On 22nd October, 2009 in the evening around 5p.m. results from all the three sates (Arunachal Pradesh, Maharashtra, Haryana) which goes to Assembly polls on 13th Ocotber,2009 simultaneously, declared and as it was expected and predicted by exit poll by different agencies, Indian National Congress will form the Government in all the three states either by self or with alliance but still surprising and shocking results for Indian National Congress in Haryana state as it goes to poll almost six months before its term completed just because party perform much better in Loksabha polls which held this year May month and in hope to repeat the performance of Loksabha ,Indian National Congress party dissolve Assembly, gone for Election and take risk to repeat Loksabha results, even media was predicting that because in Haryana State opposition party have no agenda and scattered it will be a easy ride to Indian National Congress in Haryana as Indian National Lokdal Party(INDL) and Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) unable to reach an agreement to form alliance and Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) and Haryana Janhit Congress (HJC) alliance was not move ahead more then dialogue, but surprisingly INLD gives tough fight and Indian National Congress is not in a position to form government at its own as it six seats short of majority to form the government, below is results detail of all the three states in Alphabetic orders –

       In Haryana now for Indian National Congress party and Indian National Lokdal Party time is go out and get the required number to form government but no doubt people verdict is not for any party but because both parties are few seats short so dialogue with independents or other parties after some give and take can be mature, till yesterday both parties are claming that they will get required numbers to form government, so coming days interesting to see who will form government in Haryana.
