kind Ravana who abducted Sita. When Lord Ram returned to Ayodhya everybody in the Kingdom was happy. To express their joy and jubilation people decorated their houses with flowers and garlands. They also lighted diyas and burnt crackers to mark the victory of good over evil. This tradition of lighting diyas and bursting crackers is being carried out since then on the occasion of Diwali.
- As per another legends Narakasura, a monster, ruled the kingdom of Pradyoshapuram. He was a trouble-maker to the gods and the pious sages and would disturb their penance or create havoc during the rituals. To prove his power, Narakasura usurped some territory of Aditi, (the king of Suraloka and a relative of Satyabhama, Lord Krishna's wife). Vexed with this harassment, Indra and other gods approached Lord Krishna and pleaded with him to protect them from the demon "Narakasura”. Satyabhama appealed to Krishna to give her the golden chance to destroy Narakasura, as Narakasura was given a curse that he would be killed by a woman. Krishna granted her a boon to fight with Narakasura. With Krishna as the charioteer, Satyabhama entered the battle field and killed the demon, Narakasura. The killing of Narakasura was a victory of good over evil. It is interesting to note that Bhudevi, mother of the slain Narakasura, declared that his death should not be a day of mourning but an occasion to celebrate and rejoice. Since then, Diwali is being celebrated by people every year with joyous celebrations with lot of fun and frolic, and fire works.
- Legend of Goddess Lakshmi-Legend goes that Goddess Lakshmi - the Hindu mythological Goddess of Wealth, was incarnated on amavasya or the no moon day in the Hindu month of Kartik (October-November). This explains why people perform Lakshmi Puja on the day of Diwali. It is believed that Goddess Lakshmi was incarnated during the famous Samudra-Manthan (churning of ocean) process that was carried out by devas (Gods) and asuras (demons) for the sake of Amrit or the nectar of immortality. Goddess Lakshmi gave the Amrit to Gods.
- The famous legend of Diwali from South India narrates the story of King Bali and Lord Vishnu. The legend goes that Gods were feeling threatened looking at the increasing popularity of King Bali. To check his growing reign, Lord Vishnu appeared in the Vamana (dwarf) avatar and requested King Bali for as much land as could be covered by his three steps. Known for his generosity, King Bali agreed to this seemingly trivial request. But to the surprise of all present, Vamana increased in cosmic proportions and with his first step he covered all the heaven and with the second he covered the earth. Then he asked Bali for a space to keep his third step. Realizing that Vamana was Lord himself. Bali bowed down and offered his head to place the third step. With his third step Lord Vishnu pushed Bali to Patalalok or the nether world. But looking at his good behavior, Lord Vishnu gave Bali the lamp of knowledge. He also allowed him to visit earth once in a year to light millions of lamps in order to dispel darkness of ignorance and spread the power of light and knowledge.
- The Return of The Pandavas -The great Hindu epic 'Mahabharata' has another interesting story related to the 'Kartik Amavasya'. According to the story, 'the Pandavas', the five brothers Yudhishthhira, Bhima, Arjuna, Nakula and Sahdeva, were sentenced to thirteen years exile as a result of their defeat against 'the Kauravs' - Duryodhana and his ninety nine brothers, at the game of dice. Therefore, the Pandavas spent thirteen years in the jungles and returned to their kingdom on the day of 'Kartik Amavasya'. On their return, the people of their kingdom welcomed the Pandavas by celebrating the event by lighting the earthen lamps all over in their city.
- Coronation of King Vikramaditya -Another legend or story about Diwali celebrations relates to one of the greatest Hindu King - Vikramaditya. It was the day when he was coroneted and the people celebrated this event by lighting tiny earthen 'diyas'.
- In rural areas, Diwali signifies Harvest Festival. Diwali which occurs at the end of a cropping season has along with the above custom, a few others that reinforce the hypothesis of its having originated as a harvest. Every harvest normally spelt prosperity. The celebration was first started in India by farmers after they reaped their harvests. They celebrated with joy and offered praises to God for granting them a good crop.
We the Family Trilochan Jaswal members greets everybody at yourgoodself end very Happy and prosperous Diwali and pray to Maa Laxmi (Goddess of Prosperity) for her blessing on every individuals and hopefully this Diwali will be one of the best of all Diwali of your life, May coming time will be full of Health, Happiness and Prosperity for all of you. Happy Diwali.

