Tomorrow is the new day but its not same like other days because with this day there will be beginning of new year which store with it next three hundred and sixty five days which will go in history having tag of 2009 whatever will happen good or bad during these 365 days ,of course its really a very long time and if we convert it into hours then it become 8760 hours and for a person this is a precious time and he can do wonderful things with his positive attitude towards his approach whenever and whatever he do any action make the outcome of it unbelievable, can achieve if he have goal in his mind make it reality which appear from distant (past time) a dream and can conquer the world as there is saying :-
So what if we are small but we are big enough to conquer this world
But it demand only positive mind ,strong will power and hard work from its executor and keep on checking in coming days himself how much he is near or away from his goal then keep on changing strategy as per demand by circumstances. When we look around the achievements by the human beings which appear miraculous if we focus as a layman but at the same time if we are in search of inspiration then it give amazing mentally boost that its also created by a human being and creator did it from scratch so if he can do this from zero then I can also do certainly with less efforts and having goal in mind ,as around us everything creation by its creator not physically but by mind like Electronics,Machinery,buildings,achievement on space, Aircraft and its list is so long that I can add on titles and putting commons for days then still I will be specific only for very few.

26/11 Mumbai Terrorist Attack

India is reeling under terrorist activities in its different part from very long time which is supported ,funded and trained by neighbour country Pakistan through its ISI and that’s why lot of terrorist organization are existing there and they are nurturing terrorist on the name of jihad and sending them different part of Globe but India is worst effective of this, recently on 26th of November this year one more terrorist attack happened in the Indian economy hub Mumbai and places were the Taj Intercontinental and Trident (formerly Oberoi)where as per media reports 10 terrorist were involved, nine were killed and one arrested alive (Ajmal Amir Qasab ) by the ATS (Anti Terrorist Squad ) after the operation which was run almost 59 hours non stop throughout day and night and 183 persons lost there lives and as per reports and investigation till date out evidence pointing fingers towards Pakistan based terrorist outfits Let and ISI ,but despite having proof through interception during operation and interrogation by the authority Pakistan denying there involvement and said give us proof we will cooperate with India if any body found guilty we will take action and they will have to face charges but as per our law and on our soil they wont be deported to India by any mean ,but this time it had effect on common people so much that they were on daily basis doing lot of agitation, people were gathering against terrorist and pressuring on Government to act against so called proxy war by Pakistan that its enough and time has come for Government to take action against there Bosses and must attack on terrorist camp which exist in Pakistan and Indian Government has information where they are and these camps should be eradicate through Air strike. This make Government to fasten its activity with all the option they have in there hands, Indian Government first raises its terrorist issue in UNO where Pakistan was asked to cooperate with India to eliminate terrorism and take action, then India step up its diplomatic pressure on to Pakistan by asking its friendly Countries like China and Saudi Arabia to take action, plus asked Super power America that they put pressure on Pakistan to act against Terrorism, and resulting America Secretary of States Condoleezza Rice Visit India and Pakistan to calm down both countries and asked Pakistan to take action against these terrorist organization whose name are coming again and again after any terrorist attack and they are based in Pakistan. Then India further moving ahead one more step by slapping Pakistan with announcement officially that there Cricket tour which is schedule next year is cancel and cricket is a sport when ever and where ever India tour it has huge following and lot of Money showered ,this make Pakistan immediately to come up with statement that if you have problem to play in Pakistan we can host series in neuter venue but seeing the anger and hatred towards Pakistan among its citizen BCCI reply we cant play cricket until and unless we get clearance from our Government. Effect of all this Indian Government efforts try to trap Pakistan from all around for not taking action against these existing terrorist outfits, Pakistan Media come up with announcement that Pakistani Government has arrested a person by name Satish Anand Shukla who is Indian Spy and working for RAW also worked for Indian High Commission In Pakistan is responsible for Lahore blast, and the ink of this news was not dry that a Pakistan based terrorist group Anwar Wa Mohajir take responsibility of this blast, and on 26 December,2008 Indian Government’s MEA Issue warning to its its citizen not to visit or stay Pakistan as its not safe for Indian. India is one of the Countries of world who are under terrorism attack from very long time and unfortunately it is supported, funded and trained by its neighbour. Different parts of India are under Terrorism activity. In the past It was Punjab state but in the year 1992 it come out from the grip of terrorism, but lot of India’s other part are facing this problem from very very long time and still under reeling terrorism and top of its name is Jammu n Kashmir but this extremist action which was only limited to this state slowly slowly it spread other part of India also and Terrorist trained with mission of suicide is one of there most dangerous and harmful activity as terrorist now attack with preparation as if its there last mission and it always swallow lots of lives of innocent peoples, recently attacked cities of India are Mumbai,Ahmdabad,Delhi n Jaipur other then Jammu and Kashmir state.

