(Un) Democratic Protests?

        India is a Democratic country and in democratic set up citizen have right of freedom of speech, work & settle down in any part of country. Countless ambitious and hard working young men for better opportunities try their luck in the commercial capital of India Mumbai (previously known as Bombay) plus Mumbai has special place in the heart and mind of youth because Hindi film industry commonly known as Bollywood based there; Stock Exchange; Big Indian Companies and Multi National Companies have their Corporate Offices’ in Mumbai, so all it make Mumbai a glitter for every Indian, but from past several months one of political party who have head quarter in Maharashtra and existence in some states, as it has lost it’s ground & hold in Maharashtra itself and in desperate move to regain its lost ground doing all the efforts but their lot of agitations which are based on division and hatred politics will not give them any benefit instead public will make further distance from them. Whoever speak against party leader words, ideology and actions nobody spare by them regardlessly they are politicians or public figures like actors, sports person or industrialists.
      Few months before the Maharashtra Assembly election all it started and their hatred politics agitations are below coded –

• Agitation against the residents of north India especially Bihar state when Bank and Railways had to fill the vacancies, party leader starts their demonstrations against the recruitment of Bihar states residents and party leader said that no outsider should be allowed to sit in the exams it’s the Maharashtra who have first right to get the jobs, and if concerned authority ignore it then they will protest violently, thus exams were conducted under tight security, but it give ground & direction to number of new agitations on this patterns in coming times which are political motivated but against anyone and everyone whoever dare to stand against them.
• Cricketer Mr. Sachin Tendulakar who after completing twenty years in Cricket and scoring maximum runs in test cricket while talking to media said he is proud to be Indian and then he is Marathi. Party leader while warning Sachin said it will be better for him to concentrate on game then giving statement which are political sensitive.
• Next was Amitabh Bachchan who become target when his wife make comments against Marathi and protest against them end when Amitabh Bachchan openly apologies from party.
• Karan Johar producer when in one of his movie a character in the movie taken twelve times name of Mumbai as Bombay,MNS party leader said Karan Johar has to apologies for this otherwise his movie wont be allowed to run in Maharashtra Cinemas and Karan Johar apologies from MNS leader.
• Australian players become next target when in article in Samna he wrote that no Australian cricketers will be allowed to play in Mumbai which is in protest against the racial attacks on Indian students which started from May 2009 month onwards and till date they are continue and shocking part is that Australian authority denying that they are racial in nature, so if our country men are not safe in their country then why should they will be allowed to play in India, while reacting on the article lot of players who are part of different team and bound to play in IPL III said they will play in season three but as per unconfirmed reports some players are very cautious and monitoring the situation closely and may skip from the tournament as it is one month away and anything can happen in coming days.
• Next they criticise on the statement given by most popular industrialists of Mumbai Mr. Mukesh Ambani when recently he was in England said everybody have right to live and work in Mumbai as it belong to every Indians.
• Next they target Shahrukh Khan when he made statement that he would love to have Pakistani Players in his IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders but because he had one slot to fill in the auction that’s why he opted to the player who can become useful for team, this is the statement in response, when media person asked IPL franchisees’ have snub Pakistani players, this statement given party leader to speak against Shahrukh Khan and party worker to agitate against him, party leader said either he apologies for his statement otherwise his film which is going to release soon wont allowed to run in Maharashtra, but Shahrukh Khan respond bravely that he wont bogged down and not seek apologies from party as every citizen of this country has right of freedom of speech and if they agitate or harm the property then protest is not correct, he will not apologies from anybody as he did nothing wrong.
• Just yesterday their latest target was Mr. Rahul Gandhi who is General Secretary of Indian National Congress party when he criticise in a press conference that every Indian has right to live anywhere in the country. Target political party by Mr. Gandhi responded that coming day’s rally of Mr. Rahul Gandhi wont allowed to happen in Maharashtra.

    Its really surprise to notice that local state government is doing nothing against protestors which they are doing from past several months and barring some of them which were not wild others protests are violent in nature, and they damage properties, it appears in Mumbai the condition of law and order is bad and not in the control of government as to check and control party leaders and workers from violent protest is need of the time.