Sweets: Lesson to Learn
We are amidst of festival season, during this time of the year demand of sweets bound to shoot up, so to meet the demand confectionary shops (Halwai) across India works day and night during this period of year and it is often found that more then eighty percent of confectionary shop owners make and store products which are not hygienic, they often ignore the quality of these sweets even at the time of making sweets despite knowing these sweets meant for eating which need special attention from their end also, otherwise it can be harmful for human beings to consume but shockingly they ignore it. Even the colour which goes in the sweets to make, some shopkeepers use low quality colour which not recommended to eat even by colour manufacturer but because they are less expenses that’s why shopkeeper use them extensively and intake of these substandard sweets make our body victim of different kind of lot of disease which make our body’s vital organ cripple and also seen in some cases even end of life. It’s not mean that authority and law is not exit to check adulteration in sweets/eatable food stuff but the problem is that food inspectors often not visit these shops to check the quality of products but they always make this source to earn money illegally, thus keep their eyes closed on to this inhuman practice.
News is coming through media’s both format that is Electronics and Prints that as demand has to increase of sweets during festival season even the oil shopkeepers are using is low quality, synthetic, duplicate and substandard because shopkeepers know that prepared sweets during festival season sells and will not remain left on to their shops, but to earn money by preparing substandard, contaminated and adulterated sweets shopkeepers are simply playing with the health and life of countless innocent persons who eat these sweets as after eating they become sick or died.
Biggest shocking information which coming through electronics media is the raids conducted by higher authority and seizure & seal of synthetic cheese and mawa(mawa is ingredient commonly known as khoya) is major ingredient with whom more then seventy five percent of different type of Indian sweets are made. Shopkeeper produce the low quality products because they know after it mix with other ingredients and colour synthetic mawa will never ever be traceable by common people so during festival season they use synthetic products as major tool to earn hefty profits at the cost of innocent lives but these corrupt mind don’t known how much big there crime is and by no mean it is judicious from any angle as these sweets are eatable and meant to be consume by human beings but in reality it is not suitable to human beings to intake and after eating these type of contaminated sweets no body in this world can stop them becoming ill or die, so these shopkeepers crime is far ahead then of terrorists who with there terrorists act kill bunch of people but these corrupt mind contaminated eatable sweets producer are making whole society unhealthy, cripple by passing on slow poison.
It is almost fortnight since the news is keep on pouring on daily basis seizure and seal of in tons (1,000 kilos)synthetic, duplicate and low quality ghee, cheese and mawa by higher authority from different states of across India. Even Chief Minister Mrs. Sheila Dikshit of New Delhi candidly accept that during festival season huge gap takes place between demand and supply of milk as right now from all sources 300 quintal milk is available but demand is of 1,000 quintals thus synthetic producer are taking this gap as money spinner and at the same it is shame from authority side that they have raise their hands which will boost these corrupt mind moral to do this inhumane trade and it is signal to public to use sweets at their own risks.
To avoid from trapping in the net of these corrupt mind it is advisable to use fruits and dry fruits only this Diwali otherwise it can become unHAPPY DIWALI.

Limited Access to Third Party A.T.M. from 15 October,2009
With the development of digital technology and its control in every sector, life was never relax and easy as it is now, because it has reduce additional burden to using any service and right now thanks to innovation and affordable service provided by banks to its customers from some years, now Automatic Teller Machine (A.T.M.) Card is used by one third of customers of banks, so in the world plastic money takes control of physical money and by far it is very good and safe option to carry money provided user keep on changing his password and never share his password with anyone ,otherwise he can easily trap in the fraud net. Using Automatic Teller Machine (A.T.M.) Cards holder is not depended on the bank’s working hours as he can withdraw money at anytime, anywhere and from any A.T.M. throughout India as in every district these are found in good numbers, no need to stand in long queues plus for a extensive travelers, businessmen and marketing executives it is a very good tool to get money whenever they need using plastic card or A.T.M. cards.