A security issue appeared in Hotmail during this period that permitted anybody to log into any Hotmail account using the password 'eh'; it was at the time called "the most widespread security incident in the history of the Web."

The Hotmail brand was planned to be phased-out when Microsoft announced that the new mail system would be called Windows Live Mail, but the developers soon backtracked after beta-testers were confused with the name change and preferred the already well-known Hotmail name, and decided on Windows Live Hotmail. Development of the beta was finished in April 2007, Windows Live Hotmail was released to new registrations in May 2007, and the 260 million MSN Hotmail accounts worldwide now have access to the new system. The old MSN Hotmail interface was accessible only by users who signed up for Hotmail accounts before the Windows Live Hotmail release date and had not chosen to update to the new Windows Live Hotmail.

The classic and full versions of Windows Live Hotmail will also be combined with the new release.
Windows Live Hotmail was awarded PC Magazine's Editor's Choice Award in February 2007 and again in March 2007 with a rating of 4 out of 5 stars.
As it is problem with web based email pf spammer which is used by the person for marketing and chain mailing,because of its wide availability, its popularity, and its ease of registration of new accounts. However, Hotmail does not tolerate this practice, and accounts engaging in these activities are terminated without warning.


In 2001 Hotmail service was compromised by computer hackers who discovered that anyone could log into their Hotmail account and then call messages from any other Hotmail account by crafting a URL with the second account's username and a valid message number. It was such an incredibly simple attack that by the time the patch was made, dozens of newspapers and hundreds of web sites published exact descriptions allowing tens-of-thousands of hackers to run rampant across Hotmail. The exploitable vulnerability exposed millions of accounts to tampering between August 7 and 31, 2001.
Microsoft's spam filter is known to discard legitimate emails without warning the receiving user. These emails are acknowledged to the sending user as having been successfully delivered, however they will not appear on the receiver's inbox or junk mail-folder. Mainly affecting small websites' registration procedures, this issue has prompted some sites to ban Microsoft emails altogether.

Hotmail is often criticized for allowing only paying subscribers to access it through the WebDAV protocol, which allows e-mails to be downloaded locally via a desktop e-mail client such as Microsoft Outlook Express or Mozilla Thunderbird (with the Web Mail extension). WebDAV access was originally available to all Hotmail users, but the service was revoked from new free users since 2004. If a Hotmail account was older than 2004, it was still possible for users to freely access their Hotmail account outside of an internet browser with the above-mentioned programs using WebDAV. If users had a newer account, WebDAV access was only available in Hotmail Premium. In April 2008, Microsoft announced that Hotmail access through WebDAV would be entirely discontinued by June 30, 2008, in favor of the Microsoft-proprietary DeltaSync protocol, citing "obsolescence" of DAV and "greater capabilities" of DeltaSync as the reasons for discontinuing WebDAV support. In May 2008, Microsoft informed that WebDAV will be available longer, not giving a new deadline
For access through Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2007, users can download the free Microsoft Office Outlook Connector, subject to passing the Office Genuine Advantage verification. Using the Outlook connector, users can freely access e-mail messages and contacts in any Hotmail account, though access to calendar, tasks and notes requires a premium subscription in addition to the original cost of the Outlook product. Another alternative for users is to use the Windows Live Mail desktop client which has built-in support for Hotmail. Both applications, Windows Live Mail and Microsoft Outlook can access Hotmail through the proprietary DeltaSync protocol.
POP3 access is now available for Hotmail Plus accounts as of Nov 2008. Hotmail plus costs $19.95 for each year the user is subscribed to the service. There are plans to offer POP access to all accounts, but this is not yet in effect.
A complaint which is quite common among its user is that when ever the email forward from hotmail it automatically insert advertisement, but its new avatar Windows Live Mail, however, do not carry automatically-added advertisements.]
On July 29, 2008, the full version of Windows Live Hotmail started to work correctly in Firefox 3 for some accounts. Support seems to be gradually rolling out to the various Windows Live Hotmail servers. As of August 26, 2008, Firefox 3 support is still not fully complete. Full version support for Google Chrome was also added on November 4, 2008. On October 30, 2008 some account holders using various Linux based browsers started experiencing read-only access. However, with the use of a user agent switcher to dupe Hotmail into thinking the user is accessing from Windows, normal functionality is restored, which indicates that Windows Live Hotmail is only allowing certain browsers at the moment.

