India’s Emerging Talent

Past few decades in India emerging new talent was restricted to only some fields and that also because young generation had role models whom they seen being successful in there respective filed and there success made young mind to be in future just like there role models, and these fields’ were Cricket, Entrepreneurship, Politician and other conventional like Government jobs, but from few years now with the globalization young generation had explore new areas also where with there hard work and strong will power becoming successful and earn name not only for themselves but also get respect from world for fellow Indians..
Today in the environment of stiff competition after basic study blossoming talent instead of going for degree study they opt for professional courses like IT Profession, Engineering, Auto Sector, Electronics, T.V. Profession, B.P.O. and countless more and beauty of all this is that its not attracting limited numbers of talent but there horizon is so big that it has endless demand / requirement every years for fresh mind which are picked from campus itself on every years which is very relaxing and good option for these youth as they wont have to waste there energy in search of better future and sit free after study in house which some time is very frustrating especially in the past when only some sector was available and being restricted country Government was top priority and there also because of lot of reserve category it always pass on frustration to deserving head.
Globalization open doors for youth who want to become successful in Television Sector as Television open doors of new talent for youth whether they want to do acting, music composer,diretor,singer,
dancer,news reader, anchor and many many more. Now countless Television channels are existing of different category like news channels, drama channels, sports channels, kids channels, religious channels, music channels and they always short of different category talents to meet there requirements and it is only youth or talent from regional level can be adjusted here even personalities from film industry are attracting towards Television industries and contributing some stuff to it.
Information Technology is another sector which attracts lot of fresh talent and nurturing them in the field of software, hardware, web designing, animation, B.P.O. etc.etc.In India Hyderabad, Banglore and Pune are main hub for these youth and other then very big demand in Government different departments, Private sector and MNC are wooing these talent.
Sports field also have shine in the mind of youth and in different sports lot of good quality youth is taking Indian sports towards new height, previously it has only Cricket in the mind of youth and they want to become only cricketer but recently in other sports Indian are giving good performance and have won tournament also. In Beijing Olympics where India has no hope to won any medal as there team was unable to even qualify in Hockey sports, but first time ever in the history of Olympics India not only won medal but it was gold and bronze won by Abinav bhindra in shooting events and bronze medal in the sport of wrestling and Boxing. In tennis Sania Mirza doing wonder in world tennis from past years. Then past week in tennis Somdev Devbarman in Chennai perform sensationally and reach final after defeating big names of tennis but lost to Moran Cilice in straight set in final. Recently announced list of tennis ranking in men’s group he ranked 154 while jumping with 48 points. Then in past year Indian chess player Vishwanathen Anand become world chess champion. Just yesterday held Golden Globe Awards Slumdog Millionaire won four awards and A.R.Rehman who won for Music Compose become first Indian to won this award and hoping to win this year Oscar award also.
Indian origin Kalpana Chawla who was one of the astronaut who travel to space through NASA’s space mission lost her life because of accident when she was alongwith other members were returning to earth some years back. Recently India sends successfully Chandryaan to orbit.
We can say with proud that India is shinning in world with the success of individual who are doing wonders in the filed they are in.