From 15th October, 2009 new norm going to comes into effect which was directed by Reserve Bank of India (R.B.I.) in the August month to put cap on transactions by a customer from using third party A.T.M. and after October 15 customer can withdraw from other bank A.T.M. not more then Rupees 10,000 and not more then five times in a month and after fifth withdrawal of money he will have to pay service charges. The IBA guidelines suggest that a customer, who has a savings account in any bank, can use a third party ATM for free, five times in a month, after which a nominal amount will be charged. Reason behind this term is that Indian Banks’ Association (I.B.A.) had supplication to the Central Bank for end of this practice or put cap on it in the July month of this year and add it has create financial burden on banks due to a large number of third party usage and small-ticket withdrawals, resulting in high interchange expenses for banks, so Reserve Bank of India (RBI)in August had asked banks to impose the restrictions on third-party ATM usage from mid-October. It is worth mentioning here that withdrawing money from any A.T.M. was almost six months back on 1st April, 2009 started, before this customer can withdraw from third party A.T.M. after shedding 50 Rupees as service charges. Reserve Bank of India felt that use of free ATMs will be ideal, banks collecting Rupees 50 as service charges are not fair. Similarly, the use of ATM of other banks confuse the customers about their fees but Indian Bank’s Association (I.B.A.) put its pressure on to the Central bank against third party A.T.M. usage on the ground of financial burden and other reasons to limit the frequency of other banks A.T.M. use or end this practice completely. State Bank of India which have largest numbers of A.T.M. across India have informed other banks customer through press release that as per new guidelines by the Reserve bank of India from 15th October, 2009 onwards only Rupees ten thousand can be withdrawn from their A.T.M.’s and in a month they cant use there A.T.M. for withdrawing money more then five times in a month customer has to pay service charges from sixth transactions onwards. As per information after 1st April, 2009 when free use of other bank norm comes into force the usage of A.T.M. jumps to 20 to 25 percent and withdrawing money of rupees hundred and daily usage of A.T.M. cases’ shoot at once and it effect badly on the banks which have wide spread network of A.T.M. because it put burden on interchange expenses , below are banks four banks which have largest chain of A.T.M. across India-
After 15th October, 2009 A.T.M. cards holder has to change their habit of frequent use of A.T.M. especially if they are using third party A.T.M. then they are entitle for only five free withdrawal in a month plus have to keep in mind that they cannot withdraw more then 10,000 rupees but for limitless and more then 10,000 rupees withdrawal they have to access their bank’s A.T.M.

Ahoi Asthami Brat !
Today is Ahoi Asthami brat festival, on this day mother fast for their sons’ prosperity and long life. This festival is specifically meant for mothers who have sons. Mother's keep fast on this day and spend day without meal and drinking water till evening when star appears on the sky, then pure water is offered to stars, thus fast ends. This Ahoi Asthami brat is celebrated in the month of October - November (Karthik Month). Many stories are associated with this festival which pertains to asking for wish and blessings for their sons. The Ahoi Asthami fast and prayer are almost similar to that of Karva Chauth. People from different parts of North India celebrate the fast with a few variations. Lots of legends related to Ahoi Asthami brat found in the history books below are some commonly believe legends are -
- Long time ago there used to be a King .He had a problem that he did not have any children. So one day a sage comes to his palace and gives him a mango and asks him to give it to his queen to eat and she will have a child .The King had two queens so he decides to give half mango to each queen. After that both the queens have a son but they were also half (sideways). Then every minister of his kingdom advised him to kill them as they might be bad omen for the king .Accepting their advice king orders his servants to kill the kids. Instead of killing them the servants just leave the kids in a jungle. That night Ahoi Mata comes to the jungle and on seeing the half kids, takes pity on them and joins into one. The next day King comes to know of this deed .He then prays to Ahoi Mata and thanks her.
- Once upon a time, there lived a woman in a village. She had seven sons. One day she went to the forest to bring soil for the renovation and painting of her home (this was in the month of Kartik just before the Hindu festival Diwali). She started digging soil with axe nearby a den. Suddenly the woman's axe fell on the cub in the den and the cub died. The woman felt very sorry and sympathetic. She took soil from the forest and came back. Few days later, all her seven sons died within a year. She was very sad. One day she narrated her woes to old ladies in her village, she was crying and told them that she didn't commit the sin and it happened unintentionally. She narrated to the ladies that once when she was digging for the soil in the forest her axe fell on the cub and thereafter within a year all my seven sons died. The ladies appreciated for confessing her guilty and then these ladies told that by confessing the sin she has atone her half of the sin. They suggested the woman to pray the Goddess Asthami Bhagwati by sketching the face of the cub. By the grace of Goddess your sin will cast off. The woman kept fast on the Kartik Krishna Asthami and then onwards she started praying and keeping fast regularly. By the power of her prayer the Goddess's grace showered and she get back her all seven sons. Since then, it became a ritual to worship the Goddess Ahoi Asthami Bhagwati religiously every year.
- One another legend is related to the story of Siau Mata (mother fox) is told by one of the women to everyone that is-once upon a time there was a potter family. There lived two brothers together alongwith their families in the house. One day, the younger brother asked his wife to dig up and bring clay pots for a pre-Diwali market. While digging, she accidentally killed seven baby foxes’ with her spade. Their mother came out, very angry. She laid a curse on the potter family "Your family will die, because you have killed mine". The woman cried, asking the foxes forgiveness, "I will do anything you want, but please spare my family". The fox said, "You will have to give me seven of your children, whenever they will born, as compensation". The woman agreed and returned home feeling very sad. Following this incident, whenever she had a child, she took it and gave it to the mother fox. Every year on Ahoi Asthami, all other women of the house celebrated and everyone was happy, except her. One day, a Pandit came to their house and told her that if she prayed to Ahoi Mata with full devotion, she may be able to reverse the curse put upon her by the fox. The next year, the woman fasted and prayed with full devotion. Ahoi Mata impressed then Ahoi Mata requested the mother fox to return the woman’s children because she has suffered enough. Fox agreed and returned the woman’s children. Her family was completed. Once again her home was filled with the noise and laughter of children. Woman finish the story saying, “O Ahoi Mata, look after my children, as you looked after hers”. After stars appear, women offers water to the stars and break their fast.