Bad Luck, Bad Planet or ………. ?

Life is mystery as I found lot of time and nobody knows what it store for you, sometimes somebody do his best with honesty but he get negative (failure) as outcome and I know a person very closely despite his honest efforts he get failure on each and every part of his life, but Thanks to Almighty God despite his failure his family stand behind him and his eldest brother and Bhabhi Ji ( now Late ) help him financially without asking why he need and not hoping to get it and till date his brother is doing a lot for him and the time is almost of fourteen years long period.
After completing his study Naresh (name changed) join a FMCG concern and worked for Company In Ludhiana,Jalandhar –n- Jammu and Kashmir, but when he was appointed in Jammu n Kashmir Territory he become victim of mysterious disease as till date he not recovered from it. There he become victim of typhoid and it was not trace and treat by the Doctors properly and despite spending huge money his health was going down wards ,and in days it effect his left leg hip joint so badly that he was unable to walk sit properly, and he
Take medicine and treatment from best Doctors of DMC, PGI -n- Ortho and consult doctors of abroad by sending his report, but it not effective.
Naresh even avoid checking doctors of E.S.I. from where he was titled for free treatment and compensation from this department of his salary until he was unable to join his duty. Different Doctors had different views relating to his disease .Some doctors said it is Typhoid’s said it is Polio, some said it tuberculosis and so on it’s a very long list at that time Naresh was of Twenty five years old .Naresh was even not allowed to walk and he was on bed for more then two months.
Then he consult top Ortho of North India, he was such high level doctor that he is in the list of V.V.I.P in case any V.V.I.P. feel need of Ortho then he treat that person. He said do meet me in my house where he was running private Clinic and see patient after his duty over for two to three hours. There Naresh taken his views he asked to come up with x-rays and blood test report ,after three hours he get report and x-rays he went to the clinic of doctor. Watching his x-rays and blood test report he said it is a normal infection and with medicine you will recover fully in fortnight, and do follow up after two weeks but surprisingly it not give relief to Naresh even one percent and his treatment with this doctor was almost for two months and he keep on changing medicine during this time when he use to visit him for follow up .Naresh quit at its own as he was not getting and improvement in his health.
He move to D.M.C. where head of Ortho of that hospital shown interest to treat him and there he was asked to have traction in his left leg as he was unable to walk for more then two months, resultant his left leg muscles week very much compare to right leg. There he had traction for a week and then advised to have in his house also for a week as he was discharge from hospital , and then he visit hospital again and met doctor private along with fresh x rays and blood test, after watching the report he asked to take rest for another week and then meet him. after week time the he asked to walk but in the beginning with crutches, and when he walk after more then three months there was big limping visible in his walking, it was appearing that bed rest or traction pull his muscles and had effect in his left leg walking, but being positive he was ignoring each and everything and had focus on his walking, after taking treatment from this doctor for three months he quite because doctor treatment and advise was same. The bad part was that not only Naresh was not improving but it was huge very huge loss of money also.
Then he admitted in P.G.I. for treatment. There Doctor checked him and then consulted with other doctor and come up with view that because disease is more then six months old, So there is necessity for Naresh to take treatment/medicine uninterrupted for some times, well yes he will recover that’s sure. They also see the report, Blood test –n- X-rays, but surprise very much also that how doctor’s Naresh had taken treatment differ from each other Doctor. Treatments begin of Naresh and after three weeks times they said as the disease is old, so we are unable to getting on to the root cause or disease.
Naresh then asked by his elder brother who was residing in England come there for treatment or will consult with specialist and for England Naresh get visa on the ground to have consultation from the doctors. When Doctor saw Naresh they were surprise and said when we had seen the reports we assume that you was not even in position to walk, but seeing you it relief us and taken test and gone through history of his disease. Then they declare we find his left leg is bit bigger from right one for this he need to wear ortho shoes and certainly it will give him good feel to walk with these shoes then to walk with ordinary shoes plus as his age is just twenty six and we cant take risk to operate him and in this case we will have two option either put steel joint for movements or for fix like he will then walk but wont able to move his leg and not sure if operation and artificial limb will fit in his body, if not fitted then we have to operate him again then remove artificial limb ,and chances of spreading septic in his body .It will be more dangerous to him. yes we operate but only when patient reach the age of sixty plus. Then Naresh start walking with ortho shoes it help to walk with ease comparing when he walk with ordinary shoes along with it he was doing lot of exercise and on daily basis he was doing lot of exercise, With exercise he was improving but the problem was that his improvement was not stable.
Then he taken Ayuervedic medicine, and where Doctor feel first to treat his left leg which appear to be bit long and with his treatment Naresh both leg comes to equal. He was walking normally and when he walk it’s not appear that he is limping but he had problem of movements of leg it was fix. He continue his treatment plus Naresh was doing lot of exercise he improved a lot in other words from the time he was alright to now he improve seventy five percent and for this position he had to do exercise. In twenty four hours of a day he was doing at least exercise of seven to eight hours.
With this state of physical fitness he passed two to three years, not even thinking to go for some work as his condition was not stable; age is running for career to give new height as that is the age when somebody with his hard work gives a direction to his career. and plus it was his eldest brother and bhabhi ji who was behind him for money to go for treatment,Naresh was feeling that he wont recover and will keep on swallowing money, its better to run away or end his life, but it was his thoughts only and sending signal to his mind day will change as ups and down part of life.
Spending life with this scenario one day he gets married. Despite telling each and every thing of him they girl side accept him. He got married. Marriage prove to him insult to injury as girl was full of negative thoughts and bad advise from her mother not to settle there, just tease them as much as you can with your behavior ,don’t do any work there, speak loudly and rudely which will make your marriage end then you can come back and stay with me. She did same thing and it make his mother blood pressure patient, and the peace of family was scattered. He did marriage to give some relief to his mother but it went opposite as his mother have to lot of thing of his wife also, then her relative called to settle case they come up and relation end only after taking money. It hurt Naresh a lot as he was becoming source of his eldest brother hard earn money spoil on to his disease, livelihood –n – now in divorce he hand over money.
Naresh has good and bad feel both in his mind,bad is what he did wrong that from almost sixteen years to date he was wasting his eldest brother hard earn money on to his disease, livelihood and now on divorce., Good is that despite burden on family no body till date ask him we have not money ? Why you are asking money? In today environment when money is everything the family stands for him without any question. Its rear one.
Till date Naresh is not improve properly or his health is not stable, his career spoils, his brother helping him financially, his marriage ends ,age is running without any hope of change in his life, and he is teetotaler ,vegetarian .

