Corruption Grinding Common People

    Recent time in the country issue raised by Anna Hazare(social activists) of corruption become magnet as it pull every section of society whether its political parties(ruling or opposition), common people, celebrities, media or industrialists and everybody has their opinion towards corruption, but it is the hard fact that only average common people of the country feel heat of corruption as he/she has to face on an average daily basis government officials to get their work done which is not an easy task, thus directly effective and grinding in corruption, rest are only playing with the word of corruption to fulfill their motives.

   First time in the month of April this year Anna Hazare started his fast unto death agitation against corruption , to take strict action against government servants he and his team able to bend government to constitute committee which had same number of representation by civil society and government, then dilly dally policy of government towards lokpal bill made team Anna to do hunger strike for second time on same issue of corruption in the month of August, and that time Anna Hazare’s hunger strike spread over the period of two weeks, and after getting assurance from government on lokpal that it will come up with strong lokpal bill after getting recommendations from standing committee, but as it need some time so it is not possible for government to get pass it in the monsoon session but certainly in the next parliament session that is of winter session bill will be pass, but after getting wrong signals from government again team Anna seeks from government in writing that it will pass lokpal bill in the winter session as it get written assurance from NDA other wise in the coming by election team Anna will oppose UPA candidate.  Warning from Team Anna was listen by deaf ears by UPA, following it team Anna oppose Indian National Congress and appeal public not to vote its candidate, result of it candidate of Indian National Congress lost its deposit also and four other constituencies where elections were held simultaneously all the seats won by other then congress party. Perhaps Indian National Congress is not aware about the fact that how much common peoples of the country are grinding in the wheel of corruption and to open the eyes of anybody below coded story is enough about harassment of public in the government department-

·        In Hoshiarpur district of Punjab, Government of Punjab acquire land to build canal in the month of August this year through notifications, to compensate land owners Government of Punjab follow the set standards by Government of India, half the owners collected the payment from Canal Office, Hoshiarpur, but left land owners whose land was acquired by government now find it really very hard task to get compensation, due to one reason or another. First it was mentioned by the concerned office clerk that authorised signatory is transfer and newly appointed officer yet to take LA power and if al of you can make contact and request him to take LA power then he can issue their cheques, land owners then make at least contact with concerned office at least fifty times and also through same number of calls but till date Government officer has not taken LA powers but passing on new excuse every time they make contact, not only they lost land but also making contact with office as if concern office has to oblige them, nobody sure how and when they will get money or simply they need to pass on money to get the compensation?

It is responsibility of the Government to distribute cheques as and when they acquire land of common people of the country for any project but contrary to this common people harass by concerned officer as if he is obliging them, and he has not fear of acts like Right to Information or Right to Service Acts, so one can understand how much is need of the hour for strong lokpal bill which will help common people to get some relief from government corrupt officers.
