Summer Season & Problems


Indians have privilege to enjoy all the weathers in a year, especially residents of north India and it is really fun to have experience of below mentioned weathers –
  • Winter
  • Summer
  • Rainy
  • Autumn
  • Spring
barring summer season all the weathers passed without any extra precautions as in summer season not only temperature which have touched in recent years of 46 degree Celsius mark but also it make intolerable for peoples because of lengthy power cuts plus during summer season mosquitoes related diseases are at its peak like malaria, dengue, chicken guinea etc.etc. For Students, professionals, sales persons, labourers and sports persons summer season is the most sensitive time if they don’t take extra precautions, so during summer season bright sun shine and hot wind becomes main reason of sun stroke, as coming days temperature will rise then it will certainly not advisable to stand in the open for long, but as coded above some professions cannot avoid from this due to there liabilities, for this doctors and elderly persons advise to take few measures to avoid from getting into the trap of summer season, situation is worse when somebody needs to go out immediately from normal temperature, if somebody become victim of sun stroke, then victim starts perspiration continuously, result of it in the body there is shortage of water and salt, so one can say at the time of sun stroke there is dehydration in the body.
Sign of Sun Stroke – As per words of experts and doctors sign of sun stroke is rise of temperature in the body, body itching, suffocation, feeling heat internally, tidiness, unable to focus on anything, lousiness, irritation in the eyes, vomiting,, loose motion, rise of heart beat, so any above coded symptoms during summer season can be reason of sun stroke then concerned should immediately need to contact doctor
Precautions- Whenever one has to go outside then should take liquid made of lemon.
  • Keep water during your outing and take water on regular intervals.
  • Don’t come out empty stomach.
  • Inhale fresh air as much as one can.
  • Don’t close all the windows whenever need to sit inside.
  • During summer season bacteria spread very fast, hence not only open food stuff but through water also diseases’ spread very fast if water is not clean and infected, its better if we avoid to eat street food and also juices’, sugar cane juices’ of market if it is not hygienic.
  • Diseases - skin problems like sun burn, itching, fungal infections, black skin, skin burn
  • Eye infection due to lack of proper care and hygienic is common cause and to get rid on to it is clean hands before eating anything, keep on cleaning eyes, use sun glasses’
To spend summer season like any other weather without falling ill we need to take extra measures not only in our food stuff, liquid,, street food but also alert from stuff which help mosquitoes larva to grow plus additional care from diseases’ of skin and eyes infection.