Until Asian Games in the year 1982 which was held in New Delhi, Indian Television Industry was Infant, telecast was in Black and white format and that was also for only some hours, but with Asian Games telecast start in Colour in India, not all the program but only few program in colour because there was necessity to upgrade there lot of machinery plus necessity to include technical experts person and it was possible by huge investment, and Doordarshan had lot of doordarshan Kendras or relay centre across India which was covering good percent of India, telecast of programme was in Terrestrial mode mean one can watch the program after erecting antenna at the top of there building and they were covering respective states for few hours throughout day and still the programme made for Television ( Doordarshan ) had not much attraction among viewers to watch the program .
In the year 1990 when gulf war fought it was telecast by CNN and people watch it and get the clear view from there houses’ through Cable, and it give a new direction for business house to jump in a sector which was going to be great hit in coming time and its name was Cable Television. In the beginning when Cable was new it was watched through dish ( having dish install in the premises of subscriber ) and cable ( which was seen through cable and its set up and control by local based franchisee ),and in the beginning it was able to telecast only 20 to 25 channels and to increase its number he has to upgrade its system, but slowly slowly when channel numbers keep on increasing they have to switch over from analogue to digital mode and its signal at subscriber end was as clear as of crystal both sound and picture wise. In India right now famous and well known three groups are existing whose different channels like and watch by more then eighty percent of cable subscriber and they are Star Group India, Sony Group and Zee Group as broadcaster and there all the channels control more then 75 % of business, but as the time passing on and they start looking for other point to earn revenue other then advertisement and some share from the total number of subscriber of cable service provider and they found very much effective to make there most demanded channel paid for whom to show cable service provider has to give additional money to its broadcaster. Then broadcaster also jump in the field and start giving cable service at city level and it heated the competition but it make customer king because start getting option to have connection of such provider who give good service at less price. Even some small level cable service provider merge also because getting all the three groups major channels making there input cost out from there hands.
Then in the month of July 2006 DTH (Direct to Home) service allowed, which means that after installing dish at the roof top of the house and through set up box subscriber can watch each and every channel with great quality of sound and picture with channels as per his choice bouquet and broadcaster has option of different slabs, but the biggest disadvantage of DTH against Cable is that with cable every TV set are independent and subscriber can watch his choice of channel but with DTH only one channel can be viewed which make it very costly or almost double to watch two TV. Big Boss: Season 2