Karva Chauth !
Today is Karva Chauth festival and it is celebrate by Indian across the globe wherever they reside. Karva Chauth originated as a social and seasonal festival, but many mythical tales has been added to it later. Karva Chauth is the festival that holds a lot of significance for married Hindu women, who keep a fast for the long life of their husband, on this day. Though the basic aim behind the festival remains the same, the particular customs and rituals may vary a bit, depending on the region to which the women belong On Karva Chauth day married woman fast for long and happy life of her husband. The idea behind Karva Chauth is very sweet and noble. Earlier, girls sometimes barely teenagers used to get married, go and live with their in-laws in very remote villages. Everyone would be a stranger there for the new bride. In case she had any problems with her husband or in-laws, she would have no one to talk to or seek support from. Her own parents and relatives would be quite far and unreachable. Telephones, buses and trains were not heard of in those days. People had to walk almost a whole day to go from one place to other. Once the girl left her parent's home for in-laws, she might not be back before long. Thus the custom started that, at the time of marriage, when bride would reach her in-laws, she would be friend another woman there who would be her friend (kangan-saheli) or sister (dharam-behn) for life. It would be like god-friends or god-sisters. Their friendship would be sanctified through a small Hindu ceremony right during the marriage. The bride's friend would usually be of the same age (or slightly older), married into the same village (so that she would not go away) and not directly related to her in-laws (so there was no conflict of interest later). Emotionally and psychologically, it would be very healthy and comforting for the bride to have her own 'relative' near her. Once the bride and this woman had become god-friends or god-sisters, they would recognize their relation as such. They would treat each other like real sisters. During any issues later in life, involving even the husband or in-laws, these women would be able to confidently talk or seek help from each other. Moreover, the bride's parents would treat her friend just like their own daughter. Thus Karva Chauth started as a festival to celebrate this special bond of friendship between the brides and their god-friends. The notion of praying and fasting for the husband came much later and is secondary. It was probably added, along with other mythical tales, to enhance the meaning of the festival. In any case, husbands would always be associated with this festival, because the day of starting this friendship between two god-sisters was essentially the day of bride's marriage to him. Hence praying and fasting for him by his wife during a celebration of her relationship with the god-friend would seem quite logical. Lot of legends related to Karva Chauth fast is found and below are some of them -
- Karva was a woman deeply devoted to her husband. It so happened that her husband was caught by a crocodile while bathing. Karva came running and bound the crocodile with a cotton yarn. She then went to Yama and requested him to send the crocodile to hell. She threatened to curse him when Yama refused to do so. Afraid of the power of a devoted wife, Yama accepted and sent the crocodile to hell and blessed Karva's husband with long life.
- According to the legend of Satyavan and Savitri, when Lord Yama, came to procure Satyavan's soul, Savitri begged him to grant him life. When he refused, she stopped eating and drinking and Yamraj finally relented. He fulfilled her wishes, and granted her husbands life.
- Karva Chauth also has a story dating back to the pre-Mahabharata times. Draupadi used to observe this fast after her marriage. It so happened that once Arjun went to the Nilgiris for penance and in his absence, the rest of the Pandavas faced many problems. Draupadi asked Lord Krishna for help. The Lord reminded her about Goddess Parvati, who had sought Lord Shiva's guidance under similar circumstances and was advised to observe the fast of Karva Chauth. Draupadi followed the instructions and observed the fast with all its rituals and the Pandavas were able to overcome their problems.
- A beautiful girl Veeravati, the only sister of her seven loving brothers, got married to a king. On her first Karva Chauth, she went to her parents' house and a strict fast, waiting for the moon rise to break it. The seven brothers could not see their loving sister go hungry throughout the day. They decided to end her fast, by reflecting a mirror through peepal tree leaves and making her believe that it is moon. The sister fell for it and broke the fast. The moment she ate food, she got news of her husband's serious illness. After coming to know that her husband is not well, she rushed to her palace and on her way, met Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. It was them that she came to know that her brothers had shown her false moon and made her break her fast before moonrise. The queen asked for forgiveness and was granted the boon that the king would be revived only if she undertakes seven Karva Chauth fast strictly, following all the rituals. The queen agreed and strictly followed all the rituals of Karva Chauth the next seven times and got her husband back.
