Happy Raksha Bandhan Day

Today across Globe Indian Community is celebrating Rakhi or Raksha Bandhan festival, it is dedicated to the love of sisters and brothers. From ancient time on that day sisters tie Rakhi (piece of thread) on the hands of their brothers and brothers in return vow to protect them whenever they will be in danger and need help. When first time sister knot the Rakhi on the hand of brother? Answer of this question is not exceptional from other Indian festivals as far its exact period and time is concern. In the history books countless stories and legends are available and every story and legends claims that Raksha Bandhan started from them onwards, so instead of indulging in the controversy of when it started, we should enjoy the festival with its spirits. Wishing every sisters and brothers of this universe Happy Raksha Bandhan day and May this festival bring prosperity in there lives.