Now-a-days programme aired on Colors Channel is become buzz reason some find its vulgar to watch alongwith family and some has opinion its interesting and it contain nothing like that whom we can call Vulgar. Its matter of another debate because today I am not going to involve myself in this controversy instead leave on to the reader what’s there opinion on to this –n- they can left there point of view by comments here, but there is no doubt that with this controversy the Colors Channel T.R.P. is touching new heights, as Channel is getting publicity and it attract viewers to watch this programme what it has which making people to talk a lot? For Colors channel it’s a boon in the environment of very hard competition as every channel’s ultimate goal is to get huge following/viewers so that they attract corporate ,result will be rush of advertisement .
Just to share some information about Big Boss programme.Personalities from different field like actor, politition, singer etc.etc. and they have to spent together almost ninety days, but they have not any connection with the world by any mean, even they are not allowed to use cell phone, read newspaper, watch T.V..They are isolated here, and on every Monday everybody has to name two person for nomination and also have to give reason for nomination ,then nominated person’s stay purely based on the votes of the viewer, less number of votes become cause of there exit from the house. In the house in front of any person they are good but when he/she not with them become topics and they back bite a lot .In the end one person will be awarded as winner and will get prize. Its 54 day of housemates they are in the Big Boss House, below is about all the housemates and about every housemate they are ranked on the basis of there exit:-

Jade Goody
Jade Cerisa Lorraine Goody is a businesswoman, she become popular when she had confrontation (racial abuse) with Shilpa Shetty (Indian Actor –n- Participant) in the one of reality programme name BIG BROTHER in the year 2002 and at that time she was twenty one. Goody had publish her autobiography by title “Jade: My Autobiography” and also launch her fragrance “ Shh…”.She also wrote for some times weekly column to “ Now” magazine. She was first person to leave the BIGG BOSS house not because she was nominated and get less number of votes but her medical test reports was traced with Cancer, and she quit and flown back to England.

Sanjay Nirupam
Sanjay Nirupam born in Bihar States Rohtas Village, he spent his childhood there and after complete his school ,he then went to Patna for higher education.Sanjay Nirupam is in politics from student era ,and graduated in Arts (honours ) Political Science.

Ketaki Dave is known for gujrati accent in the T.V. serials, she also did work in some Hindi films. She was being elder respected by every housemates plus until she stayed in the house, she was incahrge of kitchen .It was ketaki Dave child who want her to be in Big Boss house.

Alina Wadiwalla
Alina Wadiwalla is twenty one years old and she is wedding photographer by profession and by nature extroverted.Alliana is single and straight forward personality. Romantic by nature believe in serial dates to discover herself.Alliana is UK return Indian of Muslim origin. In the house everybody like her being younger most housemates but always found (believe) her she talk of one mates to other which usually meant for chatting but become reason of provking.She has twin who is almost like her watching from distance one can find it confusing if that is Alina or her sister.

