Scam unending History

Recently held biggest scam in the corporate history of India in Satyam Computer Services limited, Hyderabad and involvement of Its Founder and Ex C.E.O. Mr.B.R.Raju not only shake the world from credibility angle of Indian Corporate doing business but also deeply upset employees and every citizen of India, because this scam increase one more name in the list of biggest frauds which began by Harshad Mehta in the 90’s in .Scam which are unfolding one after another common people’s belief tarnished on to Share market, administrators and Corporate, as this was not enough judiciary which is treated one of the four pillar of Democracy also join it when corruption in 23 Crores rupees provident fund of third and fourth class employees as per C.B.I. sources which had involvement of judges.
First biggest Scam came into light in the year 1992 when Harshad Mehta manipulate stock market and it was more then 11,000 Crores of rupees scam which made buzz in India’s every section from political ,media to common people because of Harshad Mehta’s amazing success from New India insurance company’s clerk to becoming stock market’s big broker. He cheat big banks of not only India but also International and made a net for some sector shares to jump which in the end when it reveal it gave huge lose to bank other then retail investor’s money also sinks and at the age of 47 he died but his family is still facing lawsuits.
Then came in light scam of public sector Company U.T.I. in the year 1998 by its immediate chairman who invested in funds of such companies where U.T.I. lost 12,000 Crores of rupees. Having invest in different plan of U.T.I. by Millions of people and to restore there faith in U.T.I. Government had pass on 3,000 Crores of bail package. Mr.Sharad Yadav also admits that NDA lost general election because of UTI Scam. Then it was Ketan Parekh a Broker in the year of 2000 who wrongly increase share prices of some companies and speculation of having raids on to his premises make the market the volatile.
Then came the name of Abdul Karim Telagi in the year of 2003 did scam through duplicate Stamp papers. He through his agents sold 30,000 Crores of duplicate stamp papers throughout country and registries of Crores of property was mature on duplicate stamp papers in the country. Even Central Government accepts the transaction of property authentic which were deal on false Stamp Papers. Presently Telagi is behind bars and facing cases. In the distribution of spectrum Central Minister of Communication Mr. Raja accused of scam of 30,000 Crores of rupees in the year 2008 but it’s not become public and catch the eyes of media as Government mull on this.
Recently in the year of 2009 held Satyam Scam in which it’s believe people lost somewhere in between of 7,000 to 8,000 Crores of rupees and it’s under investigation. Government hand over this case to Serious fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) and asked to submit report in three months time, in the beginning it was believe that its only Mr. B.R.Raju is responsible for this scam but now as the investigating is moving ahead in some direction lot of other names start coming are under scrutiny like its auditing firm Pricewaterouse Cooper (PwC) ,CFO, Interim C.E.O., even some big names and institutions who owned Satyam Shares , sold in big numbers before Mr.B.R.Raju resign and admitted wrong doing its believe perhaps they had information of Mr.B.R.Raju move ,but Government without wasting time appointed three new director in Satyam Board just to restore confidence of employees and investor .On 12th jan,2009 C.B.I. declared involvements of judges in the scam of third and fourth class employees Provident funds.
So its really a murky picture for this countries billion citizens because of wrong doing by some person of this country Common people are loosing money , these people dragging India’s name in the list of countries of world that are corrupted and earning bad name for India which is very dangerous in the era of Globalization.
