Sweets: Lesson to Learn

We are amidst of festival season, during this time of the year demand of sweets bound to shoot up, so to meet the demand confectionary shops (Halwai) across India works day and night during this period of year and it is often found that more then eighty percent of confectionary shop owners make and store products which are not hygienic, they often ignore the quality of these sweets even at the time of making sweets despite knowing these sweets meant for eating which need special attention from their end also, otherwise it can be harmful for human beings to consume but shockingly they ignore it. Even the colour which goes in the sweets to make, some shopkeepers use low quality colour which not recommended to eat even by colour manufacturer but because they are less expenses that’s why shopkeeper use them extensively and intake of these substandard sweets make our body victim of different kind of lot of disease which make our body’s vital organ cripple and also seen in some cases even end of life. It’s not mean that authority and law is not exit to check adulteration in sweets/eatable food stuff but the problem is that food inspectors often not visit these shops to check the quality of products but they always make this source to earn money illegally, thus keep their eyes closed on to this inhuman practice.
News is coming through media’s both format that is Electronics and Prints that as demand has to increase of sweets during festival season even the oil shopkeepers are using is low quality, synthetic, duplicate and substandard because shopkeepers know that prepared sweets during festival season sells and will not remain left on to their shops, but to earn money by preparing substandard, contaminated and adulterated sweets shopkeepers are simply playing with the health and life of countless innocent persons who eat these sweets as after eating they become sick or died.
Biggest shocking information which coming through electronics media is the raids conducted by higher authority and seizure & seal of synthetic cheese and mawa(mawa is ingredient commonly known as khoya) is major ingredient with whom more then seventy five percent of different type of Indian sweets are made. Shopkeeper produce the low quality products because they know after it mix with other ingredients and colour synthetic mawa will never ever be traceable by common people so during festival season they use synthetic products as major tool to earn hefty profits at the cost of innocent lives but these corrupt mind don’t known how much big there crime is and by no mean it is judicious from any angle as these sweets are eatable and meant to be consume by human beings but in reality it is not suitable to human beings to intake and after eating these type of contaminated sweets no body in this world can stop them becoming ill or die, so these shopkeepers crime is far ahead then of terrorists who with there terrorists act kill bunch of people but these corrupt mind contaminated eatable sweets producer are making whole society unhealthy, cripple by passing on slow poison.
It is almost fortnight since the news is keep on pouring on daily basis seizure and seal of in tons (1,000 kilos)synthetic, duplicate and low quality ghee, cheese and mawa by higher authority from different states of across India. Even Chief Minister Mrs. Sheila Dikshit of New Delhi candidly accept that during festival season huge gap takes place between demand and supply of milk as right now from all sources 300 quintal milk is available but demand is of 1,000 quintals thus synthetic producer are taking this gap as money spinner and at the same it is shame from authority side that they have raise their hands which will boost these corrupt mind moral to do this inhumane trade and it is signal to public to use sweets at their own risks.
To avoid from trapping in the net of these corrupt mind it is advisable to use fruits and dry fruits only this Diwali otherwise it can become unHAPPY DIWALI.