Sambhavna Seth
Sambhavna Seth first seen in remix of aaj kal tere mere, and then seen in the films not in leading role or playing any character role but doing dance number which today is popularly known as item number. Her last number in film was of Subhash Ghai’s 36 China Town Her stay in the house make her most controversial house mates because of aggressive/short temper nature, rude language, quarreling and a liar.

Raja is also short tempered, but good by heart .He is TV Actor and ex husband of Shweta Tiwari when they was husband wife they played together main Villain character in bhojpuri film and also couple in nach bhalliye 2 a dance reality show. He was nominated four times and once when he was out of the house and nobody in the house even think that is a drama and he will join them again after the gap of two days but the biggest advantage was that he was keeping eyes on every character which help him to know everybody what they really think of him? He left his teacher career to become stand up comedian; He is poet at heart and always have something to say about everyone. Till date he is one of the very few housemates whose name yet to nominate for elimination, there could be two reason for it one he never involve very much and with other housemates, second till date he kept away from any confrontation/controversy.

Ashutosh Kaushik
Ashutosh Kaushik won just concluded fifth season of MTV’s hip adventure reality show Roadies and it give lot of change in his life. He is from Saharanpur Uttar Pradesh and own Dhabha (very popular in north India) where tourist use to eat when they are out for journey reason is that one its cheap second it taste just like of home made food.

Debojit Saha
Debojit Saha is a singer by profession, he did lot of Reality show and comes in limelight with the Zee programme “Sa.Re.Ga.Ma”He is very soft spoken.he is very sensitive and don’t accept anybody’s criticism. When he came to know from Raja when he was out and have eyes on each and every housemates, then Raja notice that Ahsaan taken his name for elimination and gave reason that now he not sings but cry, he take it very seriously and talking to Diana ( one housemate ) he said it hurt him very much accepted he is elder but if some body point towards my singing then it hurt a lot, but problem is that I get this information indirectly so I have to ignore this. His source of inspiration is his wife.

Diana Hayden
Diana Hayden is Miss World 1997,She is Anglo Indian from Hyderabad, unfortunately her parents separated .She did graduation in English from Osmania University. After graduation she moved to Bangalore but then she again move to Bombay and did some work at her own like did modeling, manage fashion shows. She is independent and confident lady. her stay in BMG where she manage Aniada and Mehnaz,and it was Anaida who pressurize to send her pictures for MISS WORLD Contest and won the contest in the year 1997 which was held in Seychelles.

Rahul Mahajan
Rahul Mahajan is the only Son of Late Pramod Mahjan who was very famous politician in the country and from BJP Party, during period of NDA he set up Integral Production and made program for Doordarshan Tak Dina Din.

Zulfi Syed
Zulfi is shy by nature and love to travel and adventure. He not mix soon with others but takes time, he is professional model. he loves to cook. He is very intelligent because when Raja was out nobody predict that raja will come back but it was Zulfi who keep on saying to other housemates that its my gut feeling that he will come back even once he gave time that in next 48 hours he will be in house. he speaks less but wisely.
So that’s all about the housemates and all the programme is moving around them about there activities in the house,36 cameras in the house, Even single minute no housemate is allowed to put there speaker away. When Raja Chaudary was away mean out from the house in front of him everybody was good in talking, nice behavior but when he was out then venom was out from everybody’s talk against him, or relating to his nature. I also find this true always when a person is not present then everybody talk about his behavior, pick negative he has as he comes in front then there behavior change towards him….What a Contrast ?

