Cricket crazy country India is shocked to see the performance of their eleven guys on the field on foreign soil in two latest series which were played in England and in Austraila( presently One Day International Triangular Series is under progress) and both tour had below coded matches in all the formats – 

•  Test Match – India played Eight Test Matches and result stands 0-8 against India. 
•  T20 Match – India played 3 T20 matches and result is 1-2 against India. 
•  ODI Match – India played five matches against England and result was 0-3 against India and two matches ended without result one was tied and other was abandoned due to rain. 
•  Triangular Series(down under) – So far till 25^th February,2012 India have played six ODI Matches and result is 2-3 against India and one game was tied.

So as far guys performance on the field is concern they appeared pathetic and scattered despite BCCI have sent guys days advance during both tours to its players and team contains best players of present time, so that they can acclimatize in the local condition of concerned country, which can help them to boost their performances’, but unfortunately with every passing match team club itself in the worst unit and tour that represents team India on foreign soil, now media instead of debating on India’s cricket team matches’ have shifted their focus on to off the field incidents, as after the end of match against Sri Lanka on 21^st February,2012, post match press conference media find words of acting Captain Virendar Sehwag pointing towards some fishy stuff among players which should remain and sorted out in the dressing room. Even fans also sensing that team India is getting down on the ground in groups which does not belongs to India but created by individuals.

   Captain Mahendar Singh Dhoni, during post match press conference, after game against Australia on 19^th February,2012, said that team India when carry three senior players namely Sachin Tendulkar, Virendar Sehwag and Gautam Gambhir then team needs to make extra twenty runs as they are not fast on the big grounds like of Australia at the time fielding. During match due to slow over rate as per norms captain bar for one match which effective in very game. Virendar Sehwag being deputy of team get the command of team India to lead the team in next match against Sri Lanka and game was very important as far series final two teams were concerned in the tournament, despite poor show by players on the ground and one more defeat, team India’s acting captain has other motives to prove for cricket followers in India, when asked by a reporter about MS Dhoni’s comment that inclusion of three players viz Sehwag, Sachin and Guatam team needs to score twenty extra runs as all coded  are slow on field, then in ironic tone he responded did you see my catch, we are on the field as we were ten years ago, but if MS Dhoni is with mission for the World Cup 2015 and giving preference to young one through rotation policy then you can ask from him, I have no problem, but his words give birth to the speculations and media name it as rift in the team. If MS Dhoni is trying young blood by resting one senior players and have given name it as rotation policy then senior players should understand that they have to perform in the game to stretch their career as their performance will drag their career to long and plus India cannot afford to take three new comers in place of seniors at their retirements which is appearing not far away, thus if team management is trying to find alternative of them by resting them then there should not be too much hype of it as any player senior of junior is part of cricket not cricket is part of them. Instead of talking team’s performance and pathetic show by eleven guys on field on game by game basis media discuss off the field issues’, moreover its shocking that cricketers have no wrinkle of worries on to their faces’ to put better show in the rest of games so that cricket fans get relief and happiness that at least their heroes comes in colour after poor show.

     BCCI is mum on the issue of rift in team, as its president Mr. N Srinivasan deny it and vice president Rajiv Shukla decline rift and declare it is creation of some section of media, so folks if media is sensing it and fans are letting down by cricketers then ignore it as Indian lions will roar again on Indian flat pitches and against Zimbabwe, Bangladesh or even against West Indies on to their soil, forget series victory against England, Australia, South Africa, New  Zealand or Sri Lanka on to their pitches and as far Pakistan team is concern right now we have no matches against Pakistan but certainly will get score of issues’ to talk off the field whenever our team will tour in any of these countries.