Indian Married Men & Law

In India not only law exit for the help of married woman if she face problem after marriage but also lot of NGO exit for the welfare of married woman, but I have seen lot of cases in which girl side take misuse exiting law despite no fault of Man ( Husband ),and the law is much in favour of girl that lot of time even boy side was not allow to put there side freely,Today I am going to mentioned below a real story of my friend who despite his no fault become victim of such law.
In the first week of December 2004 my friend was seen first time by his would be in laws by his would be two brother in law who were one was in army as colonel second lawyer, my friend told his each and every thing relating to him to her would be wife’s brothers, both were impressed with the nature and straight forwardness, and said we like the boy and after next week onwards days are not good to celebrate any auspicious event like marriage as per Hindu culture so settle the date for marriage after week, girl side want to celebrate the marriage with pump and show, but my friend want his marriage solemnize simple and want to take girl in his house with simple ceremony, and from boy side there was total 20 members of there house ( as they have joint family ) and in the hall it appear as if it was the function of girl side as all around there was girl side known were seen. My friend not take anything whom we call dowry, even girl came in his house with two suits, with some jewellery.
On first time interaction/meeting with girl My friend got first words from her mouth as answer from girl that I don’t want to do marriage, my brothers forcibly married, if you also do anything forcibly then I will die, My friend stun with girl’s such rude behaviour, why she saying/using such words ,thought slowly she will adjust here then everything will be smooth for him and his family, but he was not aware that it was going for him and his family a nightmare. She live with my friend one week then visit her house, but her stay in her in law was as such as if she is counting the days to go back to her house and during her stay of one week, she didn’t do any household work like cleaning her clarification was that she had dust allergy, she not did any kitchen work, not even try to set the blanket of her room where she use to sleep, her mother in law was doing all the work as she was doing before get one additional Burdon of her daughter in law. She went to her mother house with her lawyer brother who used to do practice on every Friday in his brother in law city.
After one week over , he phone to her sister in law house please do allow her to stay in her mother house for one month, Boys father reply how she will settle if she use to stay in her house for week or month and more over there marriage was held just two week back. she came to her in law house with her brother and this time very much aggressive and said why you was so eager to call me back when I had gone then I had to return but if I spent there some time it was good for me. and she get negative advice from her mother who was dominate person in there house and even she was not respecting her husband and said do with your husband and his family as I am doing with your father and other.
Now She was acting to spoil the peace of the family and start fighting on small/everything, what ever her husband says she acts opposite of it, and it start effecting on to the boy and his family and even boys mother become victim of blood pressure disease. My Friend’s life becomes hell, he was sandwich between his wife and family. He love his family and want that his wife settle in her new environment.
Then they went out station for some fun, understanding and enjoyment. There my friend find her behavior more rude. She instead cooperating always oppose to him, if he ask to hand over anything instead helping him response negative and argue. They had programmed to stay out for one week but it has to be cut short because of girls negative behavior.
Then on one day She speak loudly in front of her husband and in laws, It hurt her in laws parents, because they were living in joint family and it make shameful to them in front of other relatives, Same time they manage to make contact with her brother who was lawyer, instead feeling sorry for her behavior she said why you need to call my brother I will call him and saying I will die. When her brother came asked why you call me, ask from her sister what’s wrong, do they beat you is? Demand anything? Her reply was no, and said they ask me to to household work and some time they wrap curtain of door and I feel cold .He advise her and said his brother in law and his parents that this time when she will visit her house I will teach her to live properly.
Then she live with my friend and his family without showing interest to adjust there family for ten days, and then his brother came and take her with him and said he will take her back after three days, after passing four days when they not send back there daughter my friend went to there house to take her back, there he was insulted by her family ,where he did nothing wrong blame by girl and her family you misbehave with my mother. When asked what I did wrong will you please explain ? They were answer less with this question?
But when in the evening boy and girl sit together girl said why you went our house? why you talk with my mother ? You need not to visit our house in future.
Only spending twelve days with family she again gone back to her house and her behavior was as it was ,reason she gone back to her house as boys brother was coming next few days from abroad, she requested them she will not find time to visit her house after spending some time she will return. After passing time of four days she not returned neither her brother was lifting phone, when his brother came to India he along with there sister and husband went to her house to take back. There they were welcome with negative behavior girl not come in front of them, her mother who was boss of house came and said she wont go there now, people separate after there marriage if they will then there will be no harm, MY both sons’ one lawyer was there pointing towards him said not told me, had they told me then I would have been deny this marriage ?Now both face the out come.
Same days they phone to Col and told him about the development. He said just wait for me this Sunday I will be in my house and settle the case.Then On Sunday he visited his house and there he enquired the girl side problem. then next day he came along with his younger brother lawyer and there he met with elder brother and there sister. first both were telling we had also some problem collected from girl, and written on paper but asked do tell us about girl. When they describe that girl was saying I was not interested for marriage my brothers’ forcible married me, then she was lying that she had dust allergy and because of this not doing any work, neither she wash clothes even once despite her stay with her in laws for almost three months, she speak on the face of her elder, and always say I will die I will die, in less then three months time she said these words more then twenty times.
Her elder brother comes to her in laws house and request all the family members that do give me one month time I will advise her,if she wont agreed then I will give you in writing no body point fingers towards you as we have solemnized marriage very simple we have not give anything. I will phone you after one month. Then he took her with him where he was doing sevice,after passing mentioned time when he did not phone my friend’s elder brother phone him he said she has her own problem and don’t want to go there .I will go there on coming Sunday and as promise will settle the case.
After this conversation they never comes in front to settle case, but my friend side doing all the best to settle case mutually, but unfortunately there words are lying on every promise they were making, and it keeping family more tense.
After passing two years one day they inform my friends’ family that let us settle case, as it was law if couple living separately for more then two years then its very solid ground of divorce. It was threat to settle case because girls brother was speaking from the house of M.P. of district, he was not only M.P. but also Party President of the state Unit, he was her lawyer’s brother preceptor under whom he begin practice. There both parties put there side, as friend have not take anything he [M.P. ]said do treat this case as of family we will settle this case mutually ,do come up with there expenses in next meeting I will settle this which will be accepted to both side. After week time both side gather again but M.P. was out station, there her lawyer brother was ready or have in mind to fight with them, it need little bit aggression from boy side, but they were accepting every word. Lawyer said we need all the gold which at the time of marriage we give to my friends family that was one ring to friend,a chain, one ring to his father, and one ring to there brother in law plus 100,000 rs,Surprise to hear his demand as they have not take anything instead accepting there mistake as her sister was not ready to be united again, they are demanding.
Next meeting both parties and M.P. was present and handing over gold plus 50,000 it was settled, and next day case file for divorce, after first hearing next date was after six months time. and after next hearing they were separate.
Above coded shows that how girl side misuse the law, despite mistake of there girl, if they are power full having lawyer, army personnel and politician at there side, as boy have not take anything despite he comes out the trap of marriage giving money, live under harassment of three years.
For the benefit of all the boys who have same problems from there in law side my friend make a NGO which fight for the right of Boy who unnecessarily harass by there in laws, having retired person from the field of police, currently practicing lawyer.

Money, Corruption and India

Money is important part of Human life, but Money is not Life
But above coded line seem to be part of saying only as all around one will find everybody is running/chasing money and want to grab as much as he can and its no harm to earn money but earning by unfair mean leads to downfall of character/personality and its bad for society also. In the blind race of earning money people are doing as much worse as they can like producing adulterated eatable stuff, duplicate medicine and duplicate milk. The biggest problem for the consumer is that duplicate stuff is prepare with such a finish no body can point the finger that this is original or duplicate. It effect badly and most of time life threatening.
Despite privatization of lot of sector some still are run by Government department like Electricity, post department, Municipal Corporation.Transport, Passport office, Police department etc.etc or in general term all the major, basic necessity items are provided/run by the government agency and that’s why common people on daily base average two to three time face government department to get his work done, but when he faces the bureaucrats. There he face lot of problems as the concern department from everybody despite being genuine ask money to have his work done, if he deny to give money then his work takes weeks to accomplish and the worst part is that there is no body senior of same department to address his problem or in other words it takes weeks which are of hours, and lot of department ask money as if they are obliging .There is separate department for common people if any government department ask for bribe but because of two reason people avoid to make contact one they have in mind why to become enemy of the person and don’t know if he will powerful then he can face problem ,second it will effect his family members unnecessarily.
In my opinion major reason for corruption is inflation and in India more then fifty percent are doing there own work and rising inflation they unable to adjust there basic need expenses and other expenses, because of it they do unfair stuff to get control of there expenses, which give sharp rise to corruption and it effect on to common people. Black marketers make the think in the market short of supply ,then user has to purchase it from available point by giving extra money.
